“We are very pleased with the wool mattress protector. It has replaced a rather old silk one which we have only now realized was very lumpy and way past its sell by date. Thoroughly recommend the wool protector! Excellent value for money too!”

“We had a low cost hollow fibre duvet, & due to my age, I was feeling boiling hot & then cold at night. I researched thoroughly what might be able to help, and wool duvets came up. I purchased one from the Wool Room, which had fantastic reviews, and am absolutely amazed at the difference it has made. My husband thought that I was going to force him to sleep under a duvet that was going to make him feel cold. Anyway, we are both toasty warm with our different temperature requirements! I shall purchase a wool pillow soon.”

“I love this duvet, there is proper weight and it's warm. I really enjoy it and used it as soon as it arrived. Customer Services was great, I had a return email the next day that field all my questions. Highly recommend this company and duvet!!”

“Service was quick and efficient. Product was well packaged and arrived in good condition. I bought a pillow and a medium superking quilt. I love that you can adjust the pillow stuffing to suit. Both products seem to do exactly as advertised. Early days but I think my bedtime allergies have reduced.”

“First I bought two pillows which are excellent - as firm or soft as you want to make them, and no more "hot heads" since they really do breathe. So, timidly, I bought a luxury double duvet - and am thrilled. Your descriptions are not hyperbole, the duvet really does suit us both. I am cosy and warm at last, while my husband is not longer too hot and throwing the duvet off by morning. Your products are excellent value because I can tell they will last much, much longer than conventional duvets and pillows. Well made, beautifully packed and rapidly dispatched. Thank you!”

“Very impressed with delivery. Arrived next day and I was kept updated with delivery information. Wool quilt is lovely quality. Ideal as a top-up for the winter or on it's own for the summer. Will definitely buy from The Wool Room again and recommend them.”

“I came across the website through google search engine as I was looking for good quality wool throws. The website was easy to navigate and the photographs showed true colour which is so important ordering on line. I ordered five beautiful throws from the sale quite late on the Wednesday night and they arrived Friday morning. I am delighted with them. The quality and colour are really lovely and everyone comments on them. I couldn't be happier. Dawn”

“I bought the sofa throw in beige multiblock and a Chatsworth baby alpaca throw. The wool for both is soft and gorgeous! With the sofa throw I was worried the colours would be a bit too garish, as it can be hard to judge colours on the computer screen, but in fact they were rich tones, slightly muted and very stylish. The two throws look really good together. The throws were bought together as a wedding gift for some friends, and because I ordered them the same week as the wedding I was worried they would not arrive in time. when I called customer services, however, they were very helpful. They dispatched them straight away, with a request to the delivery driver to prioritise my delivery. I think the delivery would have come promptly anyway, but they really made sure. Beautiful products, with good customer service: I would definitely recommend thewoolroom.”
