COMMUNICATION IS DEFINITELY THE KEY. ALIEXPRESS FAILS MORE THAN THE SELLER DOES. AT LEAST YOU CAN MESSAGE THE SELLER. IT'S BAD ENOUGH THAT THE SELLER DIDN'T DELIVER, DIDN'T REFUND MY MONEY, AS SOON AS, THE DISPUTE WAS FINISHED, BUT WHAT MADE IT REALLY WORST IS THAT ALIEXPRESS DOES NOT HAVE A CONTACT PERSON, OR NUMBER. THE CHAT GOES ON AUTOMATED AS SOON AS DISPUTE IS FINISHED NOT AFTER REFUND.

ALIEXPRESS FAILS IN COMMUNICATION: THE ONLY COMMUNICATION LINE A BUYER HAS IS THE CHAT, WHICH STOPS AFTER THE DISPUTE NOT AFTER THE "REFUND." SO WHO DO YOU SPEAK TO IF YOU DON'T GET THE REFUND?

I ordered a bob wig which took me a month to get and when I did it was the bob wig I ordered. I was offered a $10 gift but not my money back or the right wig. I will never order anything from them again and I deleted their app.

Never do business with AliExpress. You will always be lied to. I bought genuine leather car seats for $400.00. Instead, I got stinky plastic. I paid another $190.00 for them to be sent back. It was delivered to China in 2020/02/23, and I'm still waiting for my refund. AliExpress are unfair liars.

Any Dispute that you have with the seller you will lose you money. AliExpress will be on the china's seller side regards what you say.

36 days and counting, I still have not received my item. I should have known better but having never experienced anything like this before I could never have expected such a slow delivery. I never even knew what this site was until I was researching an expensive quality kitchen item. They had a great price and I bought it. The question is will I ever receive it. Like I said, I should have known better and not jumped so quickly at a nice price, next time I will read reviews first.

There is no buyer protection. When you have a problem a seller you might be can't get back your money. You can't reache to aliexpress in no way and aliexpress doesn't reply your messages. You can lost your money, be careful!

NEVER will I order from AliExpress again. They messed up my order something awful. #1 They duplicated nearly 100% of my order, now I am paying twice what I ordered. Who knows if I will get the merchandise from the duplicate orders.. I can't straighten this out because you cannot talk to a person or email them. Their customer service (and I'm using that terminology loosely) is none. All you can do is chat with an automated robot thing which gets you nowhere. And the one place I found to leave a message would not allow you to type much information. Proves they don't care about the customer's experience. What they care about is taking your money. #2 The only order, so far, that has been delivered was delivered to San Juan Puerto Rico and I live in the USA. I verified this with the post office where I live. I filed a dispute but no reply yet about it. HORRIBLE experience of which I will NEVER repeat. DON'T do business with them, just order off eBay or Amazon. They honestly don't care. If they did they would allow you to email them. To put it clearly, they S T I N K !!!

It's very bad. Do not order from AliExpress. I have paid and the item never arrived. I paid about $ 100. Request for a refund and they give me a hard time to get my money back. Still waiting for the refund up to now, it's been more than 8 weeks. I wish I check this website first before I put an order. Now I deeply regret.

Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be ordering from here and will make sure no one I know ever does either. Never received any of my orders and I ordered them in February...it is now May 1st. Tracking updates have stopped and says it's delivered but then also says it's still in transit from China? Never again.

I ordered a item they say it was delivered. If so, it was not delivered to my address. Unable to call them. Don't know what Post office supposedly delivered it. I don't have the time to run around to different Post offices. I have just lost my money. it's a good thing that I didn't pay more than $4.00. I will just eat the losses. They are no help with getting my item delivered to Me. I will never order from them again.

I ordered a hoodie for my wife and have waited over a month and still not recieved it. Made a dispute for refund habe not had a response. Time in the dispute for the seller to reapond has ran out. Still no response. Called them 5 times today left 2 messages no response. I will never order from here again and will tell everyone i know not to buy from here.

most of the stuff i ordered from them does last or do what i says it going to do refunds are a joke and i didn't even get a couple of the things i ordered. its not worth it the little bit of money you save by ordering from them

One star is one too many. Put a fake tracking number on my order so it said it was delivered but then when questioned they admitted that it was never sent and asked me to lie on the refund reason and say that I just no longer want the item. They have now said that they have processed the refund but 27 days later and I still haven’t received it. Avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting 4 months for my shoes. The seller has closed the dispute and out of the 20 trillion people in that country, there is not 1 that will answer my emails or "online" chat - it is a bot called Eva and the whole thing is plain BS. Stick to ebay and don't even bother with this garbage. You will get a couple of ok experiences and then when you get burnt you can kiss your money away. I've blown USD 40 which totally sucks. NEVER AGAIN. At least with ebay Paypal has an honorable refund system and ebay tries hard to protect its reputation (generally).
