“I’ve worked in the industry for 20 odd years and now retired I found them very easy to deal with No old school tactics just easy face to face exchange of views and options about a very extensive range of well built solid units make in the U.K. and fitted with high end mechanics hinges draws etc. You could pay a lot lot more and be no better off for it”

“The design process was excellent, Abdul at the Ashton branch was thorough and really took his time to get what we wanted. Delivery was excellent and smooth, all cabinets clearly labelled. We used our own installer and when we found a couple of damaged items Wren quickly sent replacements. Overall we’re very happy with our finished kitchen”

“From start to finish we have nothing negative to say about our Wren kitchen. Everything went very smoothly with a fantastic delivery team and our fitters John and Chris. They were both very hard working professionals who knew exactly what to do. My kitchen was ripped out and installed in 2.5 days with no problems. The cutlery tray was missing from the order, I phoned customer services and it was delivered the next day. Can’t say fairer than that. I would recommend Wren.”

“After ordering the service goes down hill, think if number 1 why don’t they have any British standard, and any other, they want full money before the fit the kitchen, then the balls in they court, bought lasts year paid 18000 fully fitted they fitter took 8months. Wrong parts, missing bits, all fitter are self employed so when part turns the fitter is busy on other jobs, the company is a joke. Flashy show rooms. Don’t be fouled,keep away.otherwise you’ll have a lot of heartache.think which company take all money upfront.”

“Measured to perfection however decided to plan kitchen without a radiator which we were expecting to keep but can understand why they did it as it would of been impossible to repair if needed to once kitchen was fitted....Had a side panel missing but customer service was quick and easy receiving part 1 week later...I would recommend wren good quality and a positive experience.”
