“recevied package late, no return label included, contacted seller to item does not fit and shipped late, but to no avail seller only responded when when disputed started. Still refuses to send necessary infor to do return and refuse to issue refund. Shady business practices, will use my media and fellow followers to make sure they stay a way from unethical businesses like Ali Express and its sellers. Communication within the dispute process in no better have gotten no where with them either. 700 + followers notified and counting to stay away....”

“Took a whole month to send my item, then I noticed pieces were broken. Never again will I buy form them , I didn’t even care to do a return process, I just threw it in the trash.”

“A disgusting operation. I got an error code twice and assumed the order did not go through so I bought elsewhere. Over two months later the items showed up. I have no way to return these unwanted items. No communication, no return form. I tried opening a dispute and they won’t respond. I hate them. FU aliexpress”

“The items I received were not what I ordered. The dispute process would NOT let me up-load the picture of what I received. To make a report, you need the product URL and that is nowhere to be found, even when requested. I have 3 more items that I have received that don't match up with orders I made.... so I can't even figure out how to start a dispute. I thought I would give this a try, but NEVER AGAIN!”

“Do not order from Ali Express. They sent my order to a different state and I never received the order. I sent them 4 e mails, asking for my money back. They never answered me and I did not get my money back. Bad company”

“I wish, there's less than 1 star to write the review. And I wish I read all reviews before placing my order. I ordered items via AliExpress before and I was happy. After almost 2 years I decided to go back to them. I got no confirmation of my order as I used to, plus it looks like they charged me twice for the item I ordered. I cannot reach anyone at CS and if I send an email to the address they provide, nobody's there to help you. This was the last time I contacted them.”

“Aliexpress, USED TO BE a good online platform to buy cheap products and even sometimes to got surprised by the quality of some of them. The problem NOW is that they do not have a chat service if you need to contact them (is a robot, with automatic answers, so at the end you do not have any help at all) not to mention that if you pay extra to have a tracking number of your online purchases.. you should forget it.. this will not happen... they send it as a standard shipping but they charge you as if "would have a tracking number" ... purchases, are send sometimes a month later... and if you complain they really do not care.. the answer is to be patience :-).. and they do NOT refund the money any more. I still waiting for a product that I ordered two months ago.. when it supposedly must arrive in 24 days max.”

“Sadly couldnt give lower than a 1. Customer service is so poor! Gave me incorrect advice and now i have to pay twice to get my items. There is nowhere to contact them for customer help. They have turned off their live chat and will only send you automatic emails. Noone actually wants to help!”

“AliExpress is not processing refunds. Have to open a claim with the credit card company. On other disputes they agree with incorrect item sent but only refund 10% - IF I get the refund. I have used AliExpress for 6 years and now do not trust at all. I think they are going under. I now do most my shopping on Ebay - MUCH safer.”

“There are two possibilities why AliExpress is not working 1.) They turned their business process in CHEATING! 2.) They crashed their IT and lost all data. NO DATA SAVING?! NO SECURITY?! “You have Fraud going on your sites, and refuse to take action. AliExpress not to be trusted for ordering anything. Seller indicate they never shipped the item, however AliExpress site send email that they shipped it and my credit card is charged for it. I open dispute with AliExpress twice, AliExpress site shows tthere do not have any dispute. AliExpress is Pure Fraud. New potential customer be aware, you will wasting lots f your time to chase these issue with them, and at the end you will need to work with your credit company to stop/withdraw the payments.”

“I ordered bathroom tissue, 1 pack, and I sax strap. The order went in for 6 of each, immediately billed to my credit card and supposedly shipped even though I tried to cancel the order prior to shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I only hope my bank and reverse the charges on these pricks.”
