“A great service from start to finish. We looked at Howdens, Magnet etc, popped into Wren and from the initial planning team to the installation team we could not have asked for more. The quality of the kitchen is excellent, it looks great and the kitchen installer did a lovely job. After service was excellent.”

“My Wren kitchen is now one month old. I love it and everyone who views it is full of admiration. Cleverly designed so that every inch of space is used units have internal ingenious features. Virtual reality enabled me to sample what the completed kitchen would be like. Ordering was easy:; delivery was quick and installation was painless! It’s a great kitchen to workin; to look at ; and it has added real value to my property. I can truly recommend a Wren kitchen.”

“Good planning, patient and helpful. Delivery was as agreed and all products packaged to a vey high standard. I used my own fitter, thought the Wren fitting price was expensive. Customer service has been excellent, problem with benchtop fitting, experienced a short delay, hopefully, awaiting fitting in next few days.”

“Outstanding service and great kitchen! I cannot fault anything about the Wren experience. From the initial design meeting to the delivery and after sale service, it was a very smooth process with helpful staff. We had some damaged items arrive on first delivery but on noting this to Wren, we were quickly assured that a replacement would be sent. And it was - didn't have to wait long either: all new items delivered as promised. No hassle. Great help on the resolution of the worktop query. Thanks for the experience Wren! “I would highly recommend wrens, from my appointment with the showroom to the delivery of my kitchen, it was fantastic service. I was kept updated and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall 10/10 service”

“The quality of Wren's materials is high. We had a few post installation problems but the customer care is responsive and attending to them. Room for improvements: better coordination between the surveyor and the design team, most customers would like Wren to fully connect the services, eg. cooker, sink etc. That would be reassuring to the customers.”
