“I ordered 100 protective goggles so that I can donate them to local hospital. The order was made on Apr 3 but I still haven't gotten them yet as of May 10. To make it worse they don't even know where the package is. Their record shows a part or full of the package is returning to seller???. Yet Aliexpress is asking me to wait until Jun 15 ( more than 70 days???) without assuring it will arrive. Are you serious? Aliexpress already created so much problem for my plan. They should refund and compensate for my loss of time. I CAN'T even move on because of this stupid limbo situation.”

“As a senior buyer on Aliexpress, Usually I don't ask for refund even if the product's quality is not good enough. But only one time, I ask for a return. I found that it is super difficult for the buyer to return a product. The reason what they refuse my return request is : The buyer did not know how to use it. And I talk with the seller which name is CimFAX Official Store , this seller said they will not refund me because I left a negative comment.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM ALI EXPRESS ESPECIALLY GENIE LASH. Complete crooks. They say they shipped my product but it was never received. In the meantime, on their end they show package delivered. When I opened a dispute they contacted me and told me they would re ship the item but I needed to cancel my dispute. So after doing that now they act as if they have no idea what I’m talking about. Complete scam”

“I order some clothing and shoes In early March 2020 and it’s now May and I haven’t received anything. I understand shipping is delayed due to the Coronavirus but I been tracking my package and the website/App stated that my order was delivered! I’m wouldn’t not recommend”

“If I can give them below the zero, I will but no choice. A star is not what I want to give to them I was very disappointed I had told the seller to change commodity from Testing Equipment to Digital Thermometer. This is a agreement before I was purchased. But the sell Breach of contract, now i can not clear the custom in my country and Aliexpress give them a flavor Its unacceptable. Do not buy anything from them.”

“COMMUNICATION IS DEFINITELY THE KEY. ALIEXPRESS FAILS MORE THAN THE SELLER DOES. AT LEAST YOU CAN MESSAGE THE SELLER. IT'S BAD ENOUGH THAT THE SELLER DIDN'T DELIVER, DIDN'T REFUND MY MONEY, AS SOON AS, THE DISPUTE WAS FINISHED, BUT WHAT MADE IT REALLY WORST IS THAT ALIEXPRESS DOES NOT HAVE A CONTACT PERSON, OR NUMBER. THE CHAT GOES ON AUTOMATED AS SOON AS DISPUTE IS FINISHED NOT AFTER REFUND.”

“I ordered a bob wig which took me a month to get and when I did it was the bob wig I ordered. I was offered a $10 gift but not my money back or the right wig. I will never order anything from them again and I deleted their app.”

“Never do business with AliExpress. You will always be lied to. I bought genuine leather car seats for $400.00. Instead, I got stinky plastic. I paid another $190.00 for them to be sent back. It was delivered to China in 2020/02/23, and I'm still waiting for my refund. AliExpress are unfair liars.”
