“customer service sucks. they're extremely rude and do not have any intention to help you. the site keeps glitching and especially sucks on my phone. it keeps translating to Russian even though I can't understand Russian. the prices r great and seem like a deal but you'll probably never get your package.”

“This wet site is a scam. There is not customer service. I have been tossed around and around, than spoke to Robot that can not solve any problem. Than got send back to the same questionnaires web pages again and again. Can't even get to page for me to send an email. no live chat, only robot live chat lol. I have not finish my dispute yet and it got cancel. The sell purposely sent broken product and claimed that the shipping carrier broke it and don't what to refund money. Please don't do business on the website again. SCAM”

“Do not by from aliexpress! I ordered a mint gan air Rubik’s cube that I paid 40 fricken dollars for and all I got was a stand that didn’t even go with the cube. They don’t even give you full customer service and they did not give me what I ordered.”

“People from India stay away from Aliexpress. Don't waste your time and money here. They cheat smartly. They do not provide tracking at the destination. When you raise dispute for not receiving the product, they ask for official document from postal office which they cannot provide as they don't have any tracking information. I wonder if their sellers even ship. AliExpress, being a cheat favors its fraud sellers. I lost all my money for my recent orders. Beware!”

“Do not buy from aliexpress , my item was sent and arrived somewhere in my country and thats as far as it got . aliexpress could not tell me where ,or how to retrieve it . dispute was one sided in sellers favour. do not believe you get your money back as stated by aliexpress- they do not refund if items not delivered”

“YES, about a month and half I bought a IPN PTZ Camera, at that time the Aliexpress was all in English and I was able to log in and communicate with an agent, I also have a very important question which I sent a message all in English and was waiting for response , but now everything is in spanniosh, why? I am not able to login to thew English portal, will I ever see my response in that portal? I bought the item using it. pleases hwlaphelp Jimmy I wish I could help. We are an independent review site. You would have to contact the company directly. How? Jimmy I'm not sure since I'm not familiar with the company you are speaking about. I would do a quick Google search and look for some contact information. You can leave a review about them on our site. So why did thew link say write review here for Alidexprtess? Jimmy We have many businesses that are on our platform. And anyone can write a review for any business even if it's not on our site yet. “I had purchase Order ID: 101095114963194 View Detail Order time: 06:20 Apr. 18 2019 Store name: UGood Life Store I sent in pictures showing outlet voltage and also one showing the bowl filled with water and the pump would not work. It worked for 1day then to make matter worst the supplier UGood Life Store would not even write back to me when I wrote back to them POOR/no customer service from this supplier and Aliexpress [Transaction Screenshot] C$ 22.15 X1”

“I went through efforts just trying to sign up that was the first sign.website didn’t work properly not able to contact anyone. Finally got a response so as I realized the website stuff you may need or want but it’s not real.the majority of the site is not legitimate.i decide not to attempt any purchase.”

“I ordered an 18inch Peruvian wig from Slove Rosa on Aliexpress but i got an error message as soon as i was done putting in my card number. I did not get an order number or confirmation but $138.21 was taken out of my account, I contacted Slove Rosa and Lilly from Slove Rosa said there is nothing they could do if i didn’t have an order number. Now, i’m in between my bank and Aliexpress/SloveRosa and noone seems to be helping.”

“Terrible customer service. I was assured a refund on the item that I never received - never got a refund. For the item I did receive, I was assured a refund as the item was torn when I received it. The item was also described as linen - but it has ZERO linen in the fabric! This is terrible on all accounts!! Scam!”

“Utter Con Artists. Paid for a Black Dress. Got tracking saying item was delivered. Came home to a large mens grey tracksuit! Contacted and sent photos of labels and packaging and product and the seller said that I must have ordered it from somewhere else. Didn't reply to any more emails and took my money and never sent the item I ordered! Couldn't enter a dispute online, website comes up with an error every time. Just DONT use or you will never see your money again or your item!”
