Worst service by this company. Paid over £8000 for supply and fit the kitchen. We asked the fitters to be careful as they were knocking the old units against a double glazed door while removing the units from kitchen to the garden. The fitters got upset and left without installation of new kitchen. That meant we have no kitchen. We contacted Wren Kitchens who told us the fitters are self employed. That meant we have to find someone ourselves. We contacted a fitter via Checkatrade who will do the work in 2 weeks time. It means we will be without a kitchen for almost three weeks till finish. Worst service by Wrens Kitchen.

Had the most awful experience with Wren! Avoid Wren! The worst customer service among all retailers in the UK. Never takes ownership of the product they are selling. We went to the store for our Kitchen design end of September, we had our first quote in October, we were pressurised to pay a deposit to get a full view of our quote ( this is to stop us from comparing prices) so until we pay a deposit you are unable to know why they are charging you what they are charging you. We were told by putting the deposit it means that any promotional offers will be held. We paid the deposit and we had 4 people from Wren coming to measure our kitchen and they were still getting the measurement wrong so we had to measure ourselves and confirm the measurements. we have had over 7 different quotes because the designer was incompetent. My finance had to do half of the job for him. Every time we would be sent a new design with something changed that We didn't ask for. We were getting really frustrated as it was second week November and we wanted our kitchen installed before xmas and we were having to do our their job. By the time we got our 7th quote some of the promotion were taken off despite the fact we were told that by paying the deposit we are securing the offers. We asked the questions of why the prices went up their answer was 'we honestly don't know', 'nothing we can do about it'.Finally their 3D drawing doesn't match the quote they have given us so they verbally assured us 'everything is fine, it's just a system glitch'. Now we have received the kitchen and we have some units in gloss finish and some units in Matt finish, it looks completely ridiculous. When we rang them about this, first of all the manager of the Thornton Heath showroom was extremely rude and the customer service line has told 'it's customer duties to make sure everything is right our staff are not professionals'. so they have clearly told us we have to do the job for them! I have saved for this ktichen for 5 years and now I have to deal with this kitchen that I didn't want. Luckily I have some evidence of email conversations and kept my initial quote, 3D drawings to take this situation further to the furniture ombudsman. I just knew their after sales service was beyond terrible but didn't expect to be left without any form of support but even their pre-sales where terrible! They all work for commissions and are completely money driven and not have any competency or skill set for the job. I really regret not going with my initial supplier Wicks. I would advise anyone to go to Wicks, B&Q or Howden or anywhere else where they value their customer. Wren is not exactly the cheapest, they are not transparent with their pricing, they have no trading standards, have poor work ethics and workers do not have the skill set (maybe just the one we ended up with but we were told he is one of the best which is even more concerning), the managers who are meant to re assure us are extremely rude and arrogant and finally the customer care line are useless as they only act as a central line to answer calls and pass it to the showroom. Wren does not care about customer!

If I could minus stars I would. Their surveyors measurements were wrong, the delivery driver told us he’d checked everything and they were fine-no housing unit and a broken sink unit! No running water in kitchen for weeks in our kitchen because our installer couldn’t install anything until replacements units arrive and then he had another job on. Anything from Wren? Not a chance. They’ll put you through one department after another to stop you from claiming compensation for your troubles! Joke shop!

Very bad experience, still u going. Kitchen left in a mess! No cooker. I am searching around everywhere for someone to install my goods. Wren as delievered last, missed out information, given me misleading information. Fitters did not turn up, and left tools out and i have a 6 year old. All my electronic plugs are pulled up! I am very much not pleased! I would like my ood kitchen back! I have no kitchen now for 2 weeks going and my son has been eating fast food.

