“DO NOT purchase goods from JAVINO! DO NOT purchase goods from JAVINO! It is that simple. DO NOT purchase goods from JAVINO! It is that simple. Use any other seller. Purchased 5 modules, 2 arrived damaged, 1 of which did not work at all. 16/6/21 I reported problem 25/6/21 I requested them to respond else I would have no choice but to leave negative feedback 25/6/21 They requested photos 27/6/21 I provided photos 1/7/21 I requested response 5/7/21 I requested response 7/7/21 I asked for partial refund 12/7/21 I left this negative feedback I have used the Aliexpress Eva portal 3 times, asking to fix this problem. My messages are being read, I get no response. Obviously they do not care, now am no longer waiting patiently. If you have NO CHOICE BUT TO USE JAVINO, (DON'T), I repeat DO NOT USE THEM, find another solution. Or else if you do have to use them and you have a problem, DO NOT be nice, DO NOT be patient. DO OPEN A DISPUTE ASAP and then DO play HARDBALL. JAVINO! ==> NEGATIVE! rating”

“Do not order with Aliexpress. They will say that they consider their customers as their family members. This is just for name sake. I wished to buy monitors for our car and I was asking doubts to the seller. They were responding. But suddenly said that they will not sell their product to me and asking me to contact other seller (because I am taking time). Is it possible to decide just like that, for a product which we pay more and also it is being shipped from somewhere else?? The store is XST. The other store blocked me for asking doubts about the product. Without getting the doubts cleared about a product, how can we make the purchase? The store is Aainavi. I raised a complaint about both the sellers. But nothing had happened. Aliexpress just pretended that they have taken some action. Better to buy from the local markets.”

“I bought SAMSUNG DDR2 RAMS for Laptop. The RAMS were faulty. Although my proofs with two different laptops and in comparison to two working RAMs the seller still said that they were checked before shipping. Making tests took alot of time and eventually PAYPAL case closed with the decision that there will be a return in case I return the item with a shipping number. Shipping these RAMs from Germany to China costs more than the amount of RAMs. So It seems I am left with faulty RAMs and nobody can help me.”

“Orde number 8132737069628593 DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM ALIEXPRESS. they sell defective products and even when you prove it's defective they don't give you full refund even with the dispute process aliexpress only sides with the sellers. I bought a defective product from basues and proved it was defective and the seller refused to give me a full refund and it went into a dispute aliexpress comes in and only gives me a partial refund like what am I supposed to do with a defective item and half my money back? I have screenshots”

“This site is no longer correct. It used to be nice, but now they are no longer shipping items, or the ones that they ship are not even close to the images. Plus, when I contacted them about not receiving the items they asked for proof and they said they can't refund me. How should I prove that I don't have something is beyond my understanding...maybe make a video with my house and show that the items ordered from them are not there... Lately, many of my friends told me that they started having problems with them. Now I get it. I will uninstall and switch to one of their competitors. There are many options out there and I only heard good things about Wish (prices are lower too ;) ) I suggest you all switch to Wish or Joom as this one is dead (and maybe let me know which one you like better, so I can try it too :D )”

“WARNING!!!!!!!! This store delivered wrong item. An item that’s much cheaper than what I actually ordered and then they rejected to refund my money. I NEVER RECIEVED THE DOG BACKPACK and instead got some cheap gloves!!! TRACKING NUMBER MANIPULATIONS!!!!!! They wanted photos of the package which was very torn. It’s pure THEFT!!! DO not buy from this store!!! Read the reviews, I’m not the first one they refused to refund!”

