We are always never home, and they are great with my 2 dogs. My house is always clean, they get the job done. Highly recommend.”

“I used Molly Maids one time last week. They sent 2 girls to clean(neither one spoke any English) and while they were cleaning, after only half an hour, one of the girls broke a very precious gift my father had given to me before he died. I was upset and called their office. The girls left without finishing and the Molly Maid manager was extremely rude to me and no apologies were given and they blamed me, not the girls. The manager, named Nancy was so rude and so unprofessional, I cried for hours! I’m definitely would NOt recommend Molly Maids to my friends or family 😞”

“I used Molly Maid for the 1st time and they brought 2 girls. “I was not even able to schedule a cleaning of my house. Their website says my house is in their service area and gave me an 800 number to call. The person I talked to said their office didn't cover my house but gave me the number to the office that did. I called that direct line and was told I was outside of the service area.”

“I've been with Molly Maid several years and have had mixed experiences, some good some not so good. However, this new management seems to be much more focused on what matters, good customer service! Today for the first time, I received a quality check from Ms. Debra and that was nice, but before she even showed up to check the cleaning ladies Kalya & Jade where doing a great job and they were kind and respectful. They left my home clean and comfy. Thank you, and I hope to continue to get great service in the future!”
“I have been with Molly Maids since 2009. I am extremely dissatisfied with them and will not use them again. Additionally, to any of my friends I have referred to them, I'll let you know who I go with next so you can switch too. They are price gougers. They wanted to jack my price up nearly 30% because we remodeled our kitchen! It appears if you can afford nice things, they think they have the right to charge you more. I don't mind modest increases in prices, and have experienced them since 2009, but 30% with faulty justification is simply wrong. The girls who clean spend 1 hour 45 minutes at our home - and always have - from the time our boys were growing up to the time now, when it's just 2 of us living here and most of the house isn't even being used. Go with another company!”
