“I have been trying to use them for the last 10 months. They are habitually not on time and have even called to simply cancel and not show up when I have rearranged my schedule to be home for them. Not clear to me who is the customer - me or Molly Maid. Are often in a rush and simply ignore things that they were asked to do. Poor service.”
“I would suggest that you think long and hard before you sign up with this company, I signed up and I got stuck with them for six months in the contract, from the very first visit they didn’t do any of the things that I was promised in the initial interview, I was told that in my house would be cleaned from baseboards to floors to ceiling fans and I didn’t get that treatment. Some of the cleanings that I received no one dusted the furniture there was one time no one clean the mirror over the bathroom vanity I had to constantly call and complain to the office, then they would send out a different cleaning team meaning I had to miss more time off on my busy schedule to be home when they come to reclean what should have gotten done in the first place, they are very expensive and very inconvenient and you do not get the quality cleaning that you’re promised from the initial interview. I do not recommend Molly maids to anyone. You will not get a clean house they use non bleach chemicals that just don’t measure up to the quality clean home!! on the floors they clean with water 😳 that is not sanitizing a home at all. Don’t waist your time or money you will be sorry you did!!!!”
“They make so much yet cleaner's are paid minimum wage and paid less for traveling they are paid less than you think they charge nearly 70 for an hour cleaning but charge staff less than 20pound”
“They came out to look at cleaning job. They said have it Molly maid ready so we can clean. Why would I have time to preclinical when they are the cleaning service. I work to much thats the point. I gave one star for them coming out. I did not get a call back. Thats ok I hired another cleaning service. Much better. I can tell they are not very good. Not recommended at all.”

This is my first time using their services
She came to my home look around took her 5 mnts explained the different prices I agreed to come every 2 weeks
The day that they came after being inside my home 2 hours they call me and ask me that they need more time to finished up and I told them no is ok not to do the stove and refrigerator
When I came home I was so upset and so sad at the same time. How can people lied the way they did I sent pictures of every part of my house
The smell when I came in was like somebody use and old wet cloth, stinky, no dusting at all, they didn’t clean nothing I though maybe because wasn’t too dirty they thought there is nothing to clean, no bathrooms cleaned and I have 2.5 baths
They stood in my home fir 2 hours asked to stay longer fir nothing
I called same date I asked her what happen why you sent people to clean and they didn’t and then you call me to extend the hours because is not time to finish?
Why the lie ?
Her response was can you send me pictures
I did and her response was the only thing we can do is do a redo
I told her this is not a Redo I will never use your services cancel the upcoming services
They didn’t even offer to at least give me a refund nothing
I wasn’t looking for a refund I was looking for a sincere response and be honest with the situation
They lied about cleaning and they lied when called me to ask for more time to clean
That is the way they steal your money

“He promised me deep cleaning! Hah!! I have 5 fans, the girl swiped at one of them. The rest were left untouched. Dusting, not one thing was touched in the rooms I had done, except the kitchen. Wiping down cabinets, never happened. Mop floors, bathroom floor only. Since I did not have them do two of my bedroooms, since my windows are so small he said he would have the girls do them, inside. When they got here we discussed the windows, which they did not do. They used the excuse for not dusting "She had small expensive knick knacks on her tv stand". Yes I did, three to be exact and my stand is 6 feet long. The other stand was not dusted either and had a lamp and one picture on it. When I do my own basic cleaning I do tons more than they did. When I complained they offered to send someone else out to clean. I said I did not want them back in my house. I said I got charged $150.00 (Which is what I was quoted) and I wanted $50.00 taken off. I told him, the owner the girls gave me a receite for only $100.00. He very rudely told me I was only charged $95.00. Which in my estimate was $90.00 too much. I was not offered a refund, got no delivery and lousy customer service. I wonder where they got all these 4.5 customer reviews from?”

Charged it to my credit card gave each lady $10 a piece for a tip it's a one apartment the pictures I show you will tell you all absolutely not acceptable look deep when they leave everything they did in the house was half done they offered me $45 back the floors were not done $15 they gave me back the refrigerator I paid an extra $30 for was done poorly done my 4-year-old grandson could have definitely done better he has more attention to details which I should have had him do the bathrooms were done terribly I will show you pictures I have two small grandsons a three and a four year old boys so you know when they get done partying what it looks like. I'm 66 and can't bend over very far to clean totally behind the toilets I decided to get some help please view my pictures”
“This is Jigneshkumar Patel & I called mollymaid for apartment 500 sq ft for 2 hours the she extended after call and charge 249$. And after I given all details she charged me 286$ without any Permian so many calls she always tell me I have to asked my manage and supervisor.. she making frad with me”
“Worst cleaning company I've ever dealt with in my life. I was quoted between $260-350 for a deep/move out clean including moldings, baseboards, windows, etc. Literally nothing was cleaned, except the fridge, since they took out the food I had in there and left it on the counter to rot for 2 days, and didn't even wipe the counter they left the food on! The baseboards are filthy, no moldings were wiped, there is even dirt on the side of the sinks that is super Visible they didn't even bother wiping: Best part about it is, they told me they were charging me $371, which is way over the highest price of the quote, when they did NOTHING! They offered to give me $20 off, haha: comical, since I then Had to clean the house myself before my new tenants moved in. What a joke. Don't hire these people, you can get a way better job done for a better price elsewhere”
“The works need to clean all baseboards in all rooms, not just half of a room. Even when dusting the walls close to ceiling. The workers just dust one side of the kitchen. They should not use a vaccum on the counter after using it on the floor.”
“I was charged for the 15 minutes the workers spent fooling around outside before and after the actual cleaning. Wrong. When I called I was informed that I was billed on the basis of when they turned the car on and off. Ridiculous. I suspect the workers are instructed to do this to jack up the bill.”
“Twice in 4 days they came to my home, and it still looked like nothing had been done. The owners came out after the first clean, snd agreed it was poorly done. They sent a second crew 3 days later, and skipped 2 rooms entirely. They were apologetic, but had no problem charging me. Do nothirethem, unless you are okay with doing it all again yourself.”

“The crew that was sent to clean my house on September 15, 2020 was terrible! I call Dia and told her and the 3 came back in but they really didn’t do anything. While I was checking they just up and left. My stove was not clean, cooktop dirty, mirrors were not done, hardwood floors very dull, dust all on the dresser/headboard/footboard, and this is just a few of the things. Call back to Dia and no answer! Left messages then called the main office they tried to get in touch but got no answer. I finally talk to a lady and after 10 mins she talked to a supervisor who said she would call me in a few minutes. Well I have yet to hear from anyone! A real estate agent referred the company and if I could I would give this company a -10!! I have picture of most of the undone work.”

“I am usually very pleased with the work but today they didn’t get here until after 5:00 PM. When I walked around checking the surfaces, the bathroom counter had a film of product, bedroom bath was not done when they said it was. I felt like they were rushing to get home. I pay good money for their service and expect a professional job. Not sure I’ll have them back.”
