“Scammers. I ordered the product. They shipped only one piece and never refund me money for another 26 pieces. Opened dispute..spent hours of explaining the issue, providing evidence pictures and was hoping AliExpress will help but they closed it and never refunded. AliExpress itself is the scammer. Be aware they will not step in to help you if any problem”

“Don't shop here ... just don't do it; goods will not arrive, then they'll ask you for evidence, without providing the shippers name. How does that work?!”

“I placed an orer well over two months ago. I received a notice that there is a logistics problem immediately. I still do not have my goods. There is zero tracking. They have STOLEN my money. I opened a dispute then the seller wants me to stop the dispute because it's having an AWFUL (placed in capitals) effect on their business. Ohhhh so sorrrrry!!! What about my the customer? Huh? I am soooo angry it is a very very bad company to deal with and everyone should avoid it or gamble with your money. Never ever place an order for a large amount if you wish to try them out. You will possibly be very very sorry. It's disgusting. I am going to cut my losses and close my account if I can find how to do that. Better start making our own goods.”

“I was listening from a friend that aliexpress is providing a 99% discount on a product but I place an order with 8140175590291965 order number I add my card number for payment it confirmed my order after some moment I got a receive a notification that your order has been closed. What the hell is this that they charge the amount and then cancel my order so I still yet not receive my payment back.”

“Ali Express is the most fraudulent site I have ever had the misfortune of buying from my item is 9 weeks late I made a dispute claim for a refund AliExpress took it upon itself to stop the claim for no reason it is 3 weeks past the resolution date and AliExpress has told me to contact the seller again to ask for a refund. My item has not even been sent from China there is no tracking evidence and AliExpress 100% money back guaranteed is nothing but a fraudulent statement I can only imagine how many have been ripped off by AliExpress it's a great money making venture for somebody do yourself a favour and never buy from this site there is no support and you will be ripped off”

“Warning this place supports scamming. They will take the money out of your account but won’t send you the item you purchase. When you log in they don’t have an order number or any way to contact the seller.”

“Most deliveries are late if you order from here you will probably pay less than eBay prices but expect to wait 4-6 weeks for your good to arrive. Sometimes they arrive damaged too. Difficult to get a refund.”

“NO REFUND OR RETURN - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ALIEXPRESS Do not buy anything from AliExpress they are supporting their sellers even if you are right. The seller sent me the wrong product, requested a returned and refund and he refused. When to Aliexpress explaining that its my fault the the seller sent the wring product and they said I have to pay for the return to China or not refund. Their adds saying free shipping and 100% protection. My order was over 600 USD and I didn't be able to return it or get a refund. Created a dispute for one month and even they said correct it the wrong products they didn't refund anything or pick it up. I don't work for any competition, i want to let everybody know this. They are fouling people with the 100% protection.”

“If there was a zero star rating I would have used that. I received a defective product but Aliexpress sided with the seller. Don't know why I was surprised. Of course they would choose the seller over one single customer cause they make money through each other. Aliexpress's "promise" to stand behind their customers is an absolute joke! Save yourself some grief and frustration and buy from a different company.”

“Very bad experience with this site. I bought a mobile phone. Unfortunately, the local delivery company lost "apparently" the item. Seller Aliexpress did not want to take the responsability and despite being given proof of the postal service, they did not submit the refund after three months since the purchase was made. They did not want to contact the postal service. 250 USD lost. You probably cannot believe me, however, this is real. I WAS SCAMMED BY ALIEXPRESS. I will never buy on Aliexpress, also any of my friends. This can be a lotto.”

“Scam of a site. Shipping time estimations are wrong, still waiting on my order after almost 3 months, no refund given. Thankfully it's a small amount, so I am not refunded, not the end of the world, but I won't shop there again. Customer service is non existent and only uses bots.”

“Placed an order and credit card was charged. Hadn't received product so checked Account and Order had vanished from my list! Didn't even show as a Deleted Order. Can't raise a Dispute - no option to get my money back. Stay away!”

“Absulute rip off. 50/50 chance your order arrives damaged. And their claims help is a joke. They ether offer you $1 or $2 compensation for a useless broken item you've paid $30 to $60 for. Then close your dispute if you refuse that offer and you get nothing. Disgusting. Typical actions from people of that part of the world.”

“I am very unhappy with my dealing with aliexpress ihave been a good customer .My purchase of 2 micro fibre car towels and none was delivered please look at the conversations with the supplier i supported the company in good faith and both times i have been scammed by Aliexpress i just want my money back in my account.Michael”

“This site is totally unsafe u don't recommend people to use it , first delivery time is the worst from sellers , secondly if you ask AliExpress for assistance they will be always on the side of seller and they don't even read carefully your complain emails . I order bait boat with more than 400 usd expecting delivery on 15 days and its delivered after more than 2 months while im on vacation after i back i check i found problem seller not willing to help or respond to chat and i complain to support team they said same language . Avoid this website otherwise u wasting ur money . If i have option for less than one star i will put . Totally shame on this website if anyone can help to make committee to sue sellers and we site it will be very helpful”

“I bought 150 of books last year. I never received them or refund. Instead, I got automated response from their robot chat. The seller said that they could issue me refund, because it was handled by Aliexpress, and they used their shipping. Aliexpress didn't bother to respond with.”
