“I ordered a de luxe mattress topper, I was advised firstly of despatch and then a delivery time, it was delivered exactly as promised. I have put it on my bed and it is delightfully comfortable and performs exactly as the Wool Room said.”

“After placing my order, I was informed that there would be a delay in delivery, which was helpful. I was then given a choice of delivery date and/or the option to have the delivery left in a safe place if I was going to be out. The items arrived with no unnecessary packaging and on the date arranged. I am now very happy with my wool duvet and pillow.”

“Very happy with the quilt, pillows and mattress cover. There was a delay with delivery, which didn't cause us any problems. (The order was with us within a week.) I was disappointed with the delivery company, who delivered it to the wrong address, it then went to the wrong address again and my neighbour (who is a tenant) kindly delivered it.”

“Wow . My first purchase of the delux pillow and extra filling arrived swiftly and packed well . My first nights sleep was one of the best I've had for a long time . I look forward to getting into bed and falling asleep knowing I'll have a great sleep . I just want to say a huge Thankyou to the wool Room for such a great pillow”

“I absolutely love my new Wool Mattress Protector from the Wool Room. It is superb quality, the filling is much thicker than than a cotton one from The White Company (which had bobbles of cotton for filling). It is more expensive, but luxurious and definitely worth it.”

“Ease of ordering and fast efficient delivery. Deluxe wool mattress topper came beautifully packed, fits well and is extremely comfortable. Our mattress is very good but was a bit too firm. Now, combined with the Wool Room mattress topper, it feels just perfect.”

“Order placed at 17:30 on Wed 28th September 2016. Payment by Paypal. A week later, the status of my order had not progressed so I contacted the company, to be told that one item had not been in stock but had been received the previous day (Tues 4th Oct). I asked why I hadn't been informed of this, and no satisfactory answer was provided. Despite my items now being in stock, my order was still not despatched until Mon 10th and received on Tues 11th October. In this age of instant communication, it's unacceptable not to keep customers informed and I consider 12 days to receive, what appear to be, standard stock items very poor customer service indeed. Only the quality of goods stopped me from rating 1 star.”

“The order arrived promptly and very well packaged. The duvet is living up to its recomendation. I would suggest if you get hot in bed as I do , go for thinnest one as the middle weight is still quite warm for me!”
