“AliExpress is a total scam. I placed order #8191678461830280 on August 9. FedEx tracking number 277760669721 was delivered, but when I called FedEx, they informed me that the package was intended for a different address. This is a typical scam. I contacted AliExpress, and they initially promised a refund, even sending an email to confirm. However, after a week, they sent emails stating that my refund had been canceled. Despite my requests to contact FedEx and verify the delivery issue, they have not resolved the matter. My advice: stay away from these scammers.”

“I ordered a garage fan on August 4th. and received the order confirmation on August 5th. I also received a delivery schedule for August 12th. Today I was informed that my order has been terminated. So glad I wasted my time with this company. At least I used PayPal and will received a refund.”

“Purchase a projector screen from Global Projector Screen which is absoulute garbage. The quality of the screen &*^!* 90 days refund policy is fake. Never buy anything from Aliexpress again.”

“I purchased only 3 things off this site... 2 of the 3 WERE NEVER DELIVERED I asked both times for a refund, as I never received the goods, AND WAS REFUSED BOTH TIMES!! Had to contact my credit card to cancel the sales and receive a refund Do business with a reputable company... not one that is dishonest as Aliexpress!!”

“Beware of AliExpress Refund Scam! I recently had a terrible experience with AliExpress, which was my first time using their platform. I ordered a car part worth £100, only to realize that it would take a whopping two months to be delivered. Naturally, I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund. To my surprise, I received a message in bold letters promising a "FAST REFUND bonus" or something along those lines. Like anyone else, I was enticed by the offer and ticked the box. Little did I know, this would lead to a frustrating ordeal. I patiently waited for four days, expecting the refund to appear back in my account. However, nothing showed up. Concerned about the whereabouts of my money, I decided to investigate further. To my dismay, I discovered that the refund had been made to an account on AliExpress called "bonus." The catch? The bonus account only allows you to purchase items from AliExpress and does not allow you to transfer the funds to your bank account! Frustrated and feeling deceived, I reached out to AliExpress customer service multiple times. Each time, they assured me that I would receive my money back. However, despite their promises, I have yet to see a refund in my account. In fact, I have even received emails stating that I will not be refunded. I am writing this review to warn others about this scam. It is important to be cautious when dealing with refunds on AliExpress, as they may redirect your money to a bonus account that restricts your ability to use or transfer the funds. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale and prevents others from falling victim to this deceptive practice. Please note that this review is based on my personal experience and may not reflect the overall quality of AliExpress as a platform. However, I believe it is crucial to share my story to raise awareness and protect fellow consumers from similar scams.”

“ok you see all the one star ratings...its for reason. AliExpress is full of thief-stores, not policed or enforced by AliEx org. I bought large welder from one store and generator at another store at discounted prices.....received tiny tinyempty package(much too small for welder) in US mail with a tracking# on it that was posted as "proof of delivery". the generator had Fed Ex track# with photo of small package at someone else's house. AliEx said "packages were delivered,,see proof of delivery....gave me run around for days and days CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT....ITS THE ONLY WAY TO GET MONEY BACK FROM THESE THIEVES....they delay and delay and wear you out passing the time of refund.”

“A PC I bought on Aliexpress for 180EUR (seller WooYi) literally exploded in my face one evening while I was working with it. Seller requested that I ship it back for repairs, and when I did he claimed that "I physically broke the CPU". The most ridiculous claim I've ever heard. I contacted Aliexpress support several times and other than an excessive amount of fake flattery and politely asking the seller to help me (which he refused) they did absolutely NOTHING. Every time I contact them (via chat) they "forward it to their support), I get one Email asking for proof or asking me to contact the seller, then I get another Email that they can't help me because its past their protection period, and that's where it ends. I cannot even respond. Stay clear from Aliexpress, especially when it comes to expensive items. Their buyer protection only lasts a very short time and then you're on your own. All they will do after that is to drive you nuts with their useless procedure and exaggerated fake compliments. And whatever you do, do NOT buy ANYTHING from a seller called WooYi, that's a scam. BEWARE”

“AliExpress does not have a customer service to contact. If you did not receive your order you can not get refund from seller. I ordered from seller "Shop1103778248 Store" they charged me $145 for an order that I did not receive it. They just send a message "delivered your order look around, ask your neighbor to find it - No Refund". They don't mind you received it or not. AliExpress did not protect a buyer, so I think Scam or bad sellers can use this website to sale and collect money from buyer. If you buy from this website, don't buy this seller "Shop1103778248 Store"”

“Purchased an item through Ali Express which included Royal mail tracked postage. Tracking stated that item could not be delivered because the sender did not address the parcel correctly, no Road or house number on the parcel and Royal Mail are returning to sender. Send proof of this to Ali express and requested a refund but refused. I even appealed but said no refund. F***ing unbelievable. Because they are based in China, there is no recourse. My recommendation is DON'T USE THEM, complete charlatans”

“Don’t buy anything from this group. I paid for a Lobster Liberty tennis ball launcher machine because of the price and I received an small empty box. This is a well organized scam. There is many places where you can get what you paid for. You can keep my money shame on you”

“worst company i ever tried, they scamming me like BIG! And read all this please, because the auto answer will be a lie, so first at all i bought an item, and it not worked well, so i asked for an refund, and first the seller denied it, so that case got closed, but after better proves they accepted it, and then it was another case but with same order number. He finally got the item return and now he CAN'T refund me, because the only order he can see is the closed one... i can only see it in my return, but everytime i ask for help the agents send it to pro team and they just deny it saying the order is closed, so i send my package, lost the sending cost and also no refund after 2 months, so alixpres is a scam site and i will do everything to prevent people from buying there! And alixpres if u respond to this review please keep in mind that the order might be closed for u, but is NOT THAT ORDER! IS the second one, but they have same order number! IS SO STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
