“Worst service by this company. Paid over £8000 for supply and fit the kitchen. We asked the fitters to be careful as they were knocking the old units against a double glazed door while removing the units from kitchen to the garden. The fitters got upset and left without installation of new kitchen. That meant we have no kitchen. We contacted Wren Kitchens who told us the fitters are self employed. That meant we have to find someone ourselves. We contacted a fitter via Checkatrade who will do the work in 2 weeks time. It means we will be without a kitchen for almost three weeks till finish. Worst service by Wrens Kitchen.”

“Wren kitchens was reasonably priced and offered a top class delivery service, kitchen looks great now that it’s in, please just check their measurements before you install as my room was measured incorrectly and worktops and base units had to be altered.”

“Great customer service from Pav at the Wren Gloucester store. He listened to everything we wanted and designed a dream kitchen taking advantage of the great January offers. We look forward to it being delivered in the summer”

“Good experience with Wren Kitchens. Making an appointment with a designer was easy, and the designer himself was friendly and had some good ideas. The delivery was brilliant and on time, with good aftercare service too when it came to resending items out. Would definitely recommend and good value for money as the products are well made, as well as having the option to purchase appliances which are price checked and definitely cheaper through wren.”

“Beautiful kitchen and the service was very good. Only downside is that after I had ordered the kitchen I found out there were no fitters in our are. Had to find an independent fitter who sadly was diabolical and has left our kitchen in a state. It will be amazing when I finally get it finished.”

“I had my Wren kitchen fitted in summer 2018. I have waited awhile to write this review to see if any little snags or issues materialised. I'm happy to say none have. I would recommend Wren from the planning process right through to completion. We used their fitter too who was very professional and through. They are not the cheapest but the quality is good, the bottom line is you get what you pay for.”

“Well where do I start .had a kitchen fitter by yourselfs 4 weeks ago not fitted by the design.kichen is chipped on every door and draws very poor quality I’ve rang no one wants to know got my money now so not interested in resolving these issues”

“I purchased my kitchen 2Weeks before Xmas and it was delivered on time as arranged. I had my own fitters as wrens are very expensive in comparison. Everything went to plan and I had my beautiful, quality kitchen in just in time. From measuring to delivery everyone involved were very helpful and the guys at Sheffield branch even helped make suggestions to save me money. I would recommend to friends and family”

“Our initial consultation with our dedicated designer helped us think about the kind of kitchen we wanted with lots of choice on the types of kitchens as well as the extras. The communication throughout the process was excellent and we felt up to date with each step of the process. We were skeptical around the use of independent fitters but this actually turned out to be the highlight. Our fitters were exceptional craftsman, carrying the work out to a very high standard and engaged with us throughout. Overall a high standard of service from Wren and a kitchen that looks amazing!!”

“Me and my wife purchased some solid oak furniture from Wren Kitchens. They looked really good on the website but so much better in the flesh. The whole transition from purchase to delivery was seamless. Incredible value. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.”

“From start to finish our experience with Wren has been second to none. All staff we dealt with have been very professional and have gone above and beyond to make sure our kitchen was exactly how we planned it. Our kitchen fitter (Dave Jones) was amazing and we are so glad we decided to go with Wren for the whole package. Any queries we had were dealt with smoothly and quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wren for your kitchen purchase and fitting!”

“Visited two places when deciding to buy a new kitchen. Wren was by far the best (went to Huddersfield branch), in terms of their customer service and actually having the kitchen we wanted. The whole process was really smooth and they really helped us decide everything we wanted/needed. They supplied us with a virtual plan of the kitchen, so we could essentially seen the finished product before it was installed. We will definitely be going back to Wren when we need to, but what we have now is going to last us years to come. Highly recommended!”

“Got an amazing quality kitchen for less than quoted elsewhere , kitchen designers in Edinburgh store were fantastic. There was a slight issue with missing items upon delivery but customer service were very quick to resolve with no further iasies.”

“My finished kitchen looks great. All the Wren employees that I had dealings with were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The one or two minor issues that arose during the course of the design, delivery and installation were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Wren. I would definitely recommend and use Wren again.”
