no customer support - no more direct contact! - just boots solving a problem takes ages, if ever gets solved!. I have an issue with a dispute and I am trying now for couple of days to solve it. Their agents are no longer available for live chat and you have to wait 24h to receive a few lines on email - that usually do not solve your issue. a nightmare. i will probably loose my money with them stay away!

I placed an order for 2 pair of sneakers from Datong shoe store from Aliexpress for $45.53. My order number is : 8140466535202714. Seller sent me wrong shoe models. I open a dispute with Aliexpress and sending in 3 pictures as evidence. The first 2 pictures are original pictures the seller posted in his listing. The 3rd picture depict the shoes I received. I ordered shoe from picture A and seller sent me shoe from pictures B. Aliexpress admits seller did send me wrong shoe style then they add because the shoe color are right (?) so I will only entitle a partial refund of $9.11. A $9.11 refund for $45.53 two pair of wrong shoes models? Aliexpress must be crazy or a very sick joke. Aliexpress buyer protection is a very sick scheme scam. Aliexpress team also said If I want a full refund I have to ship the shoes back to China. Aliexpress is very sick place: they protect their sellers not buyers, and Aliexpress team are a bunch of professional traimned crooks who know how to rip buyers off legally. I'm looking to appeal this case on other venues such as Aliexpress on BBB, Aliexpress on Facebook, Washington buyer protection agency and on other venues such as complaintsboard.com, trustpilot.com, aliexpress.pissedconsumer.com, sitejabber.com, resellerratings.com, ripoffreport.com etc.. I like everybody to knows Aliexpress buyer protection is a very sick scheme scam and aliexpress team are a bunch of professional trained crooks who know how to rip buyers off legally

typically aids scammers into getting money from buys and they dont do returns typically unless you want to pay for it back to china, better to buy from somewhere who looks out for their customers

Aliexpress closed my order and I still didn't get my refund (40 days)!!!! I can't contact anywhere with normal human, only this dump chat bot which don't provide any answers. It's like SCAM

I ordered a necklace which was inexpensive from AliExpress. After waiting for almost 2.5months; I was told the item was no longer available. Trying to get a refund is time consuming and not set up to be user friendly. I will no longer buy from AliExpress and will go back to Wish.

#NOREFUNDGIVEN. I need to expose how AliExpress (AE) is cheating on customers. My first ever order#8139314557456792 (5 items in total) was purchased from Aiovlo Official store under AE. They're offering an item as a new user bonus but when I purchased, those were at over 10 times the price advertised. Hence, I returned the items within 2 days of receiving the product. AE received the item on 23/10/2021 with tracking# 00893499680099139485 / PHGCMRL4 and still, they are denying that they received the items. Dispute and appeal have been closed without refunding me. Now they have my money with them and their items. I checked with Parcel Point and they confirmed in an email that Ali Express certainly received the items back. This fraudulent action by AE is not new and they are cheating the customer who is unhappy with their crappy items and wants to get a refund. There is no way that I can escalate this matter to get my refund. On top of that, the stupid bot EVA is now not letting me appeal more than once. Guys, see how fraudulent AliExpress can be! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM BUYS IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY TO GO TO WASTE FOR NOTHING. THEY ARE MAKING PROFITS BY KEEPING THE RETURNED ITEMS AND WITH MY MONEY BY NOT REFUNDING.

Repeated refund problems to the point that there is no actual guarantee with any purchase you make through the site. There’s nobody to talk with in regard to your lost, faulty, broken or simply wrong item. You are then asked to return the goods and from then you on it’s simply a wasted effort completely. They have a review service if you complain but even given you do all they ask, their service is so bad they simply lose your item or refuse to process it. So their policy is to support the sellers and screw the buyers. That won’t last. The more people they burn the less customers they’ll have. Sure, you might find it cheaper on AliExpress but in the long run, over time it’ll cost you more. Avoid like the plague.

aliexpress is just a scammer he is responsible for scammers on his websites without scammers where aliexpress is not rich. bought a smartphone, but the phone was already installed. Phenix ransomware cannot be removed. tried everything with scammer (seller) and aliexpress customer service doesn't help. lost money.

I ordered 5 products from AliExpress all are of XXL size. 3 products I got oversized and 2 products are undersized. Then I put dispute and they are saying it invalid and refused return.

The seller has sent me a wrong product, and even it is an illegal product sending from Holland for hair growth. The product has no Chinese language, no licence of product, and no date of epiration, no bar code. First, the aliexpress made a decision to refund me, then another decosion that I should returning the item. It is not legal process.The shop is hair online shop, I checked all their products at the Chinese Medical and Cosmetics Administration, there is no legal product in this shop. Aliexpress still support this kinds of business.

Chinese website full of garbage products, they are cheap and quality is horrible. They don't deliver items and the company deny the refund... No customer service available... Run away from these criminals

1. The shipping method listed at the time of purchase was “Shipping by DHL” but the tracking number provided by the seller indicated that an item was shipped using China Post 2. The tracking website indicates that the delivery was to be made by Australia Post but the tracking number could not be found in the Australia Post system 3. The Australia Post tracking website shows that the tracking number provided by the seller cannot be tracked by Australia Post 4. The seller claims that the delivery was signed for but has refused a copy of the signed delivery docket 5. The seller claims that the shipment is waiting to be picked up at the local post office but the local post office has informed me that there is no parcel waiting for me to be picked up 6. No explanation was provide by the seller as to why he believes that the parcel is waiting to be picked up at the post office if the parcel has been delivered and signed for 7. The seller did not charge Australian Goods and Services Tax on the purchase and refused to provide a Tax invoice for two of the four orders 8. The Australian Tax Office have informed me that it is illegal not to charge GST on goods which will be delivered in Australia 9. The Australian Customs Department have informed me that goods on which Australian GST has not been charged will not be cleared by Customs for delivery within Australia 10. The AliExpress dispute resolution team have ignored the above information/evidence that was attached to the case 11. The AliExpress dispute resolution team have failed to request and obtain the signed delivery docket from the seller 12. The AliExpress dispute resolution team have failed to request and obtain the Australia Post tracking number from the seller 13. The AliExpress dispute resolution team have informed me that “the carrier confirmed delivery to your address” 14. The AliExpress dispute resolution team have requested me to “provide shipping company's missing parcel documents” 15. The seller has received negative feedback from 21 buyers in the past month reporting that the items were not delivered to the buyers. 16. The seller has received negative feedback from 42 buyers in the past three months for non-delivery of items purchased 17. There may be many more buyers who did not receive the items but did not provide feedback 18. From the feedback it appears that the AliExpress Dispute Resolution Team has ruled in favour of the seller in all 42 disputes that were raised by the buyers against this seller 19. The sellers stores continue to operate on AliExpress 20. The seller is able to open more stores on AliExpress to scam buyers who would read the feedback on his other stores From the above it is apparent that AliExpress is in collusion with scammers. The AliExpress Dispute Resolution process is also a scam
