“This is the worst company I have ever worked with. The owner refused to beleive a word I said and needs to get her head out of her own ass. I will never be working with these dishonest people again and I reccomend you do the same. I do not understand how their rating is so high. I would give them a zero if I could. The cleaning ladies broke an item of mine, took my kitchen sponge and left it outside (I had to get a new one, that is disgusting!), and did not clean properly as there is still dust and dirt in places (even though they charged me an extra $55 for a half an hour!!!). This company is a total rip off and not worth the headache.”

The two lady’s came into my house and acted like it was a fun day at work they were not professional at all. They were busy goofing off and not doing their job they were paid to do
I had to go back and clean my house behind them after they left. They did not come back out to my house to clean after I called about their 24 hour guarantee.
I do not recommend this company at all ! Most of my neighbors use them and I have went and told them what a horrible job they did. They do not plan on using them again. I wasted my money my and for a company to not call me back to speak with me on the matter is just bad business !!!”
“Molly Maids did a good job cleaning my home,
However, I have never had so many items broken.
The maids carefully put the pieces together to hide the breakage.
When I confronted them with the damage they said "The dogs did that." How in the world could a dog carefully piece together the broken items? Again, I would not recommend Molly Maids.”
“I really didn’t want to give any stars the staff was very unprofessional they were hired to do a general cleaning and left dirt on the bathroom floor when I mentioned it they were very defensive so I ask them to leave while leaving they kicked the step stool instead of picking it up and scratched my hardwood floors when I contacted the manager to let him know what happened he acted as if he didn’t care this company is fraud rude and a joke don’t waist your time or money”
“My son and I called into Molly maids to clean the bathroom the kitchen mop and vacuum the floors once they finish cleaning the bathroom I discovered that there was still dirt on the floor and the floors were still dirty when I brought this to the attention of the two girls that came to my house they got very defensive gave me attitude they were yelling and very disrespectful I was very shocked to know that they would talk to a new customer this way when they left not only did they leave a scratch on the hardwood floors but they kick the stepstool which caused it to scratch the floorsI’m very disappointment I would never ever recommend this service to anyone the worst ever poor customer service very unprofessional and the manager Jeremy didn’t seem like he cared don’t waste your time nor money”
“I have told Sabrina the lady who answered the phone are they supposed to be cleaning ceiling fans and she said yes and I found they were not moving dolies just going around them on the tables and never cleaned what was on the table didn’t clean toilet tank didn’t clean above pictures or above the shower doors so much dust. I couldn’t figure out how they got it down before an hour. When my husband called to cancel for work that’s not done she said okay bye she really didn’t care. So maybe you check around your house and see what really hasn’t been done. It hard to communicate to the girls because they don’t speak much English”
“Very unprofessional they couldn’t even keep the appointment for the quote “the owner of the company” try to apologize and even when I still seem OK with giving them the time to still come she made it seem like they still didn’t want to come very confuse I called Merry maids they gave me a great deal at 140 every two weeks with a deep clean as the first clean for the same 140”
“I had a bad experience with this company at the end of 2016 but against my better judgement I tried hem again on 2/28/20 and again i am VERY unhappy with their service. They stalked to me about what I wanted din and I thought it was clear and they figured that two of them could knock it out in the two hours. They did not move anything they dusted and there was dust at the back of all the tables. Every time I move something I can see it wasn’t dusted. The kitchen counters weren’t even wiped down nor was the kitchen floor or dining floor. This is approximately 1600 sq ft, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and there were two of them! They said they were scheduled somewhere else so again I paid them $160 for an incomplete job. If my son wasn’t getting married the next day I know that I could have accomplished the entire job properly in that length of time. I am over them and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!”

On Thursday they didn’t clean half our cabinets in the kitchen and they missed a ceiling fan. There was also a lot of dust on the top of our doors dog hair on the wall. We called them back and expressed our frustration. We were told they could come back and fix it the next day. We were out of town Friday and they couldn’t come later than 3:00 Monday or Tuesday. ( we work both days until later.)
My Fiance’s day off is Thursday and they told us we couldn’t wait until then because we could mess the house up again and they are running a business. I offered to send in pictures verifying it is messy now and employee on the phone acted irritated. We were reluctant to let them come Friday without us being home, but we were told they would bring a quality manager to ensure a good job.
They came Friday and spilled a giant bucket of filthy water on our newly cleaned carpets. ( We used ezclean and Allan was incredible.) They didn’t notify us so we found it on Saturday. It is Sunday morning and still wet. Never use this joke of a company. Warn everyone you know to not use this company.
They also failed to clean food particles out of multiple cabinets. Read the other negative reviews before using this company. They also broke apart our Daughter’s nightlight and scattered it across the house.”
“DO NOT USE. Not professional. Not on time. Do NOT clean. My place looked exactly the way it did after they were here. Nothing was moved. Dirt was still on floors. I have used professional cleaning services for ten years and this is by far the worse. I was told another crew would be sent the following day only to wait three more hours for no crew. A woman showed up in a skirt to take care of the touch-ups. A skirt. The problem was there was not touch-ups. The entire place needed to to be cleaned. Soap scum still in shower. The very basic elements of a clean we’re NOT done. The remedy. Giving me my check back and not making a wrong right. The worst business sense I have ever come across. I would have given no stars if I was allowed to write a review. Absolutely horrific.”

They do lousy work first and foremost , they do not come on time for another, and the customer service people are rude like they don't care if you are a customer or not!! Wow its ridiculous! “Absolutely horrible!! We have had great success hiring cleaners in the past, but this company is awful! After a couple of months of mediocre and inconsistent cleanings, we came home to a huge stain on our ceiling! The cleaners denied any part of it, but an external contractor and plumber both confirmed, the stain was from a knocked bucket in our master bathroom. Upon reaching out to the manager, we were told they would not take any responsibility for the damage, forcing us to seek legal support. Do NOT HIRE this company for your home!!”
“I thought it would be a great idea to use a professional cleaning service while my maid was on maternity leave. Big mistake because the crew was not interested in quality cleaning. I have a 48,000 square foot house and 2 women were in and out in 45 minutes. I called to give the company a list of everything they missed ( like, cleaning my house). They offered me a $20 discount on next service. I was very disappointed and will never use them again”
“I will NEVER use this service again! Three ladies came, one was on her phone playing a game while she was supposed to be cleaning the kitchen. She was lazy and didn't fully clean the fridge. $89/hour (4.5) hours total for not even half way good service. The staff talked to each other the entire time.So extremely disappointed! Mirror in living room not touched. 3 hours of cleaning at $90.an hour, I'd expected at least those things shine. They dont do dishes as it, and I guess not toilets either. Unbelievable how bad the lady in charge was. She should not be cleaning for a living. Again Were talking $90. An hour. I paid for 3 hours, and my house looked awful. “We booked Molly's Maid for an end of tenancy clean. We were totally aghast by the poor quality of the work, kitchen drawers left uncleaned, dust around skirtting boards, finger marks on doors. The speed in which they completed the job demonstrated the lack of attention. The weekend fell between our check out and feedback to Molly's Maid and although they initially agreed to make amends it was too late and the job had to be completed by another company because of the lack of time before the new tenants moved in. I was shocked and horrified that we were not refunded any of our £300 charge and had to pay the same again to another company to re-clean the property. I would never use or recommend the company again.”
