“The book a received was a fake - by fake I mean I was not issued by the publisher, it was badly printed, crooked inside and fuzzy/ pixelated print on the cover and overall smaller in size than the other original books. I was told I could return the book but would have to pay postage which costs as much as the book itself. Would not trust this supplier again.”

“No problems with the order process - I have used Wordery several times before. However I do have an issue with the carrier that you use (Evri) - they claim to have delivered my last order when this is not the case - Wordery are trying to resolve this issue. I am prepared to accept this as a one-off issue and use you again but if I have any further issues with Evri delivering your products then I will have to think about buying from elsewhere. I'm unable to recommend you until I have an outcome for my latest purchase.”

“This is my last wordery order. Every single time, at least one, if not multiple books are damaged. This came with two damaged books. Very very dirty and when I email in, the customer service is very poor. Not happy at all.”

“I ordered a book that I thought was a hardback but after reviewing the confirmation email I realised it was actually a softcover. I immediately raised a request to cancel the order but was told it was already too late. The book was not dispatched for several days and on receiving I immediately arranged to return. I haven't received any confirmation that the returned book was received yet or any details of a refund.”
