“I ordered a throw via Not on the High Street over a week ago. I paid via paypal and the money left my A/c. The product should have arrived on 18th March. It is 22nd March now I have not heard anything from the company and do not have my goods. I contacted Not on the high St and they haven't heard from the Wool Room either. Lyn Wales”

“The Wood Room have been fantastic for me. I recently ordered some bedding..in the wrong size! They were so helpful with collecting the wrong order & sending the correct out to me. “Very quick delivery. I just bought a new memory foam mattress but found it hot and clamy even though it was expensive. I bought this wool mattress topper and it has solved this problem, it is also more comfortable.”

“Ordered my pillows on the Sunday arrived on the Tuesday kept up to date with the delivery and given and hour slot by the delivery company. They arrived well packed, could not ask for better. Would recommend the wool room, well done”

“Purchased two deluxe pillows which are excellent. I took out some wool out of my pillow to adapt to my liking whereas my husband is happy with his full. I love the concept that you can wash the pillowcase on its own by taking the wool out of the case and storing it on the canvas bag until the pillowcase is dry. Another plus is being able to buy more wool to top up the pillows if and when required. I have had trouble getting the right pillow to get a good night's sleep. This deluxe pillow is the perfect one for me. Since using this pillow I don't get any neck pain. It's comfortable and cosy and my quality of sleep has improved. My husband reiterates these comments too. Excellent product, excellent service from The Wool Room. Looking forward to buying other products (firstly toppers and eventually quilts) when our budget will allow. I have not hesitated to recommend this product to friends and family. They are just brilliant - the pillows and The Wool Room.”

“I've had my wool pillow a year in June. I would of bought so many pillows in that time, yet I'm still on the wool in my pillow. I've ordered a couple of refill bags ready for changing when mine isn't comfy anymore. Only one bag would fill my pillow. I've never been so comfortable. As soon as I tried them on holiday, I knew I had to have one. I've got around two years of stuffing now. My pillow is perfect for cuddling into. You can manipulate it to your own preference. I recommend this company to anyone. It's fantastic products on this site.”

“Very pleased with our purchase. Duvet feels lighter than I expected, certainly lighter than our old wool duvet. Definitely cosy for winter months, I hope not too warm in the summer. Fast delivery, order placed Wednesday afternoon, item delivered Friday morning.”
