I have bought a package of slimming pills from Store: Xue YanFang Store. But the package has neither no bar code, no address and name of producer, and production permit. It is a self-made product. I opened one capsule, it is some kind of white powder with indefinable grain, I smelled it, it has no smell, and tasted it, it does not tastes like herb, it tastes more like chemical drugs. I checked Chinese online information, and found out that this is one of the forbidden pills in China, which contains Sibutramine, a dangeraous drug, it can cause heart attack, and kidney problema. I opened dispute for illegal product, what has happened to me. The Aliexpress has mad decession the day after, says that my claim for shelf life is valid, I never complain of shel flife, I claimed a illegal product. I should send the item back, the seller pays the postage, otherwise they will release the money to the seller. Oh, my! But the did not load me a free return label on the dispute site, and I can not send drugs to China, I will get problems with police.

I ordered a device and I paid for it but now more than three months waiting for it still not received it. I opened a dispute but aliexpress not refunded for it. Really Ali express don't have buyer protection. Now I lose my money

No protection for a buyer at all! I received a false product and never got a refund. AliExpress buyer-protection is ridiculous.

don't go to aliexpress it a scam I ordered motherboard for 2ds I didn't receive my package they told go local post office And I did and my local post said that the package return to seller I went AliExpress website wanted my refund weeks later I never did get my refund

This company is completely fraud, they sold me a software device in Dec 2020 on aclife time warranty basis which cost me $800 Canadian dollars. The device came without manual and device even didn't work. I called them and tried to reach them but they didn't respond and didn't refund my money. Lately I found the device was fake and not the original, Fake, Fraud company don't ever trust them.

terrible experience. Two items showed delivery, but they were not. Customer service was so poor, they asked me for a form from German post does not exist, so I lost my money twice.

This is about oder 3010546806406623 from Store No. 911229069. First all I have checked the bar code, it does not indicates any information of this product. Then I go to WeChat to check this product at The National Medical Products Administtation. There is no such product, that means the product is no legal.I found the smae product on Chinese online shop, it looks totally different than I have received. I checked their hygiene licence, it was issue in 2012, according to Chines regulation, the licence has to be renewed every 2 years, so this one is invalid. I claimed refund for counterfite goods, because the platform for dispute has no reason for illgal item. They refuted my claim, says this is no brand. I sent them the picture shows the brand name is GuangYa, but they understand is brand Gucci or Chanel, they don't know that the Chinese people also fake their own brand. They have accepted that this product is not registered. They ask me to send the item back on my own cost, it will cost me 10 Euro, and the illegal product costs 6 Euro. Of course I will not send it back. So you can see how ignorant they are.

They are back to the policy of lying and cheating! Instead of improving customer service they are degrading it. If your goods are defective or do not arrive their support will only waste your time asking to film them videos as prove and whatever you do, they will just ask for more videos. Avoid "70mai official store" on all cost! They send defective goods and refuse replacement.

Deceptive Buyer Protection IMHO, AliExpress is a BIG deceptive Scam. They do NOT have the customer focus of Amazon, and they will never be Amazon. 1. First, the savings do not compensate for the extended wait times. That alone should drive most shoppers to avoid them. 2. If you never receive an item, you my have to wait 3-4 months before you get your money back. UNCOOL. 3. If you get a defective item, and you get defective items regularly, you will have to jump through hoops, and waste a lot of time to send them evidence with pictures and videos (that they may or may not be able to see) before they give you an AliExpress judgment. 4. An AliExpress judgment may be valid (refund without return), or invalid (your evidence is not to their liking), and you're out of luck. You can appeal, but you never hear back from them. 5. The worst, and most deceptive AliExpress judgment is when, after you do everything to their liking, and they deem the claim valid, they tell you "full refund but you must return the item to China with tracking (they recommend DHL) in 9 days (seriously?)". 6. Shipping anything from anywhere to China by DHL and in 9 days, is cost-prohibitive, and is often more than the refund amount itself. 7. This basically amounts to: "yes, you got a defective" product, but you will get no refund. We shamelessly lied about Buyer Protection. Everyone should report them to NYSE so they remove the BABA stock from the NY stock exchange.

I ordered a pair of casual shoe, a tiny pair of socks was sent over,I reported to Ali express contact with the picture, I was told to return it back,but the shipping fee back is way more than the actual price of the shoe, I complained to Ali express again but NOTHING WAS DONE, now am being SCAMMED, by the seller,not encouraging to buy anything from Ali Express again.

