I ordered 2x AMD RTX 580 GPUs from seller PC-IT Store on AliExpress. After receiving the GPUs, I noticed they were different from my other RTX 580s in significant ways. 1. The cards GPU-Z specifications did not match as in the picture of the GPU-Z specs on the advertisement(had bought 2 GPUs and both did not match the specifications in GPU-Z readout, so it wasn't just a one-off problem); 2. The cards specs did not match any specifications of any AMD GPUs. 3. Veineda is not listed on AMD's website as an authorized manufacturer/distributor. This is even though the card was marketed on the ad as both "AMD" and "RTX" brands - the actual box that arrived did not have AMD anywhere on it or the card. Aliexpress has a counterfeit item policy that states 2x refund plus the buyer keeps the item when an item is a counterfeit. But they did not honor this and they denied counterfeit claims, even though AMD did not list this company and the card does not match the GPU specifications. Additionally, the GPU chipset does not match any AMD gpu chipset numbers. The first 3 digits, 216, is the designation for smaller form factor GPUs for laptops. But this GPU chipset was like a copy of the larger form factor(as in it resembled the shape and size), yet did not have the corresponding 215 number. The fonts also did not match other authentic AMD GPU chipsets. Additionally, I found this chipset for sale on Yoycart- a website for counterfeit chips thru 3rd party. Then Aliexpress made spend 3 months going back and forth with the seller. First, I had to record a video installing their drivers(which is a 20-minute process per card) and showing that the specifications were not correct. They refused to accept the screenshots I sent. But since they only allow you to upload 2 minutes maximum, I had to upload it to my own hosting. Additionally, their message field in the dispute page only allows for 500 characters. Maybe that is fine for Chinese language because each word is usually 1 character. But for English, that's not near enough to make all of the points about the problems with this seller and GPU. Finally, after seeing the videos showing the GPU-z specs did not match, Aliexpress made the judgment that I have to ship back to the seller to get any refund and that the seller must refund me for the shipping once it's received. So I pay out of pocket and keep a receipt of the $44.63 shipping cost. The seller asked me to lie on the customs form about the item value, which I did not do. I wrote the amount I paid. It is a return item so that shouldn't even be an issue. Under the understanding that I will be returned the full amount paid plus the shipping fee, I send the GPUs back, as cost-effectively as possible for air shipping. When the card got to Shenzhen, I noticed it was stuck at customs. This means the seller needs to provide some proof to Chinese customs that they are the original seller of the cards and not just smuggling in GPUs. Seller wouldn't go to pick it up(they are based in Shenzhen) so I reopen the dispute. Then the seller went to pick it up. Aliexpress updates their dispute resolution with just basic refund and no mention of refunding the shipping. But I still had a picture of the prior agreement. Then I update the dispute to say they should refund both shipping and the full amount and provide a picture of both the prior agreement and the shipping receipt. Aliexpress closed the dispute and refunded me the original amount with no shipping fee, basically just ignoring their previous agreement. I contact their service again. They say they can only give me "coupon" and refuse to refund any amount to my card or make any other arrangements for the shipping. Refund and coupons are very different things. They did not send any "coupon" until I followed up several times. And then they send me a coupon for $30, which requires I spend a certain amount for it to work. It's not even the amount I paid for shipping. They are a fraud.

I ordered from 3 different sellers and they all had bad customer service. There was a price written and a ''new customer'' coupon but when I ended up checking out to pay, the coupon wasn't even applied and just disappeared. I had to pay more than what they initially offered...They didn't even respond to me and just ignored my messages or put me on ''seen''. In conclusion, my problems were not solved. I am now waiting for my packages and hope that they won't scam me.

Don't buy from them. I've had two orders where a seller spoofed a fake tracking claimed it was delivered. Another order where seller sent me a random item that cost a few cents instead of what I bought. Aliexpress buyer protection is a joke. These sellers know all the loop holes to get paid. Granted 70% of the sellers are legitimate the other 30% are scammers and aliexpress sides with them.

YOU CAN'T ALIEXPRESS. I've been sold by a seller a fake mobile and the management didn't even help when I asked for a refund. They agreed that it was a counterfeit item, but the solutions they offered was still in favour of the seller. I deactivated my account right away.

I bought a Android phone and after I received I performed a techical test. > 1Gb instead of 16 GB RAM > Android 5 instead of 11 > 3G instead of 5G Supplier just hacked the OS on network bar and about section to show fake features, no reliable support from AliExpress and no refund, because chinese customs doesn't accept devices.

