“Showed no respect for customer privacy. Lied and said all maids wear gloves and masks and that's completely false! Girls sit and watch TV if theres nothing to clean just to stay the time there boss wants them to. Customers are getting charged for this!!!!! We have cameras and we have audio.”

They are pleasant , prompt , leave my home spotless, flexible and my bathrooms are great and with a fresh clean scent every time .I can not say enough great things. If you live in orlando FL this is the place to use. The office also has been super flexible when I’ve needed to make changes They are awesome !!!”

“I am usually very pleased with the work but today they didn’t get here until after 5:00 PM. When I walked around checking the surfaces, the bathroom counter had a film of product, bedroom bath was not done when they said it was. I felt like they were rushing to get home. I pay good money for their service and expect a professional job. Not sure I’ll have them back.”

I will never be working with these dishonest people again and I reccomend you do the same. I do not understand how their rating is so high. I would give them a zero if I could. The cleaning ladies broke an item of mine, took my kitchen sponge and left it outside (I had to get a new one, that is disgusting!), and did not clean properly as there is still dust and dirt in places (even though they charged me an extra $55 for a half an hour!!!). This company is a total rip off and not worth the headache.”

I had to go back and clean my house behind them after they left. They did not come back out to my house to clean after I called about their 24 hour guarantee.
I do not recommend this company at all ! Most of my neighbors use them and I have went and told them what a horrible job they did. They do not plan on using them again. I wasted my money my and for a company to not call me back to speak with me on the matter is just bad business !!!”

They cleaned the house with expertise.The house had not been cleaned in over a year so they had job on there hands they completed in 2 and 1/2 hours. The house looked and smelled great.

However, I have never had so many items broken.
The maids carefully put the pieces together to hide the breakage.
When I confronted them with the damage they said "The dogs did that." How in the world could a dog carefully piece together the broken items? Again, I would not recommend Molly Maids.”
