“GWENA CUSTOMER SERVICE - ALIEXPRESS After multiple attempts trying to deal with customer service, you end up realizing none of them have common sense. Seller sold an Item that I've already purchased before from other sellers. I bought it at a great price. Seller then messages me with BS story: "09/07 02:27 Dear, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We submit the package to the carrier. They refused to ship the package due to escalated customs rules. In time, Could you please cancel the order? I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Your query has now been assigned to Running Man Store . 09/07 23:08 What customs rules are you referring to? Read 10/07 00:03 Dear, they did not inform us in detail, but only told us that this product is not within the scope allowed by customs and we are prohibited from transporting it. We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. 10/07 08:32 Hi Running Man. I export all the time. There is nothing wrong with this item as I've also bought this already from other stores. Sounds like you didn't sell it at the price you wanted and you want me to give you a free pass. Read That's fine I can report you. Don't appreciate having my intelligence insulted. Their answer after multiple explanations is basically to have me buy from another seller... which won't solve the problem as the price is not the same. They want me to talk to the other sellers to ask for a discount? LoL? Stupid Gwenda. She needs to find a new job”

“cheaters, never came, no comunication. ali express are welcoming that kind of selleres and in a deal with them. have all info but still with them. i guess they have a percentage in that. seller doesnt want to answer, and they dont care. even didnt contact them. deleting this thief organisation”

“Item arrives damaged, I notified AliExpress and was told to return the item on my dime, they would send me a return label. Only solution is to dispute the transaction with your credit card company. Will never order from them again.”

“Garbage. Everything is cheap, which you already know. What you don't know is there are stipulations to all the "protections" you get. Free returns for 90 days? Only if approved by Ali-express and the seller. Refunds for bad or defective products? Takes days and you have to be in a constant fight with the seller to get it. All in all, it's best to avoid at all costs. If you do need to buy something here, buy small, simple things, never anything big. You will lose at some point on this site. Note: currently at the time of me having an issue with them, the "Help Desk" was conveniently the only part of the site you couldn't click on... After paying over 5000円 for a belt sander + 990円 for the socket adapter they forgot to pack, the sander died after 15 minutes. AliExpress after days of trying to get them to do something about this have decided to "possibly" give me 30% back and will "let me keep" the broken trash of a product they're keeping 70% profit on. Honestly, if you plan to buy anything over 1000円 you should be prepared to loose it all to bad sellers and a lack of support from AliExpress. I would honestly go one further and never use the platform again. What other company goes "sorry we sold you a defective product but we're still going to keep 70% of the sale"? That's just outright thievery. It's been two days and no news, no refund given.”

“I ordered stuff from AliExpress, after 2 mths they failed to deliver. I asked for a refund and AliExpress rejected the refund. They promptly deleted the tracking delivery info and advised BAD LUCK :( This site is a scam ! Like all Chinese websites or companies or shipment.. They are not responsible for quality and delivery. Buy at your own risk. $&@%#”

“I had a frustrating experience with AliExpress. Despite paying all taxes, my orders were not delivered within the protection time. When I asked for a refund, they refused, blaming customs clearance—an issue completely out of my control. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. This lack of accountability and poor treatment is unacceptable. Avoid AliExpress to save yourself from the hassle, stress, and wasted money. Shop elsewhere!”

“Well, I ordered an FST200-201 wind speed sensor Aluminum Alloy and at least that's what the ad said. Then when the package arrived 2 months later, they sent me a cheap model that was made out of plastic instead of aluminum like advertised. It's a BRW200-1002X21 which is totally different from what the ad says. Then when I contacted the seller through their chat, that guy was so rude and then when I told him to look at the ad for himself, they cut off the chat.”

“The only reason I even put a star is to write this, we use to order from Ali express more often but it's always a gamble if your going to receive your merchandise or not. My husband ordered several things and only two came, the carrier that they have is Yun express they are useless and if God forbid you ask to be refunded the hoops you have to go through, if it says delivered no telling where it was delivered to. Basically, they take your money but you do not get what you paid for. I ordered three items and will not receive any. Once again your taking a huge gamble shopping with them. They denied my husband's refund and they're giving me a hard time for mine. Buyers beware.”

“Getting any help, or finding out a certain thing, regarding an order, tracking info or contact the seller, these basic components, no possibility to attain result, so think logically about more complicated issues, such as quality of product! they do not have a trace of professional principle that it could facilitate the process for the costumer, frustrating, inefficient and not worthwhile.”

“Very poor quality Very poor quality. Have bought a few low cost items and seemed OK. Then, needed a laptop and the stats shown for them seemed really good. Recieved in April, after 2 weeks the laptop crashed, so contacted the seller who takes a day to reply with something un-related. After trying for months for an exchange, tried contacting the customer services. On first glance they talk the talk of offering help. However, go around in circles and close the 'case' whenever they decide without conclusion. Makes it pretty obvious the apparently neutral customer services are in cohorts with the sellers to not get your money back on dodgy goods. Absolutely appalling follow up - my advice is to not buy anything your not willing to throw away after a short time. Date of experience: 24 July 2024”

“Cheating company Cheating company, first start adding taxes VAT for UK buyers now they don`t adding VAT, now even worst they changing price for items you want to buy, when you found an item you like before you login it is one price after you login many times higher price, I got a screenshots for the same item before login and after login and this is GBP but price in USD even better if the price for example before login in USD $9.00 after login the price in GBP £11.00, this is very interesting Chinese have them one exchange rate different from the rest of the world, never new USD higher the GBP. Keep away from AliExpress”

“- Clear fraud. Item shown in photo and described was a Full Monopod. But received a clamp of 25 cents. No idea where will it be used. - Launched complain, promised for Return. But complete Silence. No refund. No update. - AE is often described as classic case of bait and switch. - AE will advertise on Google at a price often 1/2 what is on their website plus may also ask for shipping. - Also they may ship the item completely different from the actual order. - Nightmare to contact them. - In most situation forget the refund, or only a fraction what you paid. BEWARE!”

“Dont buy anything from this group. The sellers cannot be contacted. They have merchant ID with address and phone number but its fake, you can only contact online, purchased 2 Optima batteries ,fedex tracking number was not a match to my address, they said delivery confirmed picture showed another house. They still denied my claim now i have to go thru my bank to get my money back, avoid them at all costs”
