“I've been with WPMUDev for just about a year, and I've decided this will be the service I use until I close up shop with my freelance web design business in a few decades. Over the last 6 years I've jumped from host to host, including some of the biggest names like 1and1, Bluehost and others. I'm not leaving. WPMUDev's Pro plugins, 24/7 tech support, competitive managed web hosting and active community are all great highlights. But the one thing that really gets me, is their ability to constantly and persistently iterate and improve their service offerings. They take their member's feedback to heart, and keep pumping out new features and improvements. Seriously, they were good when I joined 10 months ago, yet they're already miles better. They're like the Tesla of WP hosting and plugins.”

“Expensive service. The plugins do not promise what is described. Every time I make a custom setting, I have to contact the technical support afterwards. Debugging the service takes a very long time. I have been optimising my images for weeks and the news keeps coming back that there is still room for improvement. I had to spend 5 hours with the support to finally get the back up working. Three weeks ago I opened a ticket because the asset optimisation does not work. The ticket was closed and the part still doesn't work! I always have to deactivate all plugins to make it work.”

“I've used WPMUDEV for almost a year for their wordpress plugins and hosting for about 10 sites. They are very responsive on both support and feature dev. It's great that they resolve support issues...very important. But I've also had feature requests that they have taken my feedback and implemented into their plugins as well.”

“Highly recommend WPMU. Their support team are experts and take all the time you need to get your problem resolved. I had several and Neel Gajjar spent as much time with me as I needed. I didn't feel rushed like I have with support from other hosting companies. I feel I made an excellent decision going with WPMU!”

“Forminator - appreciate the generosity. The flexibility of the design. Openness with the coding: meaning it readily recognises other plugins I have on my site and add them to the list of action options. I had to say thanks for this because I have other difficulties due to other plugins that are more locked in themselves. So 5 stars for the generosity. Response has been ok so far too. Maybe anyone else out there could help convince them to start another LMS🤔😀? I have to at least try. You never know how the table might turn.”

“I have read a couple of bad reviews about WPMU, not many a but a few I think from a while ago mostly. I have not been a customer long but every time I have had an issue WPMU support has been awesome. Some issues ive been stuck on I have jumped on live chat to their team and they've gone above and beyond in helping me sort out my issues. Thanks WPMU!”

“Best support available. I have never left an interaction with tech support here at WPMU disappointed. They are knowledgable and very easy to work with. I absolutely recommend WPMU whenever the topics of WordPress and managed hosts come up. They have helped me through some tough situations. As a newbie, this is very important to me.