“Hi have been buying from Aliexpress for over a decade. That is about to finish. Items I used to buy all arrived and arrived in reasonable time. A guitar I bought on a Wednesday arrived at my PO on the following Saturday. Incredible. NOT NOW. since it was listed and the boss is now one o the wealthiest in the world, it has gone backwards. Now about one in 8-10 items never arrive. Posted items arrival can be from 8 days to 6 weeks or NEVER.. Aliexpress was my go to online shop. NOT NOW. Buying from AliExpress has become a lottery, will it arrive or will it disappear, will the system allow me to make a dispute? I have lost my money on a number of items and the Ali system looks like it is designed to make it very hard to impossible for the buyer to get a refund or justice. Aliexpress has put in a change (they say because covid slowed down postage) that extends the expected arrival times to 2 to 4 months!!!!!!!!!!!!! This means you cannot put in a dispute over non-arrival and by the time you can the window for disputes has closed. They have effectively stolen my money. some item tracking says the item has arrived in my country on a certain date. The tracking does nothing more for 3 to 6 weeks so i go and try and open a dispute, the Aliexpress system will not let me as it says it is still on the way. WELL WERE IS IT? WHERE IS THIS GIANT WAREHOUSE WHERE ITEMS ARRIVE AND THEN DISAPPEAR, FOREVER, GONE ALONG WITH MY MONEY. the WHOLE ALIEXPRESS SYSTEM NOW APPEARS TO BE SET UP TO DISADVANTAGE AND BLOCK ANY ATTEMPTS AT JUSTICE OR FAIRNESS TO THE BUYER. On Ebay you can go to very clunky customer service and try and get a resolution. Aliexpress, as far as I can see has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't even change my email address as I had changed provider. Again, since it has been floated as a company it is very very very buyer UNFRIENDLY. My suspicion is some sellers have worked out the system is against the buyer and possibly never send your item and get your money. I do not buy online on the basis it is a lottery which Item i buy will ever arrive or arrive months later. i want to know that when I but an item (because I need it), it will arrive. I am now goon back to ebay, to banggood or similar sites where there is a customer service. Aliexpress DO NOT allow PayPal so you have no buyer protection fall back. UNLESS aLIEXPRESS START SEEING THAT IT IS WE THE CUSTOMERS WHO MAKE THEIR BUSINESS, AND MAKING THE SYSTEM WORK AGAINST OUR TRUST AND FAITH IN THEIR COMPANY., IT WILL CRASH AND BURN AND I SAY TO THE OWNER AND SHAREHOLDERS, YOUR BUSYNESS IS STEALING FROM BUYERS AND YOU WILL SEE YOUR INVESTMENT FAIL OR FALL”

“They sell and send products that are nothing like the description and then Aliexpress supports the seller and overrides everything you say and then send you a very small refund and shuts the case. Don't ever ever deal with them. They are very dishonest and deceitful.”

“I want to say don’t buy anything with AliExpress, because the logistic is so poor, Ali never protects the customer, and the customer service is so rude. I bought this item, but never received. I opened a dispute to request refund. Ali requested me to provide the evidence to prove that I didn’t receive my order. I didn’t receive the item, how do I provide such evidence? I emailed Ali to ask them tell me what evidence I should provide, but no reply. I told Ali that Amazon would email a picture to the customer to show where they put the item to prove the item delivered. Then, Ali immediately replied me that my dispute was invalid and they would release my payment to the seller. So don’t buy anything with AliExpress. The customers have to pay for the items that they never received”

“If I could give less than this, I would. Made a purchase and couldn't track or contact customer service. The pages just kept going back to the sales pages. The so called help centre has specific questions but nobody to chat to to help. I eventually received an email that confirmation time has ended and still the same story with not being able to contact anyone. Going to my bank to dispute this scam!! Never again!!”

“out of 2 orders I placed on the same day that never turned up one was refunded the other one the time to claim a refund kept extending and never got a refund. so no I would never purchase through this domain again or recommend it”

“SCAMMER, CHEATER AND LIAR - Aliexpress Through seller Lovelypuppy Store, Store No.3096039 - TAKE CARE, GO AWAY I did not receive the products from Order No: 8128179278213060, they were never sent! NO MONEY BACK! The seller "sent" and Aliexpress published only a FAKE AWB! The seller took my money through Aliexpress, after I have paid to Aliexpress, more than 120 days ago and he did not send me the package! This is a new form of scam practiced by some seller scammers with the complicity of some Aliexpress employees - search on internet I am a Platinum member, and this is the third time I see this method in my many orders. How the trick and deception works: I placed the order on Aliexpress, I paid, then the seller did not send directly to me, any package, he puts in my order as a delivery a FAKE AWB - for my and he sent a ‘package’ with this AWB from my order, with real data to another person / other address from the same (my) City, a recipient accomplice with him. Finally, the package reaches that person, he picks it up and at the same time appears on 17track.net or another tracker that the package in my order has been delivered and picked up (by me)! In the dispute, I asked Aliexpress and they refused to ask the seller or at least China Air Parcel to show the AWB in order to confront and check if the data is from my order. Aliexpress asked me in 3 days (2 days in weekend) for proof that I had not received the goods; Question: if I did not receive the goods, what proof to give them ? It is obvious that Aliexpress / Seller should prove that they sent me the package! However, I contacted the local post office and I have sent proof to Aliexpress that the package of goods with the AWB from my demand was not on my name and address; it was on another person / address, but the same City, Bucharest; Country, Romania. Accomplices of the Seller in AliExpress refused to respond to my requests and consider the evidence. Finally, in order to recover the money and prove that I did not receive the package (I saw how others did), I had to file complaints with the Chinese Authorities: Shenzhen Public Security Bureau Bao'an Branch Police Affairs Office, China Anti-Fraud Office and to VISA. I lost money, time arguing, looking for evidence, disputes, stress, etc; but it is a matter of principle and justice to expose these scammers.”

“Terrible service and seller try to take money from customers with the wrong shipment, wrong orders, wrong products. They said fully return if the customer does not satisfy with orders, it is completely wrong. Especially the store# 900248257. Their products are blenders. Don't waste money for them!”