Bought two shirts both of them were the size of a toddler when they were supposed to be adult 3x. Returnef the shirts and never received a refund from either vendor. This company is just filled with thieves. Nothing on their website is worse the hassle of trying to do business with this illegitimate company. They don't even have a phone number for their customer service, which basically means they have no customer service which is an accurate statement.

Terrible customer service from the seller/store. I ordered 2 clothing items. They shipped in the timeframe indicated, however once cleared customs, my package was actually delivered to a Chicago, IL address. It registered as "Delivered Successfully" on all of the tracking - except I live in Florida and verified in every possible way they have my correct shipping address on the order. The refunds process is nearly impossible. They would not respond or answer any of my questions on how they will fix this, including asking them to reship the package to me at my actual address on file. No response. TERRIBLE company. I will absolutely be buying American going forward. Horrible experience.

Avoid this AliExpress.com, other seller will send you wrong item, if you have any issue with your purchased you will wait 3 months to escalate the dispute process (on top of waiting 1-3 months tracking status delivery). Return for refund accepted. But take note: You will shoulder the return shipping cost (not free) a lot of $$$ What a waste of time and waste of money. Most of all No customer service phone number you can call to assist you.

ALIEXPRESS IS ALWAYS ON THE SIDE OF THE SELLER EVEN WHEN ITEMS ARRIVE USED AND BROKEN. THEY WILL ONLY PARTIALLY REFUND. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH MAJORITY OF ITEMS BELOW STANDARD.

Everything that I have ever ordered from this company is either;; too small, delivered broke, made of low quality material that breaks soon after use. All junk, plus stores do not respond to purchases. Don’t waste your time ⏱, nor your Money 💸.

No customer service what so ever. Impossible to get an intelligent response from anyone. Sellers may respond, but once again, if an intelligent response is expected, forget it. They have had an error message running for six months or more saying help is being repaired, not yet. Click on 24/7 chat you get sent to FAQ.. Delivery, returns, refunds, who gets that far? When you cannot get simple responses from sellers, why would I spend any money? Ali Express represents everything North Americans try to avoid, Cheap Chinese Junk.

Several reasons to avoid ALIEXPRESS: A dispute submission to AliExpress has to be made within a very limited number of words, so it is difficult to write a compelling argument. This seriously stacks the odds against the buyer. The submission process requires the buyer to answer specific multiple choice questions which often do not include a viable answer. This leads AliExpress to rule against a submission only because their system did not anticipate and include the set answer that was necessary. During the dispute process the seller will often request photographic evidence of the problem, but it is not always possible to convincingly convey the details in a few photos and the alternative, a video, would be unacceptably large. In the unlikely event you can actually win a dispute with AliExpress their ruling will require the buyer to pay for the return postage. The minimum mailing cost to return an item, with a tracking number, to China from Australia may well by in the region of $20, and not economically viable. Once an AliExpress decision has been decreed, it is difficult if not impossible to communicate further via their dispute resolution process and one is left with the feeling that natural justice has been denied, if it ever existed in this process. IN CONCLUSION: AliExpress prices can sometimes (although not always) be very much cheaper than Ebay. That said, the quality of the goods can sometimes (although not always) be outrageously atrocious and sellers don't generally care about negative ratings because these are applied to individual products and are short term compared with the overall seller ratings in Ebay that apply to the entire life of the store. It is therefore very necessary to factor this into a buying decision. While I have found that on many occasions paying a little more at Ebay can be cheaper in the long run, I have made considerable savings at AliExpress, in some instances, where exactly the same product is available in both camps at markedly differing prices. My MO with AliExpress is now to stick to lower cost items where a problem free refund is more likely when required AND to always check out Ebay first for very much faster deliveries, a more democratic customer-focused environment and a rating system that motivates sellers to treat customers with respect.

Be careful what you order from these people. If you need to return something back or if it comes damaged or even if you don't get the item at all, they have a very unfair and confusing dispute system, I had ordered quite a bit from them over a couple of years, in that time I had to open 6 disputes, 4 times for items I never received and 2 times for damaged items. They denied my dispute two times for watches I never received, even with the tracking number showing I never received it. (How is it possible to get denied for that?). On two other occasions the item was damaged, one time they took money off the price and one time they denied my claim even though I provided a video of the item not working. When you're getting shipping from China a lot of times things go wrong, and when they do it's not easy getting it resolved with AliExpress. From now on I will keep my orders from them to less than $10.00, I am not going to risk losing more than that. Also I will keep my order to non-mechanical items, the quality control from them is not great. Although you can save money from them, what good is it if you never get the item and they deny your dispute?
