Having an absolute nightmare with AliExpress who refuse to accept that I have not received delivery, despite sending them screenshots of Evri's tracking and an email from Evri stating "Thank you for bearing with me whilst I had the depot conduct a search over the last 2 days. Unfortunately they have not been able to locate your parcel and as it has been 5 days I must advise you that it is potentially lost in our network." and "We will also liaise with them directly regarding this undelivered item. Once again I'm sorry for this delay and that we have not been able to locate your parcel." AliExpress's reply, "Sorry for keeping you waiting so long. Since the package has been wait for you to pick up and the document you provided can’t support your claim. The evidence should be the official documents and be stamped and including information such as: tracking number, address, condition of the package, signature , etc. We are sorry to inform that your appeal request was rejected." Absolute joke! Have wasted hours, and hours, trying to get this resolved!

nightmare company to deal with. I ordered a pyjama set in 3 sizes to see which one fit best - I received 3 tshirts with no pyjama bottoms so I requested 3 refunds. They only gave me 3 half refunds so now I have 3 tshirts that I have no use for since I specifically wanted a matching pyjama set, not a tshirt. Not only that but the quality of the tshirt print is awful. Now if I want to I appeal the refund amount I have to supply photographic proof that the tshirt is too small for me which they can challenge if they don't think its too small in their eyes. Would never buy from the again.

I have purchased a product on June 9th till today i have not received the product. From September 9th I was supposed to be eligible to get a refund - I opened a dispute and all I get is lies - order number was 1113621315071240 the question bellow is not relevant till now did not get the product and did not get my refund

Honestly its getting sad by the moment. I order from AliExpress for few years now with an average of $100 - $300 a month, business account and a subscription to their V.I.P program. Normally they have been supportive of small items defects / issues, recently I've ordered 2 units of an expensive item. when the package arrived, I got only 1 unit instead of 2, a simple mistake sure. I contact the AliExpress and they keep refusing my refund, they keep telling me to pickup the package and play stupid games with me, even though I repeatedly tell them that I DID PICKUP the package, however, the issue is the fact only 1 unit came instead of 2. Via live support, 5 times already they promised it was a miss understand and they escalate my tickets, I wait over 24 hours for a reply and guess what .. they tell me "NEED MORE EVIDENCE". I even escalated the issue with their higher ups, and still getting the same reply, asking me to give more evidence. Same answer. In fact, you can easily see in the picture the package wrapper is super small and can't even hold more than 1 unit, that alone should be enough proof that I go scammed. What other evidence could I possibly provide? literally, I was the one who pickup the package, the package is not lost and there was 1 item instead of 2. No other evidence in existence. Anyway I warned them that if I won't get a refund then I will make this post and spread it everywhere. Hope it was worth the $20 bucks they stole from me.

I sent back a faulty computer that was under warranty, the seller agreed to fix it , i registered the post, notified AliExpress of this, and they agreed. ( months later I'm down 900 euros for the computer I shipped back for repair and aliexpress basically told me to go F myself. This after showing all contact e-mail between the seller and myself, which proves without a doubt I was ripped off

I regretted to purchase items on Ali Express as I feel that they just scammed me. I had to return an item and Ali Express agreed that the seller was required to cover the shipping cost. The product was $32.44, but the shipping fee was $72.42. I had to pay upfront which I didn't feel comfortable. I spoke with Ali Express at least twice and they kept re-emphasizing that I would get reimbursed. Finally, I mailed the product on July 28, 2025 and provided the shipping details. I waited over a month and had to contact Ali Express to get my product refund. And now they refused to reimburse my shipping cost because I didn't provide "sufficient document". Canada Post only provided a receipt (included the shipping cost, tracking code) and now they said this is not enough evidence and closed my case. I am a single mother with an 8 months old baby. Not to talk about the hassle that I went to Canada Post back and forth, and now I lost money from my own pocket. Although you may think that I only lost $40, as a single mother and no stable income, it is really affecting me financially. I sincerely warn other consumers that don't fall into the Ali Express trap as their consumer protection plan doesn't exist.

sent wrong product and refused to correct error i ordered a battery and was sent a completely different product. my order number was not on the package i was sent either. i contact aliexpres who ask for a video of the product i was sent, which they get. then they ask for a picture of the package and the product, which they get. then i am told that they have carefully assessed the material, are closing the case, will not correct the error and i am left with the wrong product. i have never tried that before. the order number is 3057363209985230
