“I usually do not give reviews.But the service they provided to us made me do it.
They are one of the worst home cleaners that i had. They just want to do their work quickly so they can run off and charge so much. if you tell them to skip for one week..they will charge you
lots of money just for skipping once as they want to make money...and still they don't clean properly .once i told the cleaning lady that toilet looks dirty. she took the water from the toilet bowl and cleaned the top. Such services they do. They will charge you extra money without telling you. So be careful. Never go with their service specially in Michigan. You cant trust them . They do not clean properly.They say that if its not molly maid ready..we wont clean it.If you tell them to clean the sink properly..they say it cant be done. So i had to show them how it can be cleaned. Be aware of these people and service. I would advice people to never go with their service.”

I need to tell anyone who wants to employ molly maid in Horsham to clean their home. DON’T
I have had a cleaner employed by them called Linda who is excellent. She was guaranteed to be my cleaner for each time.
She had been removed without a by or leave. I have been told that all their cleaners have same quality of care.
Thus is not the case.
When Linda had been in holiday the place looks like a duster not a hoover has not touched the surfaces.
A disgusting result. Cleaners like Linda do not exist at Molly Maid.
Do not use them.

“I just wanted to say how pleased my family is with our new team from Molly maid! Carina and Nancy have gone beyond what I had ask them to do! Everything has been duster and wiped down. Mirrors are cleaned in the bathrooms. They even left a rose made from the toilet tissue on the roll of tp! Those little details are just great! I recommend them highly!”

“I have been using Molly Maids for about 2 years and have had a few complains about the cleaning so communicated through the Ellis county office and they switched up the teams. I had an issue and called to let them know they were not moving my lamps and I found a pile of dust under them… after they came out and cleaned they called to cancel my service with me that the cleaning ladies didn’t feel they could clean the way I wanted them too… I was very surprised and very disappointed that a company like this can not have conversations with employees about doing the right thing and cleaning as they were hired to do..”
“I am very disappointed in the service provided by Molly Maid in Barrie. I booked a house cleaning as part of my move to another City a month in advance to ensure the date was available. A week before my move I was contacted asking if that date could be changed and I accommodated them. I was given a quote/price in writing for the work I needed done. As I was going to be moving out of town I asked for confirmation when the cleaning had been done and some pictures.
I did not receive confirmation when the work was done. I eventually received the pictures 4 days later. A few days after the work was done I noticed my credit card had been charged 1-2 hours more than the estimate and when the owner of the house did a walk through several of the items that were to be completed hadn't been done including cleaning the oven, cupboards and window sills. It has been a week and I still haven't even received an invoice for the work that was done. I've emailed and called trying to get the information and when I finally got an answer she told me the hourly rate I was billed was higher than the rate in my written estimate. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!”

“Merry Maids are better. These people agreed to wash windows on the inside ..didn't. I was under the impression they would stay until done. They took breaks and lunches then left before five. Charged over $600 for 2 bedrooms, no windows and 2 bathrooms anda sketchy living room. It's a ripoff. Never have them again would have paid to finish the job. Use Merry Maids”

“I hired Molly Maid to clean a completely empty ranch house before I moved in. As a newly single mom to two boys teaching full time during a pandemic I needed someone else to the deep clean to save time and Remove some stress from my life. I was not able to get to the new house and verify that the professionals did their job correctly because I am staying with parents while finalizing the divorce and my kids after school activities. I was also unaware of the 24 hour policy because my mom looked them up and made the appointment due to the fact that I have hard time getting things done during business hours as a teacher. When I was able to call Molly maid and let them know none of my drawers had been wiped out and my blinds were nasty and tried to explain my situation I was basically told sucks to be you. They won’t do anything because I am outside their window even though the house is still completely empty and I am Not yet living there. All I wanted was the drawers wiped out and and the blinds done like they were supposed to. The lady acted like I was trying to steal from her and I was being unreasonable. No Mam, at $238 to clean an empty house with no drawers/cabinets/blinds wiped. I was the one that was robbed. No attempt to make it better, not even an offer for a discount clean to give a second chance. Please note the extreme cobwebs on the blinds”
