“I guess my biggest mistake was not doing research and/or checking around to see how many people were actually satisfied with the cleaning services by Molly maid. They came out to my house on Tuesday, June 28, 2021. The main things I want to done more than anything was washing my floors, vacuuming the carpets, and dusting. They did a horrible job. They started out when they first walked in the door asking me if I had a stepstool because they forgot their‘s. I told them that was no problem and they could use mine. However I don’t know why they wanted it when they didn’t dust the shelves that they would have needed the stepstool for. My black wood shelves that they dusted were left with white streak marks all over them, I have glass insert end table and coffee table in the family room which they never touched. My mirrors in my bedroom were not cleaned. My kitchen counters were not touch as far as I could tell, because when I moved anything on the counter you could see the dirt behind it. I will never have Molly maid again and I hope that anybody that reads this well think about it before they call them to their house. I’m 74 years old and I don’t have the money to pay they’re exuberant prices for a horrible job. One more thing. I was told I had to pay a $100 deposit upfront that was nonrefundable and that when they came out to clean they would give me the price of how much it would cost. I said that would be fine because I would like to know how much it was going to be before they started. Stayed in the basement while they clean so not to bother them and when the man came out to check things over and give me a price the only thing he left me was how much it would be if they came monthly weekly or every two weeks. It ended up costing me $403 which I now have a dispute filed with my Visa card company about the job they did and how much they expected me to pay. As of right now since I took lots of pictures I don’t think I’m going to have to pay them a dime. Sorry company and very disgusted customer !!!”
“After a lot of research, we chose the services of Molly Maid for general cleaning (cleaning of bathroom,carpet,windows). Every single service was way below par. The maid Ashley, was very rude and swearing at us. This is very unprofessional. She even made racist remarks. I will never go with this company ever and advise people to do the same”
“The team of Juliana and Lupe deserve A plus. My house looks and smells so clean. I liked and trusted them the minute they walked through my door. This is by far best cleaning team I have had and I am 71 so I have had many.”
“Refrigerator, TV stand, counter tops not cleaned, mirrors smeared, door glass streaked, shower door not cleaned properly and dusting was minimal. I had to clean again when they left. From now on, I will do my own cleaning since I have to anyway. Save myself money and frustration. They came 3 times; only once did we get a decent clean. Obvious dust left on furniture. Would never recommend this company.”
“They send teams of two. This is the first problem—they spend an awful a lot of time just chatting. I asked for two things to be done: vacuum the floors and dust the furniture. By 430 they had not done either despite coming at 2 o’clock. I finally said, “Would you PLEASE do the floor?” They left just after 5 o’clock and never dusted which was one of the two things I asked for. They wasted a lot of time frippering around with knickknacks they weren’t even supposed to touch. I was expecting to spend under $200. Instead I spent $320 and they did not even do the things I asked. Very disappointed in this service. It seems like they drag out what could have been a 2 hour job for 1 person into as much time as they can.”
“The women who clean my house (Julieta & Nancy) and just Wonderful, Friendly, Courteous and Kind. I've had Molly Maids for over a year now and I've never been disappointed. They clean from top to bottom. I have the same team each time(that I love. One get attached to the people who know you and how you like things done). I highly recommend them to any one who is looking for a company to clean their house. They're great”
“I had two cleaners come for 2 1/2 hours and all they cleaned were two bathrooms in that time and mopped the floor in one of the bedrooms. I have had other cleaning services in the past who have managed to clean my entire house in that same period of time. I was extremely disappointed. When I called the manager she offered to have the cleaners come back the following day to finish cleaning the house but she said it would take another 5 hours! I will absolutely not be using this service in the future.”
“I have been trying to use them for the last 10 months. They are habitually not on time and have even called to simply cancel and not show up when I have rearranged my schedule to be home for them. Not clear to me who is the customer - me or Molly Maid. Are often in a rush and simply ignore things that they were asked to do. Poor service.”

They're prompt, do an excellent job of cleaning, and follow the instructions I give them which changes from time to time. They're professional yet friendly. I appreciate their hard work. I also appreciate Tammy in the office. She's always pleasant and addresses my issue promptly, like when we have to change a date because we'll be out of town.”

“I would suggest that you think long and hard before you sign up with this company, I signed up and I got stuck with them for six months in the contract, from the very first visit they didn’t do any of the things that I was promised in the initial interview, I was told that in my house would be cleaned from baseboards to floors to ceiling fans and I didn’t get that treatment. Some of the cleanings that I received no one dusted the furniture there was one time no one clean the mirror over the bathroom vanity I had to constantly call and complain to the office, then they would send out a different cleaning team meaning I had to miss more time off on my busy schedule to be home when they come to reclean what should have gotten done in the first place, they are very expensive and very inconvenient and you do not get the quality cleaning that you’re promised from the initial interview. I do not recommend Molly maids to anyone. You will not get a clean house they use non bleach chemicals that just don’t measure up to the quality clean home!! on the floors they clean with water 😳 that is not sanitizing a home at all. Don’t waist your time or money you will be sorry you did!!!!”
