“The estimate that they have on their website is far from accurate from what they really charge. My apartment is only 500 square feet and in a pretty good state. They did charge $400+ for the cleaning service when the high end of their estimate was ~$270. Also, I was told that they were going to call me once they were on their way but I never receive any calls from them. Also, the day after the service they called me and said that they had called me the day before to approve the over time needed and the extra $ amount needed to clean my apartment. This did not happen, nobody called me to even let me know that they were going to need so much of extra time.
AWFUL service - I will never use molly maids again for this service and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone else.”
“They told me one price and charged me another. The condo is only 1000 square feet and after 4 hours they called to say they needed another hour. When it was all said and done, they hadn't even done the downstairs!!! They were "so upset that they couldn't finish and would have to come the next day, but charge me for the additional hours. We ended up spending $700 for a deep clean of our condo after moving out!! They said the place was in bad shape! I think they steal money by wasting time. Shame on them if that is the case!!”

The main thing I really needed done was to dust near the ceilings, as I cannot reach those areas. They did this and they were pleasant. I would have them over once per month IF I were wealthy.
Money aside, they were professional. They vacuumed, dusted, mopped, emptied trash, and cleaned bathrooms.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for such services.

“The company is run by a racist. If you are not Hispanic or do not speak fluent Spanish they will not hire you. 10 of us came home for summer break. We all had experience they would not hire any of us because we were white. The man interviewing us confirmed that. This specific place was located in a suburb of Chicago.”
“I don't understand this company. They give you a price over the phone without ever coming to see your house. The initial cleaning price is an hourly price based on the amount of hours it takes (which is a minimum of 2) and then the following price is fixed based on number of rooms and floors. Hard to imagine you can get a good sense of things without seeing the house first but what do I know?”

Bought a gift certificate to give as a gift and when the person tried to redeem they have been told they are booked and can not get on the list unless someone cancels. Not this week not next week not even through Christmas this year. Tried to call to get resolved and even get refund if they can not clean and no one returns calls or cares to help. They have my 100$ and no service. This is so unprofessional and a scam. DO NOT USE THEM OR EVER BUY A FRIEND A GIFT CERTIFICATE.”
