“I attempted to speak to the housekeepers several times about what needed done, what didnât need done, what main focuses should be. I was told at four different times the house was clean and I pointed out everything that was not done. Finally I gave up because they kept pretending to not understand me. The windows are not cleaned, mirrors are not cleaned, couch cushions not cleaned, walls not cleaned, baseboards not cleaned, doorframes not cleaned, doors not cleaned, kitchen table not cleaned, bed headboards and footboards not cleaned, dresser tops not cleaned, shutters not cleaned. There is dust everywhere and pet hair. My kids rooms look like they werenât even attempted to be cleaned. Everything I was promised in regards to service was not carried out. The only thing that looks done are the toilets and showers. The group of four did more gossiping in Spanish than cleaning. Iâve had housekeepers in the past but none that have done such a minimal job as those who were here. I looked on the company website at services that will be provided and I only wish that was what I had received.”
“The two cleaners who came were polite, profesional and efficient. I used Molly Maid Northeast in San Antonio. Ruby and Martha did such a great job that I am thinking about having MM come on a regular basis. Seriously in a time of great difficulty getting folks to work, this was the BEST experience.”
“Team 3 Blanca and Patricia are quick and efficient. I have used Molly Maid for the last 6 months and Team 3 does a really good job. I trust them in my home. Team 3 is a good team. Scheduling and time can be exhausting I suggest you schedule nothing on that day. I am never sure when they will arrive. Scheduling could be improved. Team 3 is the best. Thanks to Blanca and Patricia they do their best.”

“I must say the girls who came today Dominique and Candace , did an adequate job. Just ok. Compared to the girls last time ,July 13, who were outstanding. There were a few things left out of place. They left a cleaning cloth on the mantle and some floor dust in the corner. I hope to have a much better experience next time.

“My son provided me with Molly Maid services as a gift..one of the best gifts ever, in fact he renewed it because it has provided me with a sense of relief without ROLAIDS!
My most recent date of service was July 21, 2022 and was conducted by Leslie, Andre and Katherine. The three of them were very detailed in their cleaning, i.e., windowsills, around plants, fireplace, inside microwave, head/foot board of bed, mirrors, etc. Outstanding cleaning and professionalism...MUCH APPRECIATED! I'm going to ask my son to RENEW the service another six months for my upcoming birthday in August. I don't take them for granted...plus they had beautiful personalities. Thank You!”

“A previous experience with Molly Maid associates was so excellent that I hired the company to send representatives again today. Today was challenging. Both Molly Maid employees claimed they did not speak English. There was confusion about what they could and couldnât do in a kitchen. They did not want to clean the oven. Everything was stalling. Then I was told I needed to pay for the time they worked and the time they got instructions. That was a significant problem because instructions had to be done by someone in the office through a telephone call, and then my intermediate instructions took a long time. Unfortunately because of this experience I will not call on Molly Maid again.”
