“If I could give them zero stars I would. Every time I buy from this site there is always an issue. The sellers always try to give you a partial refund of $5, even though you’ve spent almost 25x that amount on an item. AliExpress customer care center is also horrible. You can send them all the evidence to get the issue resolved and they will still not give you a reasonable solution and the situation remains unresolved. I will never order anything off this site again, because it is always something with the sellers not giving the exact product that is advertised, there’s also some type of defect or issue with the product. The sellers will do anything to get a 5 star review except for give good quality products. They will ask you to give them a 5 star review in exchange for $5 or if you try to request a return/refund they will try to resolve it by saying they will give you a full refund and you can keep the product, but you actually will never get the full refund it’s all a scam. I highly don’t recommend any one to order off of this site because 9/10 you will get scammed.”

“electronic products come defectve and although they advertise that return fees will be paid by the seller its never the case, their system only refunds you the max purchase price which is often a lot less than the cost to send back from europe to china, ive been scammed 3 times by them now so im done with this site. Pity because i was using tem for years but last 3 orders, 1 never arrived, 1 had items missing, the last one had all 3 electronic products dead!!!”

“I ordered a product. They use a tracking company I have never heard of. First Tracking said It arrived 9/1/2024. Later tracking said it arrived 9/5/2024. The tracking company said I signed for it and was left in my mailbox. If I signed for it, I would have taken it in my home and not left it in my mail box and vise versa. I paid $347.30. I never receive it. I asked several times from the seller for a refund. They refused to refund my payment. I contacted Aliexpress The seller sent them the tracking info and Aliexpress refused to refund me. I have had discussions with the seller and Aliexpress since 9/5/2024. I have no other recourse but to tell others of their actions. Most retailers will refund if the buyer never receives the item. Do not use Aliexpress. I recieve emails form USPS daily about mail and packages that I will receive. I did not get any packages the date they report it was delivered (Sept 5). I also checked all packages from Augest 30-Sept 10 and none of the tracking numbers do not match this tracking number they gave me. Paypal also will not support the customer when a product is not delivered. They want to blame the USPS when they did not send the product. Do not trust this Chinese company. Never received the procuct. and never received a refund. We checked with the post office. The y have no records of this tracking number.”

“I received the products that I ordered. It is very similar to the Temu shipping times. I don’t have a problem with that. What I really dislike about the website is the user experience. For the products that I purchased, I consistently see a specific price listed on the listing, but when you click into the listing, there are 5 to 8 products within the listing, and they are all different prices so you have to drill down into every listing to see if you still want to purchase the item at the new price. That is absolutely A horrible customer/user experience. You can never trust the price that is on the listing. You have to drill down into every listing to find the item and see if the price matches. Sometimes the image on the listing isn’t even available. The price and the listing image are basically a bait and switch tactic to get you to click on the listing but lure you into other options available.”

“I purchased truck Carbon Fiber mirror covers for my pickup truck. I received 2 drivers side, when I told them I received 2 drivers side they told me that was what I ordered. The add said 2 pieces but never said 2 of the same piece.. I told them it never said 2 of the same piece and what would I do with two drivers side mirror covers when I have one truck with a drivers and pass side... another add showed and described "Carbon Fiber" side covers- somewhere in the add there were other options that I did not see that were not Carbon Fiber like the add said.. When I received black they said this is what you ordered, so I said OK free return.. When I hit the return prompter it does not work, sorry temporarily down.. this has been 2 days now so I can't return the wrong item they sent me..... I'll stick to Amazon, pay a little more but receive the wright items, in 2 days and not 20 days from China and it will all be above board.”

“AliExpress - BEWARE - all these reviews are fake - this company is fraudulent - I purchased a chainsaw battery and my PayPal payment of $129.85 was immediately received by AliExpress but I did not receive the merchandise - upon acquiring; I was told they have no record of my order and refused to ship the battery. DO NOT PURCHASE MERCHANDISE FROM ALIEXPRESD - there is a REASON WHY THEIR PRICESS ARE UNBELIEVABLY LOW - you will never receive your order”

“I tried to order a part three times I did it and a friend did it with separate emails and visas they take the money immediately off of the card regions Bank but then they send you a link that says in redlet is highlighted appeal you have to send them a picture of your Visa card which I did three times and then you tell me file to Lodge so then I send a bank statement and you won't accept that either so you don't send the part to me but you took the money that's absolute fraud read your reviews they're horrible it's only a matter of time before you're shut down and this has been posted as many places as it legally can be I'm speaking the truth you people are fraudulent they're being paid $2 an hour and they're out of the Philippines and they can't disclose what country they're from that's how proud they are scamming people I can see why they're afraid to say what country they're from it's ridiculous and pathetic and subliminal”

“Aliexpress zijn in feite oplichters. In het begin gaat alles goed. Als je goederen retourneert krijg je snelle terugbetaling in je bonustegoed. Later wanneer hun website niet goed werkt doen ze zonder bericht je account deactiveren waardoor je je eigen bonustegoed niet meer kunt besteden. In feite wordt je als klant door deze multinational bestolen. Hiermee zijn ze waarschijnlijk groot geworden. Met pure diefstal. Ik zou zeggen wegblijven bij deze bende.”

“Review for Order 3035783677923258 with AliExpress I placed an order for a 100Ah 60V Electric Car Lithium Battery (model 18650, waterproof) from the seller Shop1103681406 on May 18, 2024. After a long wait, I finally received the package on July 11, 2024, which took a total of 54 days. Initially, I suspected the item might be faulty, but it has become clear to me that this was a scam. Instead of receiving a genuine 100Ah battery, I received a battery that weighs only 3.6kg, while a legitimate 100Ah battery should weigh between 17-40kg. This discrepancy in weight was my first indication that something was wrong. On July 16, 2024, I activated buyer protection after numerous attempts to contact the seller. AliExpress informed me that I would need to pay for the return shipment, with the promise that the seller would cover these costs. I followed through and returned the item on August 1, 2024, using tracking number CO971615418RO. However, as of August 20, 2024, the package has been stuck in Chinese customs, awaiting necessary paperwork from the seller. Despite my efforts, I have not received any response from the seller regarding this situation, which makes it evident that they are unwilling to assist. I have contacted AliExpress multiple times regarding my situation, and while they assure me that I will be refunded, 60 days have passed since I activated buyer protection without any resolution. The seller Shop1103681406 appears unresponsive and seems to be closing down their shop, as there are no items available. Additionally, I noticed another seller, likely associated with the first (Shop1104080437), is offering a similar 100Ah battery for just 5kg (the whole package). This raises red flags, as it further indicates potential fraudulent activity within the platform. I'm deeply concerned that my experience reflects a lack of oversight and accountability on AliExpress's part. I feel scammed and doubt I will ever see my money again. With 120 days since my order and no product or refund received, I'm left feeling frustrated and let down by both the seller and AliExpress's buyer protection program. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly vet sellers before making a purchase.”

“I had my Coinbase wallet wiped out in a single transaction. I didn't know what to do and couldn't get a hold of Coinbase support Teams. This transaction emptied out all my Ethereum and Bitcoin. This was not me and I needed help after losing roughly 821,000 dollars. I went to the police to file a report and they also failed to help me. A gentleman at the stiction walked up to me and handed me a note that contained an Email address (lisaellzabet 662 @ gm ail . com) and this number(+1 301 658 0921) he told me this recovery company could help me. And truly after getting in touch them and submitting every documentation within 72 hours i got a mail she was able to recover all my funds and also revealed the men behind the dirty act. I wish to let everyone know that it is possible to get your money back if you contact the right person and follow instructions”
