“unhappy with been told 24 hours after we had placed an order with the company to be told that the item is out of stock. If they would have told us upon looking at the item would have found the same item with another company.”

Sorry - occasionally items will be out of stock when ordering, and this will be indicated in the basket. No payment is taken by us until goods are ready to ship. We always advise customers if there is a delay due to temporary unavailability of the product with our supplier.

“After 2 weeks of using the heater it still leaves a smell , I bought this item for my orangey but the smell can be smelt in the bedrooms upstairs, nice item so I hope eventually the smell will go”

Due to the hardwearing protective coating on the metal, the initial phase of use of the Provence can cause a bit of an odour while fully 'curing' the finish. This will reduce a lot over time, but some units take a little longer than others. We recommend using the heater in a ventilated area during this period - the short-term annoyance will definitely be worth it in the long-term!
