“I had Molly Maids do my move in Clean and they did a wonderful job!! A year later I started working 6 days a week and hired them to come once a month!! The first time they missed a bunch of stuff so they re did it at no charge!! Over the past 6 months I’ve come home to beds not being made, shower not cleaned, lights left on, garbage not emptied! The last straw was coming home and my garage being left open, my door into my house half open, down stairs bathroom not touched, basement not vacuumed…. I am very disappointed in their service..”

“I had Molly Maids for @10 years & different teams. I was happy w/ most of the teams that clean my place, until the last team, Team 4, Lupe & Sara. All the previous MM teams cleaned my place for almost 1 ½ hours (I live in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo) With this last team, whenever they come, they only work less than 45 minutes! Recently, I did a FULL clean MYSELF to see what NOT is getting clean well. WHAT I SAW, I was VERY UPSET! Just a few examples: The INSIDE OF THE TOILET & around the toilet were not clean hardly at ALL! The KITTY CONDO was never got clean, so I was always doing it MYSELF! The floors used to get mopped by MM until this last team. If they ever DID mop anything, it was only @¼ mopped! (½ as...ed!) Any small garbage cans used to get wiped down until this last Team 4. They just take out the little garbage can bag, but leaves all the dust inside the little cans. Last time Lupe & Sara, Team 4 did not sweep or vacuum the front door mat or the work-out mats or the kitty's floor mats by his food & water. (The other MM people DID all that because they all stayed TWICE AS LONG as THIS last team I have been having. I feel my husband & got screwed w/this last team. I feel Vinny Kane & I, Elizabeth Stuckel should get a ½ discount for all the times' Team 4, Lupe & Sara, did our place, since they were here only ½ as long as all the previous Molly Maids. I am SAD that Vinny & I gat scammed a little.”

“we gave specific instructions to do a move in clean job. unfortunately no one was with them to supervise the job. when we went back to check the finished job we were shocked to see how our money was wasted. they were told to clean the basement which was not touched. on the main floor the walls were full of dust that should have been vacuumed. the floors were barely washed as you could see black dirt in all the corners. one area between the fridge and a counter was not touched with dirt so visible. i called customer service twice and got no response. it was a wasted $400+ which i will contest with the credit card company”
“I will never recommend Molly Maid to anyone . I had a very bad experience with them.
Scheduled 10 days in advance cleaning service at 9 am, got few confirmations by phone and emails. Nobody showed up at 9 am, I called the company, a male answered the phone, promised to check with the cleaners and call me back in a couple of minutes. He never did. When I called Molly Maid at about noon, the person who answered told me, that my appointment was canceled few days ago, then a minute later she said that I already had my apartment cleaned !!!
And that they are extremely busy and booked for few weeks ahead.
All my plans were ruined by careless unprofessional people.
They even misspelled my last name, though I spelled it very clearly letter by letter. Nobody cared. That's how they work.”
