“In all honesty we have not had the most ideal experience. The sales experience we received was 5 star and had a smooth and pleasent experience worth the process of designing, surveying and delivery of our kitchen. Unfortunately it was all downhill from there. We received the wrong filter for our extractor fan, which was quite a challenge to get resolved with wrens customer service team. Secondly they wrongly delivered items to us meant for another address and refused to collect them. After muc back and forth and pointing out that I would either have to store these items or pay someone else to collect them, and how would they feel if I come and dumped my personal belongings in their showroom and just left them there they finally agreeed to collect the items. Following this we have had an appalling experience with their third party worktop supplier, J Rotherham who contractually are meant to deliver worktops from templating within 7-10 days. Templating was 24/09 and after recienving no communication, continually chasing them we have been given multiple delivery dates which have been changed or cancelled last minute now three times. That’s three times, making work arrnangements, scheduling removals and adjusting our current rent and move out date/situation as we are not yet in the property until the worktops are delivered. Unfortunately and experience that started well has ended rather disappointing and because of that I wouldn’t recommend.”

“Excellent choice of kitchens the staff were very helpful from start to finish. The standard of the kitchen is very high and exactly what we wanted. They delivered on the day agreed and time slot without any complications. I would highly recommend Wren.”

“A pleasent & stress free journey to our new family kitchen. Friendly store staff & support teams with good product knowledge. Lots of colour & function options to suit your needs. A few hiccups on route which were resolved simply by phone & hassle free. They even baby sat our son in store while we focused on our design distraction free! The final result is everything we wanted & having such a functional room makes family life much more enjoyable! Thank you 29816868”

“Really pleased with our Wren kitchen. We found they had the best showroom of the companies we visited and the design experience was very easy with all the choice in the showroom to hand. We were concerned about the after-service following negative reviews. We did have a couple of niggles with missing items on the order and one which was damaged but personally I found the customer service team helpful and I was satisfied with how things were resolved. The kitchen looks great and feels high quality.”

“We found the visits to our local Wren showroom and the service we received to be very good. We amended our order several times and the staff were always very helpful and accommodating. Some of the deals we received, particularly the appliance package, also seemed to be good value. The delivery was on time as scheduled. We used an independent contractor to fit our kitchen which saved a great deal of money from Wren's quote and were very happy with the quality of his work. However, he did encounter some issues with the plans drawn up by Wren, as despite sending 2 specialist measuring teams we ended up having to 'build out' in certain areas to make everything fit and were also left with a set of drawers that cannot open fully, as they collide with the handles of our oven, something we would have expected to be picked up in the planning process! We have now been using the kitchen for three months and it looks very attractive with lots of compliments from guests, however internally some drawer bases have already started to 'warp' despite having very little weight in them. Overall it seems to be of good quality but I would neither recommend or advise against using Wren based on my own personal experiences.”

“Wren were amazing from start to finish. We used the virtual reality experience once our kitchen had been planned & it was great!! Helped us make some decisions on changes. Delivery was great and after sales customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend!”

“The only problem l have is quality of the kitchens .the staff at the showroom.the design team .the delivery men.the fitter .the aftercare team and how they saved me money it was to good to be true but it was recommend they are the best in the business merryhill team are the best”

“I love my kitchen - it looks and feels great quality and I was happy with the choice. My designer was very helpful and answered any questions well, I was also able to adjust the kitchen right up until production. I had one issue that was sorted (with a tap) and otherwise I’m really happy!”
