“Very attentive customer service. The 30 day or your money "bedding builder" back is a great option. I bought the bedding (mattress topper, duvet, pillows) hoping to reduce my hot flushes and improve my sleep. Unfortunately I have not see any real improvement in my sleep. That said, I notice my stiff neck/shoulders do seem improved. Decided to keep the bedding anyway as it all feels so nice :-)”

“I bought a duvet and mattress topper. It's true that wool breathes and helps regulate your body temperature. I've been very comfortable since having my wool duvet and mattress topper. The order and delivery service was excellent and very fast.”

“I have neck problems , and so I thought I would invest the money in a deluxe wool pillow. I am happy with it but not 5star happy. I feel it is a little flat . I thought it would be more filled with wool , and as it is rather an expensive pillow , and then having to purchase more wool to fill it up made me feel very dissapointed hence 4 stars.I always try to purchase British and especially supporting the wool industry. It is luxury , it is well made and supportive but not a very firm pillow.”

“I was amazed how quickly I received my order, which came within four or five days. Also I very much appreciated being told when to expect delivery, giving a one-hour slot (and it actually arrived ten minutes or so early).. Just for my amusement, I did 'track' my order (on receiving above email), to find I was no. 19, and my deliverer was currently on no. 10. He must be Superman, to have got those 9 drop-offs done so quickly! Well done, Dan (I think it was)”

“Thanks for the great advice....we have just purchased the king size deluxe wool mattress topper, protector, duvet and pillows for my mother who is due to have major surgery. We are hoping the wool bedding will keep her as comfy as possible whilst she recuperates. My parents have only had the bedding for a couple of days so far, but both seem delighted with it all.”

“It was a super quick delivery. Has a high quality look and feel about it. There was no smell to it as with other wool quilts we read about. Its very light and warm ( we purchased the all season quilts but only using the summer one).we love it and have recommended to our family and friends. Giving it a fews and think we will purchase the pillows.”

“We have been using the wool room for a while now and we now have our dream all wool bed first we bought the mattress topper than pillows which are most comfortable we then saved up for the mattress and bought the luxury one expensive but worth every penny and finally have just purchased the duvet which I am sure will be just as good. What they say is also true I no longer sweat in bed and my wife who suffers from a lung condition breathes better”
