“From planning to delivery I can honestly say we had a good experience with Wren kitchens. Wren advisers were very friendly and helpful, as too were the delivery drivers. Our kitchen is beautiful and of good quality, and, contrary to some bad reviews, there was nothing missing nor amiss with our order.”

“Overall really pleased. Few hiccups along the way but nothing major. Showroom staff and VR was brilliant and was so important in the design phase. Quality of the kitchen is good a few damaged items during fitting were replaced without issue by Wren. Dry Fit cost was quite expensive in comparison especially as there were a lot of extras from the fitters after survey but the 0% interest was well worth it and the kitchen looks great.”

“Good customer service, helpful and good advice, prompt delivery. Only down side is not being able to return an item that was no longer wanted after placing order,but in all fairness I was made aware of this.”

“We bought a Wren kitchen earlier this year. It was a L shaped design. We wanted to keep our original granite worktop, but Wren said if this was the case we would have to employ our own fitter, which we did. Wren sent a man along to measure up. We made him aware that we were keeping our original work tops so all his measurments have to be relative to this. The units were delivered on time. When our fitter started to install then it soon became apparent that the Wren measurements were incorrect. Resulting in the corner unit too long and wide. When we asked Wren for someone to come and investigate, they refused. There excuse being that as we had used our own fitter they would not be responsible for an incorrect measurement by Wren. My advice for anyone buying a Wren kitchen DO NOT USE YOUR OWN FITTER. Regards Len. Wallbank”

“I’m really happy with my wren kitchen, I knew from the minute I walked into the show room I wanted to use Wrenn. The showroom I visited was clean and everything was in working order and well laid out. The service staff were excellent and didn’t hassle me. The survey was spot on and the end product looks fantastic.! The option of finance has helped massively with my home renovations, thank you.”

“Bought kitchen from Wrens based on recommendation and can say wasn’t disappointed. Even our builders who fitted the kitchen remarked on the build quality and finish. After sales support was excellent and delivered as promised. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending wrens to others”

“Kitchen is lovely and fitted by Wren very professionally. After sales poor, my dishwasher broke after 3 months and Wren weren’t interested, had to wait 6 weeks for repair!”

“We were pleased from start to finish as the whole process Straight forward from the measurer coming out to the installation. We’re were well informed every step of the way by email, text and calls. The delivery was well organised and the fitter was outstanding. The kitchen was fully installed within 4 days and the installer returned promptly to replace a damaged drawer and door. The interest free option made it all affordable and we are very pleased.”

“Showroom and design service were excellent with plenty of chance to make changes to the design and finishes etc. However, delivery day was not good. They moved our slot on the day 4 times to 8pm and we had to endure an hour of the delivery men complaining about their lives! The quality of the units etc is very good - we're pleased with the resulting fitted kitchen. A couple of items were deliverd damaged, but Wren's after-sales customer service sent replacements free, next-day whhich was brilliant. Overall would recommend.”

“I can’t recommend Wren kitchens highly enough! From my first visit last year when I was “shopping around” to the time earlier this year when my partner and I walked in to start what was to be a streamlined,well thought out process with friendly, helpful and supportive staff, fast forward to our stunning, extremely well designed, well made fabulous kitchen that I just absolutely love and all this is as a result of being guided and supported in exactly what we were looking for in our new kitchen. I walked in with a vision of what I wanted in our kitchen and Sophie turnedthat into a reality!”

“The quality is of a very high standard. The delivery notification was accurate and efficient and items were well packaged. The units were assembled which made for a speedy fitting process. The alternative trims selected for our particular kitchen makes it stand out from other kitchen retailers versions. The only issue we have had is with J Rotherham who supply the quartz worktop. Installation was cancelled without any notice and only identified through us enquiring. Follow up communication has been poor. We are yet to receive confirmation as to whether we will receive our worktops before Christmas. Can't fault Wrens though.”
