“Fantastic experience from initial visit to Warrington Wren right through to seeing my lovely kitchen and appliances installed. Professional service from top notch designer, who made quite a few amendments at my request. Great delivery team, punctual and efficient. Measuring service was spot on too. Highly recommend.”

“We did hear some unfavourable reviews about Wren but can say our experience was very good. The kitchen was designed to our requirements and the units were good quality. The fitting did take a bit longer than we were originally told due to a couple of small problems but overall we are very pleased with our kitchen.”

“From start to finish Wren was excellent. The planning process went really well - they were not happy until we were happy. Upon ordering we got loads of offers presented to us; discounts they had on at the time and even price matched to major retailers (online and in store) for the white goods. I thought I was quite demanding at this stage, but it was all no problem for Jake who dealt with our queries. Delivery was equally as smooth. The delivery drivers brought it all in and it was all well packaged. We had a couple of small issues that were very quickly sorted with a quick phone call. The customer service number had no wait time whatsoever - the first time I've experienced this for a big company. Very friendly and efficient service here too. The quality of the final product is great, we are so pleased with our new kitchen.”

“From the moment we booked the survey to the point of delivery we couldn't have asked for a better service. We used our own fitter and the detail in the plans provided along with the numbered boxes helped ease of positioning. There were a few hiccups ( wrong colour on one of the items and a few bits missing ) but it only took one email and a phone call to get it all sorted to our satisfaction . Cannot fault finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend.”

“We had a wrens kitchen fitted in March 2018, we were pleased with the service supplied by wrens from start to finish The design of our kitchen in store was superb and the quality of the kitchen first class I would recommend wrens to anyone and is certainly value for money”
