ALiexpress - no customer service. You cannot see dispute details months go by no product and you lose your money. Sad China will never understand a free market. Dictators and the world is afraid of viruses from them.

Order stuck in China warehouse and seller will not communicate with me nor can you communicate with an actual person at aliexpress. I would not recommend buying a thing through this site.

Tracking no. rb942891705SG No movement in the ordered parcel since 16.04.20 I.e more than 1 month. Goods have stuck up at Hong Kong since 16.04 and no effort taken to monitor further movement from HK. One has to stop doing further business On Ali express I.e for sure as the delay is unacceptable despite COVID. what is the point to get the product after the infection leaves Chennai as the mask will be of no use to citizens.

I had a package shipped with AliExpress standard shipping in March. It’s been 2 months, the package has not arrived. I’ve opened a dispute and the company refuses to refund my Money. They closed the order, and have no avenue with which to contact an actual person.

What wet wrong? A lot Products arrive broken and you ain’t get any respons! More and more mailings and they are with pressure to buy! It’s far from a nice company to deal with

After using it for many orders, I think I can tell you how it works. At first, if you want to buy something from sellers that ship from your country (france, spain, poland, italy, etc) or near your country, not only you will pay a bit more pricy, but also, the item will be sent from... China ! Yes, 90% of the seller shipping from spain for example, send the item from China, and hide the delevery details. So, then you open a dispute because the item never arrives in time, and then the seller extends the delivery period (called customer garantee time or something like this for you to believe it's good for you :) ), then, you have nothing to do, but to wait. The worst is, if you have a problem with the item sent from spain (so, in reality from China), you have to return it to .... China of course. And all this is happening openly, with no sanctions from Aliexpress. Ali could easily identify this sellers because when they ship from spain to spain, and the delivery delay is about 3 weeks, you can easily understand there is some kind of trouble in the air... Another thing : Many sellers let you pay, and then 5 days after, tell you "sorry my friend, my dear, the product is out of stock, so please cancel the order, but in the cancel reason, select "personal reason". That way, the seller won't have any sanction from Ali. And if you refuse, and decide to select another reason (like seller is out of stock), then the seller is able to reject your cancelation demand. And he will do it many times, untill your are tired of doing it. Moreover, if, like me, you buy in a foreign change (not euro) and you pay in euros, the refund will alway be less than the amount you pay (yes, it's like when you exchange money, the rate is different wether you buy or you get refund). This happened to me so much times... And when I tell it to this fu... sellers, they reply "no my friend, you will be refund the same" ! The best quality of chinese sellers, is that they make you fool, acting like stupid persons, but they are not stupid, they know this things better than you. This is the Aliexpress world, their rules, a world where seller is king, and buyer is some kind of "dear" trash.

SCAMMED! I did not receive my item from Ali Express/Sunrise Warm Store! Ali Express is absolutely insane to deal with. Even getting to chat or email is incredibly difficult. When you do get in contact, they are not helpful at all. Multiple times, the chat representatives would say "You'll definitely get your money back", then the dispute result would come back saying "The item was delivered. You will not get your money back". I will never purchase from Ali Express again.

Product not functioning as described in manual . Upload video and reply not justified. This is a fake product . Never buy from this site again . Go Amazon instead.

I ordered a phone screen gave them plenty of time to deliver . When I checked tracking I showed shipment cancelled so I opened a dispute based on the fact the shipment was cancelled when I went to check on the status of the dispute. It was no longer there and item was showing as delivered I'm still trying on my broken phone atm . I tried Ali Express chat which was useless as it's a bot that doesn't answer questions . I have lost 30 euros so now I'm leaving them bad reviews anywhere I can find I hope they enjoy my cash .

Like so many here, horrible lack of customer support and unethical tactics used by sellers to mislead buyers. I made a purchase where the description clearly stated 50pcs. However, they trick you by putting 20pcs in the color description when you make a purchase. This is a common practice on Alibaba and there is no recourse. I invested in Alibaba stock but will no longer own this stock because they don't care about shady business tactics.

my account shearder has lost a LOT of money because the sellers lie and when you get a refund you lose money. It is becoming as bad as wish.c0m DO NOT BUY from Aliexpress

it was so bad, just cheating. it took my money from my credit card, but no order confirmed, no delivery, no response to my complaint email. my bank helped me take my money back from it.

The Worst Company Ever Don't freaking know why they're still in Business. Ordered something thought that my Package was on its way come to find out they had given Me the Wrong Tracking Info. committed the mistake of purchasing somthing different going on two weeks and they've still have not ship my items. The worst!!!!

The worst company ever. I've made an 250£ order on aliexpress. Order has never arrived although seller is claiming that he send the order. I have open the case to get my money back and after 3 month aliexpress steps in and says that I need to provide documentation to a shipping company to get a refund from them.WHAT???? In normal world if I've ordered something and it didn't arrive, it is the seller responsibility to get in touch with shipping company and get refund, not other way round. AVOID THIS SCAMMERS

Can’t say it’s worth the experience Can’t say it’s worth the experience. Most items are being shipped out of China and it’s hit and miss if you actually get what you ordered. I say hit and miss because I ordered two exact match items but they were different physical dimensions. Chief complaint: I purchased a Thermistor for my 3D-Printer and it was found defective, kept cutting off and couldn’t reach temperatures as described. I purchased a replacement and that worked fine. When I asked for a refund pictures were not “proof” for a refund. They wanted a video of the installation process and what the problem was. After weeks of emails (days between responses) my claim was refused for “lack of evidence”. I will not use them again!

I never got my hair, My sister got her hair and it was terrible and when she gave a review and they harassed her and kept calling and to told her to take it down. I ordered my hair 2 months ago😡