It is an absolute shambles with their installers, they quote a 4-5 day job and done it in 1-2 days... we found rough worktop corners from rough cutting, no panel on raw worktop edges, no shaping of the worktop to match the surface it was married to, wonky alignment, backboards falling out of place, damaged worktops and blaming wear and tear, not treating customers fairly and very arrogant installers that are rude and tell you to “get out the way”

If I could put no stars I would. Would I recommend, definitely not. The units look lovely, but after 5 weeks I still have no work tops, and Wren are not taking ownership and helping with the situation, the support staff do not take ownership and don't appear to care. So basically no kitchen for two months with no end date. Wren refuse to pick up all the unit packaging, apparently I have to pay extra for Wren to remove their rubbish, This is shocking, I have given Wren £13k and they don't even clean up after themselves. I don't think I have ever dealt with a customer care team who really are unwilling to do anything to help turn this in to a good experience. The only positive has been the actual kitchen fitter who has fitted the units well and managed the building work brilliantly, Everything else is poor and I wish I had purchased my kitchen from a company who actually cared for their customers.

Well, they call them one of the best kitchen specialist in the UK but hey could not properly design a unit to fit the fridge freezer! Not only that but instead when I asked them to rectify the error they tried to blame it on me. Due to their error now I am left with a wall unit that I cant use anywhere. Because if I put the wall unit the fridge freezer wont fit in the slot left below. I gave them the dimensions of my fridge 3-4 times but they bluntly denied it and said its my fault! I should have checked it. Well if I was a designer why would I pay them 6,500 pounds for a kitchen? When I asked for a refund for the wall unit which I can not use due to their error they agreed to pay me partial refund after so much of arguing! My question is why should I even pay the partial amount for a unit which I cant use because of their mistake, but they wont budge and kept telling me its my fault. I visited their showroom 3-4 times with the dimensions still their designer bluntly refused to accept it just because its their mistake. Did not expect this type of service from a so called reputable company who calls them kitchen specialist. Having to go through all these even after spending 6,500 (that too for a supply kitchen only) is bit too much. Their response was oh its a supply kitchen only so you should have checked the dimensions. Well just because its a supply kitchen only doesn't mean you provide a 2m wide kitchen to fit a gap of 1m wide kitchen is it, but that simple logic doesn't make sense to them. In a nutshell left with a ugly looking kitchen and unused wall unit (for which I was charged fully) despite spending 6,500 pounds and still being accused that its my fault!!! Leaving no option but to go to consumer court!

This was the second kitchen we have purchased from Wren, our first being 2 years ago, so when we moved house we had no hesitation in going back to the Warrington showroom. Good points ... Good quality kitchen units, the delivery team very good. Now the not so good points...... Even though we had a Wren surveyor do a home measure, checking on sockets, plugs and utilities etc.they take no responsibility for measurements and the advice we received from Wren regarding moving a water meter and rising main was totally inaccurate. Their Expert Kitchen Designer advised us that it was a simple job to move the pipes, not so when you have solid floors. We advised both the surveyor and the Kitchen Designer that we had solid floors. This meant that last minute adjustments had to be made to our design plan. Incurring extra expense, purchasing a further worktop and a base unit being butchered to accommodate the pipes. They had little or no knowledge when questioned about the kitchen taps they recommended, never asking if we had high water pressure. A long story short we ended up with a large gap at one end of the kitchen, our filter making a tray unit rather than using a large filler they had designed, an integrated fridge freezer that was too tall to fit into the unit, they advised we could just remove the top shelf, not so and taps purchased from local plumbing merchant and a whole load of stress. The kitchen worktops had to be trimmed and finished off by our fitter as despite Quality Assurance stickers on, they clearly had not been finished off correctly with a raised edge clearly visible. I have complained to Wren customer care team and received a formal apology but they do not accept liability for the issues I have raised. A discount on the worktops was negotiated as I could not wait 10 days for new worktops to be delivered, so I received a refund of £154. on a kitchen that costs £1000s...I believe the level of service we received from Wren was poor and certainly way below the claim they make on their website. YOUR KITCHEN... OUR HEART & SOUL At Wren, our heart and soul goes into your kitchen... Never again will I purchase a kitchen from Wren or recommend Wren. I feel like we have been naive and foolish putting our trust in a Company that claim to be Experts. Expert would imply a level of knowledge and expertise this was certainly not the case. AVOID

Well what can I say about wrens. Excellent showroom very good choice but after that can't say I'm impressed. We ordered our kitchen early March with a delivery date of 16th April. After reading contract it said I would be notified 1 week before delivery, so I rang up on 11th April about my order only to say they had not even started making it. I was absolutely fuming to think we had emptied our old kitchen with nothing left in it. Delivery date was then 20th April as they had to rush to do it. When it arrived on time they had sent different coloured parts of kitchen. What a nightmare it was and still is today still not completed and now it is 3rd August 2018. We wish we had never changed our kitchen or gone to B&Q for a much cheaper one after all the money we have spent. It has been very stressful and I certainly wouldn't recommend them, they don't deserve to have customers and treat them so bad.