Beware of ali express, they are ok at the begginning, but once you start making a more orders, orders started to fail you, they wiill asked you proof from post office that you did not recieve your order, but post office will ignore it because they said there is tracking record of post office, and ali express knew if i got my orders or not which is true. There costumer service is useless. So beware of ali express

Ordered from AliExpress and spent over $100. I live in a new build community so my address DO NOT show up on Google. I manually typed my address... I've been living here 8-months, but AliExpress changed what I put and sent it to another address that doesn't exist. They gave me 2-3 days to return the item that I never received! Clearly showing that it arrived at the Post Office. I called the US Post Office who told me they returned it. AliExpress told me to get something from the USPS saying that.... that's not how they operate. If it takes a month for me to receive the item, how does AliExpress expect to receive it back in 2-3 days. Straight Chinese RIP OFF! You take huge risks ordering from AliExpress, because they're in China and nobody wants to be ripped off. For me, I'm done! NEVER AGAIN!

Tent took 6 weeks to arrive and it was ripped I said I'd repair it as I needed it for a trip and asked for partial refund but seller refused. To return and have another sent would take another 3 months. Not worth the hassle

HORRIBLE. Stay away... buy local. False promises to arrive within 3 weeks. 2 weeks later I get an email that my item was returned.... and they asked me would I like it in a different color? Why? If it was sent back why not reship the same one I ordered.. SCAM!! I asked for a refund.. then they said we will ship you something else.. I dont want a substitute. I want a refund... well over 3 weeks and still no refund and no item.

I am so disappointed with the product I bought from you. The size was a way to small. I ordered size M and what I got was not even xs size. Live and learn. I don't think I will buy clothes online again. Esperanza

I ordered the goods, waited 3 months until I received a notification that the guaranteed delivery / refund period was coming to an end (buyer protection). I did not take risks and wait for the goods to arrive or not, filed a complaint and asked for a refund. The complaint was rejected, an appeal was filed, and was also dismissed. The money was never returned to me and there is no product! More than six months have passed since the order. P.s. Moreover, the seller told me that if you want to refuse the product, file a complaint and the platform will refund your money.

AliExpress in no way is an Express; It is a Lottery at best. 25% of my orders failed. Out of 8 orders placed lately on AliExpress, two failed, six came okay; an unacceptable statistic. One of the failed orders was for a part that felled apart on opening. While there is no financial damage to me (I received my money back), it was a waste of several weeks waiting for the part and then some to receive refund. The other failed order never arrived. Somehow it was reported delivered. Do not know who and on what basis declared that. My dispute with AilExpress was closed out without me knowing it. AliExpress’ justification, which I discovered after the fact, was shocking: (sic!) “You didn't provide us with valid evidence to prove you haven't received the package, we assume you have received the package”. Yes, sure, blame it on customer himself. Guilty unless proven innocent. No request for “valid evidence”, no information on what kind of evidence “of not receiving” is valid, no proof of delivery provided, no responses from a Chinese vendor named Outdoor Equipment Store to four order status inquiries. I contacted EVA (Chat). For a while it seemed I was getting some traction. EVA was going to contact the vendor and promised to reply within 48 hours. They asked me for my direct email address etc. (as if they did not have it) and then… a complete radio silence. It has been a week now. In Summary, Chinese vendor named Outdoor Equipment Store is a scammer and it has been supported by AliExpress’ inaction. My fairly small financial loss is a cheap lesson learnt. The most off-putting for me to continue buying on AliExpress website is the fact that AliExpress condones dishonest vendors like Outdoor Equipment Store. Writing creative justifications, like the one quoted above, is an example. A scarry and self-destructing business practice. It is just too bad for many good honest vendors using AliExpress platform being painted with the same brush.

Absolutely pathetic online seller please be aware. They hide behind lies and an automated noncence website. They don't send items you've paid for and its impossible to complain. The company is on a downward slide and using all the tricks in the book to stay afloat by screwing its customers. Used to be OK ish, but now its comp, tee pants. Don't be fooled out of your hard earned money believe me !

Beware of this Fraudulent Company To all Ali express costumers Please Please Please do not order anything from this fraudulent company. I have ordered an item and never received it and could not get a refund. I have contacted Aliexpress loads and they are not responding or acknowledging my messages. I am living in the UK and have contacted Royal mail who advised me to contact Aliexpress about the lost item but they are not responding or even picking up my messages. They have also blocked areas on the website on my profile for me to raise a dispute which I believe has been done deliberately to avoid refund as it was working initially. I would strongly advise anyone who is planning to order goods from them NOT to.
