“Ordered my deluxe - light duvets 3-6 tog on line & within two days they arrived all packaged well. Very pleased with them, good quality. I was a little worried I had chose the wrong tog, no need they are perfect even in January/February. We had wool duvets before from a well known manufacturer but, I have to say these are better. Thank you woolroom would definitely use you again in the future. Mrs Suzette Bond.”

“Communication was more than outstanding. The original package didn't arrive which was for Valentines. They did their upmost to help and get replacements to me in time. Products are amazing and was perfect! Thank you so much, will definitely purchase from these guys again.”

“An excellent product. |I slept through the night for the first time in years and on waking my head felt clear where previously I often woke with muzzy head and blocked sinuses. I have asthma so this was added bonus. The weight of the duvet was just right too. Thank you. I will now be saving for the mattress topper.”

“Website is excellent with answers to questions easily found, along with in depth product information which is second to none. Staff who I've dealt with by phone and on-line have been pleasant and extremely helpful. “Having had duvets, mattress toppers and luxury pillows from you (all wonderful), I realised that you also did cushion pads. I ordered 5 on a Sunday and they arrived on the Tuesday. Excellent service, brilliant delivery service and the usual high quality product. Thankyou!”

“Very satisfied with the service and the product, for the first time in months my husband has slept well on and under the wool room bedding, for the first time in months I have not had to change the bed linen every other day. The items I ordered were delivered promptly and I am a very happy customer. Before next winter I shall order another set of the bedding - thank you very much.”

“My husband was very rude about me spending so much on a duvet set, since it arrived and he's slept under it he has had to eat his words and confesses his had the best night sleep in a long while”

“I can't believe how much better I am sleeping since I bought the wool over mattress enhance. It is so comfortable (our mattress is really old!) I would certainly recommend this product.”

“Excellent service and very pleasant. I was sent the wrong coloured throw by mistake, a picking error. It was sorted out straight away. They sent the correct one. I sent the wrong one back and they refunded the postage immediately.”
