“Don't buy anything from AliExpress!!! I made my first order last week from a store called "Welcome Oversea Store" which has 98%+ positive rating. Finally, the seller sent out the product and provide a Fedex tracking number yesterday. However, the tracking is fake. They made it up. The delivery address is different from my address. I contacted the seller, guess what, they admitted they don't have the product and the tracking is fake. I have to dispute the order and it will take a couple of months to get the refund. The seller can earn free interest for a few months. It's totally scam.”

“Bad bad experience. Genuinely would not recommend it. It's been a month and two weeks. I understand covid 19 is slowing down business everywhere. But I've been beyond patient. The customer service is so bad. They responded rudely saying the whole world is in a pandemic we're doing our best. Well I don't think so. I used a few other online services and even though it did take time none of the online services were THIS slow and non responsive. At this point I feel like I just lost a lot of money. I wouldn't recommend it AT ALL. Don't even give it a shot. Just use Amazon. Which delivered in a week's time just two weeks ago. I was incredibly impressed. Don't lose your money on Ali Express.”

“I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them anymore. Before Covid 19 they were quite ok even though the shipping time was usually very long. I ordered a few items before the virus outbreak and as much as I can understand everything is delayed now due to the circumstances- there's no way to get in touch with them, the dispute process is a joke, no customer service etc. I believe I've lost my money. Don't order from them, especially now, as they can take your money knowing that they most likely will not be able to deliver the itmes.”

“I wish I could give it negative stars!! Absolutely a scam website! Do not ever use them. I ordered masks, the seller said I would get them in 27 days. It has been way more than 27 days and no word from the seller even after contacting the seller several times. There is no way to contact Aliexpress too. No phone number or a way to reach customer service. When you try and contact them, it sends me directly to a bot. They say they give buyer protection, which is completely a scam! I want my money back but no way to get it! SCAM, DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE! Their website needs to be brought down. They have my money and no items received yet and no way to contact anyone either.”

“Why somebody would prefer to use Aliexpress rather than Amazon? The service quality and speed are abysmal. (PARA ESPAÑOL, IR AL FINAL) I bought from 2 different seller masks a month go and I haven't received it. They both lied about the item's origin. The 1º ones suppose to come from the Czech Republic and the 2º ones from Ali Plaza (Spain). That is why I bought them because most of Amazon's ones are out of stock. But both are coming from China. You have to wait almost 60 days to apply for a refund. Porqué iba a querer alguien usar AliExpress en vez de Amazon? En mi caso por que las mascarillas estaban agotadas en el 2º y tuve que acudir al 1º. Un fiasco total en ambos envios que supuestamente venían de la República Checa y Ali Plaza (España) respectivamente. Ambos vendedores mintieron y los envíos vienen de China. Si hubiese querido que mis envíos tardasen meses, no hubiese escogido ésas opciones, no creen? Aparte, si quieres pedir un reembolso tienes que esperar casi 2 meses. Ninguna de ellos ha llegado. Ha pasado más de mes y medio.”

“Chinese rubbish. Same as buying all the rubbish from China- just never learn my lesson... magnetic eyelashes don’t stick and are even too ridiculously long for a transvestite. Foundation sits on top of your skin like orange peel. Gross. Terrible customer service when asking for a refund. Avoid.”

“Ale’s notification: (successfully delivered. Hope you like your purchase). This item was not delivered. They don’t acknowledge non delivery as a possibility. Of 5 orders only received 3, one lost and one In limbo. No indication of how to correct. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!”

“Over 40 days since sent, 2 packages (masks) nowhere to be found. Some tracking says never left China. Wonder why? Maybe Aliexpress continued to allow mask sales for OVER TWO WEEKS since Chinese govt banned medical exports April 1st. Lovely finding that out after I order. They tell me to “pay more attention to my tracking number and that it’s the customer’s fault if a parcel isn’t picked up.” HELLLLOOOO??? I SAID THAT IT NEVER LEFT YOUR COUNTRY. Refund my money scammers. They refuse!”

“I ordered 4 items over a month ago. one item as gotten delivered and wasn’t what the picture looked like at all, and another item says it’s delivered when i haven’t received it. the other two items are still being “tracked” but i haven’t gotten either of them. the sellers never answer my messages either.”

“Ordered a 12 ft trampoline from this site which was supposedly coming from Illinois. This package was being “tracked” and was giving m3 updates by USPS and said it was delivered in Illinois when I am from Massachusetts. They provided a fake tracking number and scammed us of 300 dollars. Read reviews before ordering anything. Never order from this site!!”

“There is a connection between AilExress, Taobao, and Aibaba websites.... THEY ARE HIDING LOWER PRICING NOW FOR AMERICANS. NOT GOOD BUSINESS for these buyers and sellers on their sites. Very sneaky dishonest. I have many orders, and went to reorder and the SITE itself was HIDING ORDERS from me (Americans) and said it could not ship there, would not let me see the site... AND YET I WAS GETTING ORDERS STILL FROM THEM, SHOWING THEY LYING! THIS IS DELIBERATE AND ON PURPOSE. THEN ONLY SHOWING THOSE WHO HIGH PRICES OR HIGH SHIPPING. IF I AM GOING TO DO THAT, I WILL ONLY BUY USA!!!! What they are doing is sad. I have been a good buy for a long time. NOW I WILL FIND ANOTHER SITE that is honest.”

“I purchased 2 items the end of March, both of which were supposed to arrive around the 28th of April with "express" shipping. It is now the 19th of May and NOTHING. Both items supposedly left China in early/mid April by air but neither is listed as arriving to destination country. I've asked where they are & am told to be patient. I will NEVER order anything again from Aliexpress.”
