I wrote a review last Friday but for some reason it never got posted and they never got their bonus. They deserve their bonus and it was my fault it is being posted late. “Team 11 Tatiana & David did a great job (not perfect that's why only 4 stars.....for now). It was a post construction deep clean and for the time allotted they got more accomplished than expected (lots of very dusty blinds). I am pleased and look forward to working with Team 11 on a regular basis, communication was good and both are friendly & kind. Since this is the 1st time I've ever used a service I was apprehensive, I'm relieved I wasn't disappointed.

“Molly Maid is a joke. They didn’t even clean one bathroom. They also skipped the baseboards, light fixtures and windows and the vacuuming looked like it was done by Stevie Wonder. For this I was charged $300. And I got the “Deep Clean Special “. More like the “F@&k It Special “. I will be disputing this with visa once it posts. If you’re looking for a cleaning service, keep looking. This one isn’t it.”

“Bad job to work at have to be rushed through a job the leads don’t do their job when other employees are on the phones homes not being cleaned properly no breaks or lunches have to eat crackers in between houses getting In trouble if we take more then 15 minutes getting to a house also houses have to be cleaned in less then 2 hours instead of cleaning the way a house should be cleaned only products that are used are dawn and all purpose spray and depends on crews only all purpose is used instead of scrubbing the bathroom down vacuums don’t pick up worst place to work at employees talking about other employees Molly maid of lubbock is the worst place”