Planning was great. Installation was, and still is, awful. Installers were not up to the job. Still waiting for Wren to inspect, resolve and complete the kitchen after six weeks. Distraught. No functional kitchen for all that time and no dates for remedy, worktops or completion. So disappointed and frustrated.

Having now been on the fourth worktop within the warranty period and fourth different 'engineer' I am pleased to say the warranty has nearly ran out and don't have to have another wren worktop. Customer care are really good at their job, excellent really, warranty covered as it should. But, in my particular experience, the company NEED to have good customer service due to some material issues and the odd workmanship issues. I believe that if we had 'stone' worktops things may have been different because Wren don't make them or understand, fit them! This was not a 'dream kitchen' in any shape or form for us, it was a nightmare to the point of tears, especially now that I have to re decorate again for the third time! The above is only our experience and is only brief but I believe accurate! Unfortunately for Wren, some of my friends have followed the stories and are going elsewhere for kitchens. Sorry Wren, things could have been different!

After my last review of Wren's complete lack of customer service I was contacted by them to assure me that my review had been passed to the appropriate department who would contact me in due course. That was before Christmas. It is now the last week of May and still NOTHING. We have a cupboard that is noticeably squint and soft closing doors that don't. They have not addressed any of the issues that we brought up with them going right back to the first fitters supplied by them who were removed from the job mid installation due to the poor quality of their work. Whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Once you have signed on the line customer care ceases to exist. Shame on you Wren.

If i could give no stars then I would ... dire company ... we're charged 9,000 for six units and told their fitter was great at tiling .. a 3 year old could have done better ... now we are left with a rubbish kitchen and they don't want to know ... couldn't do enough for us when they wanted the job ... be very wary !!!

Our kitchen delivery was cancelled without us being informed, we only found out a week before the delivery was due when they called to schedule a smaller order for our utility room. They then rescheduled the delivery over a week later causing us issues with our fitters. We also had to repeatedly contact our kitchen designer, over a 4 week period in order to get them to order the redesign that we had done, we were repeatedly promised this would be done, we had to speak to the store manager in order to actually resolve the issue. Really not impressed, this is the 2nd kitchen we have bought from wren, the 1st time everything was fine, this time the level of service has been very poor

We did have a few problems with the design of our kitchen, but got a partial refund after several calls and visits to the showroom. Let's just say that if you have to modify any cabinets to complete the design you should know that it voids the warranty, the sales people won't tell you. But after that... Some of the soft-close hinges are already failing (6 months). The rubber pads that go on the inside of the doors keep falling off. Ready-built cabinets sound like a good idea, but just means that when they are slightly out of square you are stuck with it. The legs don't fit on the oven housing with drawer under, there is a bodgy fix described on an extra bit of paper in the box. We got the premium laminate tops. The edging is bumpy and has marks on it from the heat when it was applied (in the factory). We also had a specially made thick piece of worktop for our hob, it had several small marks on the top, nothing too obvious. We chose to live with it rather than go another 4 weeks without a kitchen while we waited for a replacement. If you opt for painted oak, don't be fooled, this only applies to the doors. The plinths and end panels etc are all MDF or chipboard and the MDF corner posts are a different shade to everything else, plus the doors have warped slightly since install, mostly noticeable on the larder door because it is bigger. My first and last kitchen from Wren.

After agreeing to pricematch a kitchen by email they refused it a week later after sale ended at competitors store and no longer had stock meaning we now have a bare kitchen after i ripped it out after being told they would pricematch. After we complain about it, management refuse to help in any way, refuse to sell us ANY kitchen and bar us from the store Bad business ethics, unhelpful and rude staff, (showroom manager most of all) untrustworthy, unsympathetic, careless. I could go on forever, they truly have messed us around and stalled us from getting a competitors kitchen. Also customer service is awful
