“Fast shipping, well packaged, very nicely packed in a reusable carry bag, friendly and thoughtful information included. I am very happy with choosing this place for my purchase. Additionally, I told the FedEx delivery man what the package was and he was very interested in finding out more about it and plans to inquire in the future. “I was reading a fourth hand copy of Country Life and saw the article about you and bought one by phone. ( A classic, as the next one up was out of stock). Marvellous, perfect nights sleep. It is a 8-14 tog and had to use an extra blanket last night. The only problem is why is it that few centimetres longer one way. I can’t close the king size duvet cover. It would be better square, and easier to get into the cover. That is the only point I make. Otherwise absolutely great, and these cold nights are really testing it!”

“Not the first time I've bought from The Wool Room. Recently updated to a super king bed and to add to that expense, needed to replace the bedding sets. The mattress protector has been fantastic on a king size but didn't quite stretch to fitting as SK size. Fantastic product and excellent quality. Will soon replace the KS all season wool quilt but, for now the KS will suffice..”

“I bought a mattress from the Woolroom last summer and the whole experience was amazing! The staff in the shops were lovely, the customer service was extraordinary (I was quite a difficult customer and they were v patient) and the mattress itself is frankly heavenly! It has changed my life - I now can’t wait to get to bed! Sleep is deep and sound and refreshing. And lolling around in bed at the weekend is a joy. I’ve since bought an alpaca duvet (wonderful) and wool pillows. Bed is the most divine place in my flat! I can’t give enough praise for the company and the products.”

“Customer services very helpful prior to purchasing but no hard sell. Goods arrived day after I ordered very quick service. Information on how to maintain items purchased very useful. So far am happy with purchases although the Warm Deluxe Duvet was thinner than I expected but quite warm enough I had a goose feather duvet prior to this. which was heavier and a bit warmer. Would buy again from the company as I trust them seems genuine wool etc.”
