“We purchased a Wren kitchen from the Norwich branch for the bungalow we are renovating and fitted it ourselves. From the planning to ordering and delivery we have been very satisfied with the service we received. The kitchen looks fabulous and was great value for money. Would definitely recommend.”

“From the start to finish I had a great experience. The designer that designed the kitchen listen to our needs and really helped out. The engineer that came out to measure was great and polite. The kitchen was deleivered and fitted by my own fitters. We saw that a door panel had been damaged called the customer service number. Advised them what I had found and they sent a new door out straight away. I have had no issues with Wren Kitchen and would recommend.”

“I am delighted with my Wren kitchen. The service I received from start to finish was brilliant. Design help excellent from their Guildford branch. Delivery was on time and easy. One damaged item (unit door) was replaced free of charge the same week. Thanks Wren! :)”

“Excellent service, great product. From design to delivery to finished product could’t fault Wren. We had our own fitters but design and delivery were excellent. Product delivered efficiently and to time. All through the process Customer care checking we were happy. Kitchen now in place and 3 months old. All good.”

“We have had our kitchen a few months now. There isn’t one thing I would change. Everything is perfect and we are so glad we chose Wren. We totally love everything about our kitchen. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at updating their kitchen”

“The was a professional approach to buying a wren kitchen. It was helpful to see your kitchen being created in front of your eyes. My advice would be to show your fitter the plans so changes could be made if necessary. I feel the quality of the actual kitchen units and doors could be better. The doors on all my units are not soft closing although perhaps they will become so over time. Also the drawers stick on opening and closing. I wouldn't purchase again drawers of 1000mm width because difficult to open single handedly.”

“Good customer service. I had to change plans a number of times due to changes in my requirements as the plans developed. They were accomodated with no problems. They made sure I was happy with everything and took time to explain exactly what was going where and why. Delivery was exactly on the day they promised and everything was delivered intact and well packed.”

“Very good showroom and helpful staff (Nottingham store). They listened to what we needed and helped to design a nice kitchen. Kitchen delivery was good and on time and they kept us informed. Only reason for 4 stars is that we wanted to order a worktop at a later date but we were told we had to have ordered it at the same time.”

“We ordered a shaker style kitchen from Wren and a number of appliances. All the appliances we included in the order were price matched or better. They were able to deliver the kitchen quickly which was a pleasant surprise as we thought it would take 4-6 weeks. All faults we reported were dealt with really quickly, with no extra charges so we were very happy with the service we received from Customer Care. The only thing worth mentioning is the communication with the actual branch we ordered at could have been a bit better. I felt I had to keep chasing for a couple of changes to be made but this is minor so in all, I would recommend ordering from Wren.”

“From start to finish, Wren Kitchens helped us get the development of our new kitchen sorted and even showed us how it'd look via a VR headset which was amazing. So happy with everything Wren helped us achieve. However, from my last review, no one from customer service has called me, as promised, to discuss the worktop issue of scratches”

“What can I say! Wren have helped us through the whole process from design and consultation to fitting, they had a wonderful kitchen fitter who also helped us find a tiler and plasterer both of whom have done an amazing job which has finished the kitchen off perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wren to family and friends”
