I ordered the goods, waited 3 months until I received a notification that the guaranteed delivery / refund period was coming to an end (buyer protection). I did not take risks and wait for the goods to arrive or not, filed a complaint and asked for a refund. The complaint was rejected, an appeal was filed, and was also dismissed. The money was never returned to me and there is no product! More than six months have passed since the order. P.s. Moreover, the seller told me that if you want to refuse the product, file a complaint and the platform will refund your money.

AliExpress in no way is an Express; It is a Lottery at best. 25% of my orders failed. Out of 8 orders placed lately on AliExpress, two failed, six came okay; an unacceptable statistic. One of the failed orders was for a part that felled apart on opening. While there is no financial damage to me (I received my money back), it was a waste of several weeks waiting for the part and then some to receive refund. The other failed order never arrived. Somehow it was reported delivered. Do not know who and on what basis declared that. My dispute with AilExpress was closed out without me knowing it. AliExpress’ justification, which I discovered after the fact, was shocking: (sic!) “You didn't provide us with valid evidence to prove you haven't received the package, we assume you have received the package”. Yes, sure, blame it on customer himself. Guilty unless proven innocent. No request for “valid evidence”, no information on what kind of evidence “of not receiving” is valid, no proof of delivery provided, no responses from a Chinese vendor named Outdoor Equipment Store to four order status inquiries. I contacted EVA (Chat). For a while it seemed I was getting some traction. EVA was going to contact the vendor and promised to reply within 48 hours. They asked me for my direct email address etc. (as if they did not have it) and then… a complete radio silence. It has been a week now. In Summary, Chinese vendor named Outdoor Equipment Store is a scammer and it has been supported by AliExpress’ inaction. My fairly small financial loss is a cheap lesson learnt. The most off-putting for me to continue buying on AliExpress website is the fact that AliExpress condones dishonest vendors like Outdoor Equipment Store. Writing creative justifications, like the one quoted above, is an example. A scarry and self-destructing business practice. It is just too bad for many good honest vendors using AliExpress platform being painted with the same brush.

Absolutely pathetic online seller please be aware. They hide behind lies and an automated noncence website. They don't send items you've paid for and its impossible to complain. The company is on a downward slide and using all the tricks in the book to stay afloat by screwing its customers. Used to be OK ish, but now its comp,tee pants. Don't be fooled out of your hard earned money believe me !

Beware of this Fraudulent Company To all Ali express costumers Please Please Please do not order anything from this fraudulent company. I have ordered an item and never received it and could not get a refund. I have contacted Aliexpress loads and they are not responding or acknowledging my messages. I am living in the UK and have contacted Royal mail who advised me to contact Aliexpress about the lost item but they are not responding or even picking up my messages. They have also blocked areas on the website on my profile for me to raise a dispute which I believe has been done deliberately to avoid refund as it was working initially. I would strongly advise anyone who is planning to order goods from them NOT to.

OMG this would have to be one of the worst online shopping experiences of my life. First I was told 2 weeks for delivery, after 8 weeks the order arrived which was a Dell motherboard. They had changed the original service tag to a fake one being 1234567. This meant that my hard drive and operating system will not recognize the board. after talking with Dell they said due to it being a fake ID their was nothing they could do and the seller should have left it blank, then it could have been reprogrammed to my original number. The seller would not help at all and refused to provide any type of refund, not even in part. They are a true dodgy business. Buyer beware!!!!

Beware of what you buy thru this site. They offer no customer services and they don't care about the single star reputation. You will lose your money and get silence in return.

Dangerous place to do business, brought 3 times, one a fake, another stopped by Alibaba as there was a phone battery inside the headphone amp, returned the item to the seller and froze the order. No customer service, Alibaba is a sellers aggregator so attempting to raise a dispute with them is like suing Google because you got cheated by a seller who has a site listed with them.

Most of the time they would say they will send my order then after they cancelled it and would not even return my money and they would say it takes a few weeks to see it on my statement and a month goes by nothing is ever returned. Second, it took them 8 to 9months for the items to be send to Canada. Majority of the time the sizes are different and the qualities sucks. Would never order from here again! Most places you buy from here are scammers or gives you dysfunctional items.

Negative stars I expect Aliexpress to delete this, but if you read this, just don't order from them. This company uses every trick in the book to scam you out of money. I ordered an item for my daughter's birthday in early June. Six weeks later, when we were out of town, it supposedly arrived. Three days after the supposed delivery, I received an email from the company stating that the "window to report" my item was satisfactory had closed. I thought that was strange. After my family returned home, I saw that the only item that was delivered was a tiny pack of 4 batteries, with a mailing address from Kentucky stuck over an Chinese address, nothing denoting who the seller was. I went to the site to report that I had received the wrong item, but wasn't given that option in the pulldown menu. I had to select issue with shipping. I was told to check with my post office. I checked with my post office, they said they had nothing from this company, but an employee did tell me that the tracking number I received was one that is used for small parcel items, much smaller than what I'd ordered for my daughter. I tried to file a dispute on the company's site, but could not upload a picture taken with my cellphone after multiple attempts. I then tried messaging the company, but was ignored. At this point, I opened a grievance with Paypal. A few days later I received a message in my inbox on the AliExpress site with an apology, stating I would receive a refund. When I checked the status of my Paypal claim, however, I just got the message that the issue was "pending" until August 6. On August 7, I found out that Paypal closed the case because Aliexpress claimed that I didn't upload evidence, which was impossible to do in the first place and was detailed in my claim. Paypal won't allow me to re-open the claim, even though Aliexpress stated it would refund me and never did. Great buyer's protection, Paypal. My daughter was disappointed to say the least. Avoid this company like the plague.

