“Very speedy delivery in the first instance. I am using only half of my all season duvet purchased as the weather this September is pleasantly warm. I am finding the duvet light and it certainly keeps me at a more consistent temperature than my old feather and down one. Very Pleased with it and am proud and practical to buy British”

“I ordered luxury duvet last week and found staff very helpful in understanding me needs, i suffer from night sweats and this duvet is perfect for me, I've also got the wool topper so I'm surrounded by luxury and sleep much better, thank you.”

“The ordering and delivery process was very smooth and the pillow is of a very high standard. I'm endlessly fussy about pillows and I appreciate that this one has a concealed zip to allow the filling to be modified and that it is fully washable. And it's very comfortable too.”

“We recently purchased a bed through the wool room which was delivered promptly. I found the bed to be very comfortable but alas my husband did not. We have been extremely impressed at the helpful response of the company when the bed wasn't right for us as a couple. Initially Chris came out to us at home to see if we had received a faulty product, which was not the case. When we decided reluctantly the bed would need to be returned this was arranged without any fuss at a time and date to suit us with our money refunded in full the same day the bed was collected. Excelllent company to deal with.”

“Excellent service, we bought an Alpaca enhancer, was not happy with it, it was exchanged for a wool topper and wool pillows. The process of exchange was smooth and without complication due to the excellent customer service. I would recommend dealing with this company to anyone and hold them up as an example of how companies should treat their customers.”

“I ordered a luxury alpaca and wool SOFT pillow. The first one that arrived (very promptly) was a FIRM pillow. This was collected and a second pillow arrived (very promptly) - wrong again - it was a FIRM one. This happened a third time and I'm now awaiting the arrival of my SOFT pillow - 4th attempt. The company was very apologetic, but they need to ensure the warehouse workers open the cotton bag the pillow comes in to read the label. My suggestion is that the cardboard labels attached to the outer cotton bag are clearly labelled SOFT, MEDIUM or FIRM. I already have 2 Wool Room pillows, a mattress enhancer and a duvet and I am delighted with these products - I would give top ratings for these. It's the service and attention to detail which I have to rate poorly.”

“The website had some good information that helped decide the specific products that would be of most benefit. The goods were in stock and were dispatched / received very quickly. I had read a little about the benefits of wool bedding and was interested to give it a try. The 30 day satisfaction guarantee offered by the Wool Room, was a key factor in choosing to purchase from this company, as well as the many positive customer reviews. I can say that I've been very happy with the purchase - quality, comfort and performance have all exceeded expectations and my wife and I are sleeping much better. Before trying this bedding, I would have been very sceptical that such a simple change would have had such an effect. As such I would certainly recommend the Wool Room and encourage those with allergies such as myself or prone to hot flushes such as my wife, to give Wool bedding a try.”
