“Weeks after I have placed several orders, I still haven't received anything. The tracking system is just a joke and it shows that my orders are still in China but my payments have been withdrew for my account already. Do not use Aliexpress by all means!!”

“RIP OFF!!!!! Do not order ANYTHING from them. Ordered 2 months ago and still haven't received my order then I did a dispute and they extended my date. I dont need it now his birthday is come and gone. I want my money back just they just keep saying give it a little time. I DONT need it anymore. Please never order from them. I wouldn't give them one star if I didnt have to to write this. Horrible experience.”

“This company is a TOTAL RIPOFF! Steer clear unless you want to be ripped off. Placed an order over a month ago. Immediately got an email, letting me know that the order was confirmed and then received one the next day, stating it was on the way! Weeks went by and I decided to track it. The website prompted me to use my last name as my user name, which I did. After after entering my password, I got a message saying I was not authorized access to my own damned account. When I attempted to reset my password, I was sent a link, with a prompt with a strange email, which was not mine! Lastly, I got some link which Ali Express provided me, which was in freaking Chinese!! They probably figured that I, like a lot of buyers, don't know Chinese. Nevertheless, I will NEVER buy from this fraudulent "company" again.”

“Absolute total waste of money. This is just another wish/gadget..... items look good in the pictures but the stuff is tat that actually doesn’t work, and very poor quality. When asking for a refund they want you to pay for tracked postage, which can cost anything from £15, and if your item is only £5/£10 is a total waste.. disgusting service, and they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with the false statements the put in listings.”

“Placed an order for 2 items, I keep getting email confirmation from Aliexpress claiming one of my items has been delivered!?!?! What's wrong with this company!! Do not use AT ALL, STAY AWAY FROM ALIEXPRESS, KEWEITE Store, and or anyone that uses Aliexpress for that matter. God Bless..”

“While there have been a couple companies who make sure that your purchase arrives within a month, 90% of the sellers on aliexpress have sent my purchases after several weeks, and the overall wait time from the point of purchase is about 3 months. The worst of these sellers is called BulkMinifig Store. I had ordered some legos and Mega Bloks for my nephew from this company, and they claim to have "lost" the shipment twice. They then lied about it, have never offered any compensation, and I am still waiting. Despite filling a claim, Aliexpress has done nothing to ensure that I even get so much as a refund. Stick with eBay, Amazon, and even Craigslist if you want more reliable service.”

“There is no 'Live Chat', it's a complete shambles, it's impossible to get a result to a particular question. Typical Chinese junk system. You'll spend forever trying to get an actual person through 'Eva' - but it's just a computer continuously redirecting you, even if you actually ask for someone, you get nowhere. The Chinese need to realise that customer service is EVERYTHING. Avoid Aliexpress at all costs, use Amazon or Bay. They actually have real people who care. The Chinese couldn't give less of a damn. Which is to be expected. I'll never use this junk site again.”
