“The delivery of my blanket was prompt. It was beautifully wrapped and the blanket itself is soft, cosy and pretty. I would add that it was difficult to get into the blanket section of your website. The list of,options came up but there was no click on button.”

“Although our Woolroom de luxe pillows were great and value for money we felt that in our case we needed a little more filling in them and the option of being able to purchase extra filling was fantastic. The filling was well packed and arrived on time, also being able to track our goods delivery status eliminated the usual delivery frustrations.”

“Quality of items and packaging is excellent. Delivery was also extremely prompt. Only four stars as disappointed with the website and way items displayed. I wanted all seasons deluxe, but couldn't find it (was it me??), so ordered two separate duvets. It wasn't until I got the catalogue with the order, that I saw there is an all seasons combination. Not too much of a problem as I am unlikely to use both together, but there is a price difference!”
