“My 2nd online order - Nothing worse that receiving long life milk which is to expire 4 days later, AND I only discovered after opening up first box and then the remaining 3, found they were all off. Woolworths online only provided one option to chat to a computer TEXT message who kept asking me if I wanted a refund. I could not find any other option to submit a complaint about the product which was very frustrating thus me going on this review site hoping this will help other consumers with this same problem.”
“Woolworths is terrible - horrendous customer service - you can’t call them (unless you want to be on hold for hours), they hang up on you before you can complete the customer service survey and their complaint email is “no longer in service”. My groceries that I paid for never arrived and no one would help me. Disgraceful. Never again Woolies, you’ve lost me forever.”
