“Extra wool stuffing was lovely and made a big difference to the height of the pillow.”

“I found synthetic and feather duvets too hot and I didn't like the puffiness - a feather duvet can be 4-5 inches thick and heavy. I abandoned a 10.5 tog feather & down duvet for a 4.5 wool duvet. It is only about an inch thick and much lighter. It is beautifully crafted and a revelation - I love it and it regulated temperature better - warm or cold. It was okay during a cold snap no extra blanket needed. Finally I get a decent nights sleep. I totally recommend a wool duvet and the Woolroom - quality and service seem to matter to them!”

“I have never slept as well under any duvet as I do under yours! The first time for years I haven't woken too hot/cold at some stage of the night. As a result I am ordering more, my children have ordered them and recently grandchildren too.”

“You provided a very efficient service. I knew exactly when to expect delivery and even got notifications that the adverse weather would mean a later delivery. It was actually arrived ahead of time. The woollen rugs are beautiful and very good quality. I am totally happy with both the service and the product. Thank you, I will have no hesitation in ordering further products from you.”

“Delivery was delayed as our items were out of stock on ordering. DPD delivery (actually Menzies) didn't give us a time slot but it wasn't a problem as we'd given a 'safe place' to leave the goods. Still wondering about the items being suitable.”

“The products are as good as promised. The only thing I might suggest looking into is a longer extending piece to enable the duvet to be tucked into the bottom of the mattress as it tends to slip over. Or to make duvet covers that would do the above. What do you think?”

“My first purchase from the Woolroom and very impressed with the quality of the mattress protector. Only been in use for a few days, so probably a bit early to tell whether it will help with night sweats! Delivery service was impressive too - keeping me informed by email and narrowing the delivery time down to 1 hour. I will certainly consider buying a Woolroom mattress now.”

“The mattress cover we ordered is great. And in fact was upgraded to be organic cotton at the same price. I appears to be well made and generously fits our queen sized mattress. I would buy again.”

“Good communication helpful and also quick delivery. Duvet, topper and pillow all from deluxe range is first class. Very warm and cosy light duvet and my pillow so comfy had super nights sleep. The topper is like sleeping on a cloud brilliant. Would highly recommend woolroom products, hope to purchase for my spare room bed in a couple of months.”