It's like that I ordered some merchandise I ordered two jumpsuits and now they telling me it's been delayed and then they turn around and tell me it's been shipped and they just playing around with my order taking their time shipping some to take to 2 months to 70 72 days I checked a delivery and it hasn't even been shipped this is a problem I'm having with AliExpress when it come down to shipping it seems like it's taking a very long time for them to ship my merchandise I don't know what they trying to prove but I decided not to order anyting else from them and when come down to shipment and delivery date now they telling me it's been delayed and then they turn around and tell me it's been shipped but the delivery is still there and I checked a delivery and it look like it it looked it up and it's so empty it ain't even been delivery hasn't even they haven't even shipped it my has not been ship I'm still looking delivery it's it's empty so this is a problem it's like they taking their sweet little time and then when I say I'm going to call the dispatch and get my money back so it's been shipped if it's been ship delivery wouldn't be like that it should of said it's in custom by ordered but everything else is fine their prices are fine I like the merchandise but when it come down to deliver in shipment is always has been delayed they taking their time getting my stuff on its way some will get on it as some of these some of these sellers won't so this is going to be my last time ordering anything from these people I have to stop ordering things. From them and not order nothing else from them this will be my last time I ordered two bras they still doing the same thing I checked delivery and it has not even been shipped that's AliExpress that's how they do

Wrong product sent to return buyer needs to pay postage back what cost more then product itself. Bad sellers are giving AliExpress and China bad face for doing bad trade. Most of the sellers are good honest traders but you know that sending wrong product there is nothing to protect purchaser because of bad AliExpress RETURN goods policy. AliExpress return policy gives China and platform bad face. Use eBay or Amazon. If there problem with product happens things are delt with swiftly/professionally.

I have bought a few things of Aliexpress and when it goes well they are cheap but take a long time (2 months ish) to arrive. But when it goes badly - 1 in 5 in my experience, they just steal your money and don't respond to your messages. I bought a radio controlled boat for my kids on Order No 8123889446749799 They sent the boat to me from China, via Russia!!!! and it never arrived. No problem these things happen. But they haven't responded to me and I am out of pocket. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Never received my packages, the seller was no help whatsoever. I also ordered 4 other things on this site and never received them. It's a complete scam. DO NOT BUY from this site. You'll thank me later. I lost a lot of money and customer service is a joke. I contacted my post office and they stated that the seller needed to submit the report, I sent the information to them and they pretty much said too bad and I had no proof. So I had four different packages, One full of thick wool, one had two sweaters, one had a shirt and one had a small skein of yarn. The wool never appeared and AliExpress refused to help in any way, shape or form claiming I needed more evidence. I got all the evidence I could from the my post office and AliExpress said it wasn't good enough and closed the dispute. The shirt was redirected back to them at customs and now no one is answering me for that one. I don't care much for the little skein of yarn, but then the sweaters are MIA as well. Don't ever buy from aliexpress.

Display I bought has defects. It is in working condition but it has scratches on top of the frame and dead pixels. But the biggest problem is the white spot in the right bottom part of the screen. I opened a dispute but AliExpress claims there is no problem even thou I posted a video where it clearly shows. They protect thieves. NEVER SPEND MORE THAN 10$ ON ALIEXPPRESS, BETTER GO ON EBAY.

I shopped for sandals to use for a party, something I will not wear on a daily basis. What I like about the products I saw on the website was they carry ultra high-heels, which was what I was looking for. Am normally size 6, and based on the size chart provided, I was a size 6. ell and good. Item delivered. Unfortunately, it was big, about 1/2 a size bigger. I sent a message to the seller however, with the time difference, I can only see her response the following day. So messages back and forth for weeks, no half size available and she wanted me to keep the size 6 and asked me to buy the size 5 then give me a discount for the initial pair. Who wants the same pair in different sizes that doesn't fit you? I don't even know if the size 5 will be too small. She agreed for me to have it shipped back and wants me to send it with a tracking number. Guess what, fee was much more than the price of the pair of sandals! Seriously! Second time I didn’t receive all my items and Ali express said that they were sent and wouldn’t refund. One item was 20 pet bows and only 10 were sent. The other were 50 IDtags only 45 were sent and the rest of my order never came. Because the few items were sent they said I needed proof? How do you give proof of items not sent? Do not allow them to bundle orders or just order one item at a time or you will get taken advantage of. Do not order bulk items. Also pay with a credit card so you have a way to get your money back. I won’t order again. Same stuff on Amazon just a little more. Ends up being cheaper and less hassle in the long run.

Do not purchase products from Shenzhen Pophong Store. I bought a Honor Max 10 7.09 inch 5g phone and I told the company that I can't use it due to the phone being in built in Chinese and I was willing to.send the phone back to get a refund but they refuse to negotiate with me although they promised and agreed for me to send the phone back. So my advice is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER FROM ALIEXPRESS . THEY ARE HUGE SCAMMERS BUYER BEWARE
