The last month I purchased 7 bottles (50 ml ) of Methylene Blue in AliExpress, from two different sellers, all of which contained a blue substance that is not Methylene Blue in any way, and which may be harmful to health.

I ordered an air fryer and received a halogen oven instead — completely the wrong item. I immediately requested a return and refund, only to be told I must cover the return postage myself. This is outrageous, especially considering I paid £60 for delivery when placing the order. Customer service has been utterly useless. Every response has been automated, with no genuine attempt to resolve the issue. It’s clear they’re just stalling and hoping I’ll give up. There’s zero accountability and no respect for the customer. Frankly, they don’t even deserve one star. If I could give zero, I would.

This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced when shopping online. They didn't speak much English so we couldn't communicate and in the end he got angry and treated me horribly. I don't even want to give this a one star.

Waiting almost for 3 months for delivery, both items are lost and seller not refunding and AliExpress not following their own rolls. this is AliExpress policy: Refund if not delivered after 35 days If your package isn't delivered within 35 days after shipment, you can apply for a refund. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it. UPDATE ON 6/8/2025 on different report website to : AliExpress responded to my review but those two seller still don’t want to respect the website policy and not refunding the payment and still after 3 months waiting they are asking to wait more ! VORSICHT! Kundenservice im Problemfall ist enttäuschend. Obwohl AliExpress mit 90 Tagen kostenloser Rückgabe und Garantie wirbt, soll ich einen defekten Rasierer (Wert: 17 €) auf eigene Kosten für 30 € nach China zurückschicken. Das macht die beworbene Garantie nutzlos. Der Kundenservice von AliExpress hat keinerlei Interesse daran, Probleme zu lösen. Trotz aller Versuche erhalte ich nur Standardantworten, die von einer Rückgabe ablenken sollen. Bestellnummer: 3055264420357389

AliExpress claims easy and quick resolutions to issues. The shipper posted on the tracker non-delivery of item because ..."recipient refused to sign" for this $11 package. I have never had to sign for packages in the past. I am lucky if AliExpress packages are tossed onto the porch. After several emails back and forth, with repeated AI boilerplate responses, i.e., please send more evidence, AliExpress closed my dispute as "completed." I filed a dispute with my CC and they resolved the issue within hours.
