“Still waiting for this to arrive - weeks and weeks later. Not impressed at all. Despite 2 chasing emails have received zero response. Only an email asking for a review. Bizarre. Poor customer service and zero stars to give if possible. Cannot answer final questions as haven’t received the book.”

“Completely rubbish service. Book was delivered in torn-open package, very badly damaged. In spite of repeated requests for a replacement I have had no reply from Wordery. I will now cancel my order, demand a refund and purchase from a reliable supplier.”

“As always, Wordery seems an efficient organisation - price, information, website. As always, Evri/Hermes is a poor organisation; we have previous experience of poor service from them. This book is still to arrive: the last tracking message - Wednesday 7th - I had said roughly: 'delivery was to happen today: we will attempt to deliver tomorrow - and nothing more. As always it is difficult to contact Evri and find out what is happening. I think this is Wordery's problem for using them in the first place.”

“I realised I had one digit wrong in my postcode whilst Evri had my parcel goodness knows where for several days. I contacted wordery to highlight this and they quickly responded and said they had updated the courier with the correct postcode. Couple of days later I had an email from the courier to say parcel would be delivered the following day, then an email saying it had been delivered. Not to me it wasn’t. It was delivered to the wrong street to someone else. How could the courier not see they were in the wrong street? I don’t understand. I asked for a refund but have had no response. Hope the person enjoyed doing my jigsaws.”

“Order not received so unable to review. Due to it being a gift, I have had to repurchase it from elsewhere, and it was delivered the next day. My advice - don't use Wordery if you need the item within 4 weeks.”

“Order never turned up. Waited over a month and no sign, tracking shows no detail of use (delivery was supposed to be 4 working days through Evri and this was pre Royal Mail strikes so nothing to blame it on with high demand of packages) Missed the birthday the gift was for and was told after 4 weeks to wait another week, at which point still hadn’t turned up. Very disappointed - hadn’t wanted to support Amazon but there’s a lot to be said for the convenience of Amazon prime!”
