“Very easy process to order, goods arrived in timely manner. I now have all wool products on my bed excluding cotton sheet/duvet cover- I really struggle to sleep and get hot very easily, I sleep so much better now and my husband who is the opposite to me finds he is ok also”

“I like my new duvet, though the weather is so hot at the moment it is difficult to judge exactly as to the effectiveness of the wool. I haven t been sure whether or not to put it in a cover (I use a top sheet as well), as this makes it more bulky and I like the thinness of the product. Ideally I would like to use it with no cover but that would mean frequent washing, which the wool might not like. Also without a cover it looks a bit too clinical.”

“The person i spoke to on the phone was most understanding and helpful. Delivery was most efficient. I oredered on the Monday afternoon and delivery was on the Tuesday afternoon within the timescale I was given.”

“I am happy because my product is natural wool, and comes from Elland in West Yorkshire (I think that must be the showroom with the topper being made in Rutland. Maybe it's the other way round.) near to where I come from. The quality of my mattress topper is excellent and I like the bag it was packaged in too. Knowing all this brings a smile to my face. Well done Wool Room :)”

“I purchased the light weight duvet and a pillow. Delighted at how fast they arrived, almost impossibly fast for a US delivery! I think this is exactly what I needed. Down is too warm for me but I love lots of covers. This wool duvet is perfect! Thank you Wool Room! Fantastic service and wonderful product.”

“I purchased a 1-2 tog quilt and mattress topper they are just fantastic and arrived very quickly. I love the bags they come in. The quilt is fantastic for women of a certain age when bed time gets very hot and next moment cold.”
