“my name is Sukhvinder Singh I buy some machine they didn't send me what I want and no couture service I fill out for m on line no hear back from than I wish there o star I won't even want Tham 0 so are ppl who see online they are no write I really good luck if u want some one like its been one month no phone call and email when they sold this money go same day easy $429 .00usd I wish I haven't used them future not great company to work wit I thing united state off America has to something for this kind offf company who are just it world so. again if they sale u some shout down block them that my oppinon after this up to u damn I got trapped”

“i Ordered an electric cordless battery powered drill with a battery. I received a small hand operated screwdriver with screw driver bits instead. I contacted Allie Express but I get no response. A hand held screwdriver is not an electric drill. This was a scam.”

“I purchased three items and paid import duties and shipping cost during purchase. Sneaky seller sent out without paying import tax and therefore custom rejected clearance and box returned to seller by shipping company. Seller did not respond my message and i raised refund. Ali Express refunded partially which is 20% of total payment. I contact with AE customer service and they escalate to higher service agent but they only advised me to contact with seller for negotiation. The Chinese have opened an online shop to scam people in a qualified way. I have never encountered such fraud in any other online seller. There is no customer protection and they leave you at the mercy of the seller”

“They took my money pretend to offer return label but it is only blank page, I asked for address to pay for return shipping they won't give me the address. They say if I can't return then I won't get refund. This is past a language barrier excuse of being downright dishonest. Tried the shipping label preview, post office said it was invalid!”

“Order an item that was never received. First they told me it was received then it was lost in customs I never got the item or refund I would be very leery if you bought anything from them. I was told from customer service I would get a refund that never happened. If I could rate them a zero I would”

“The only reason I gave them one star is because there's not an option to give them less. I have ordered twice never received either item neither item refunded customer service is a joke they like to give you the runaround and it's literally just an app to get scammed on. Trying to get a refund is just not worth the hassle I have never had a problem on Temu or Shein. AliExpress told me that something I ordered was coming via USPS then they said it was coming UPS then they gave me a FedEx tracking number and told me if my item is missing then I should contact FedEx because they said it was delivered two days after I ordered it which we all know is impossible. I contacted FedEx and that was delivered but not to my address not with my name they gave me a fake tracking number and they continue to tell me that I am waiting 1 to 3 days for my dispute only everyone to three days I have to wait 1 to 3 more days at this point I feel like my money is gone. Never again!”

“I ordered a braided wig it said that it was delivered but when I got in touch with the delivery company the package was delivered to the wrong location I had all my information including building letter so I got in touched with Allie express to get a refund I had to go through so many issues I reached out to customer support they said one thing until today I got a email saying that I couldn’t get my refund they came up some excuse so I’m not a HAPPY CUSTOMER at all I will not order from AliExpress ever again”

“Worst of the worst do not buy anything from this business. I ordered some items and paid for them over two weeks ago. I received a couple of emails confirming my order and the shipment information as well, I also was given an order number. Today after 2 weeks of waiting I tried to see when I would be receiving my order, the order number and my information along with the previous acknowledgement of my order has disappeared from their site. No way you can connect to them. the chat system does not respond. very bad business.”

“BUYER BEWARE!! I have been scammed. I paid this company $164 for a hedge trimmer. It went a week beyond my projected delivery date, at which point I starting calling to see if I could track it. They had told me the package had been delivered and showed me a picture of a package on someone's porch. I was not my porch. I then called Fedex and they told me that the tracking # that I was given was not my tracking # and to call the seller and get the correct #. I've tried to reach them, but they do not answer the phone. I have tried to "Chat" with them but have not been given any satisfaction in resolving the issue. They have closed my case without it being resolved. I have spent many hours on this and am very frustrated. I have handed it over to my bank and fraud authorities. May they reap what they sow. 😒”

“ALIEXPRESS SELLER - HOME NICE STORE IS THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I ordered 4 LED tables from them and I was suppose to receive the delivery on July 18, 2024. When the date came and I did not receive them, I had to contact customer service. The customer service contacted the seller and the seller responded by telling me to end my dispute because my product is on the way. They were not able to provide me with a sensible tracking number to track my package. After much deliberation back and forth, they finally told me that my package will be delivered on July 25, 2024. I received 2 boxes and open them. There were only 2 tables out of the 4 that I ordered. I contacted the seller again about my order and they gave me a faulty tracking number through FEDEX. When I contacted FEDEX, they made a delivery with the same tracking number to a school. I contacted the school for further knowledge and they informed that such package was nowhere to be found except for the school supplies that were delivered on that date. I have been back and forth with customer service and the seller and every time the seller denies my attempt for a REFUND for the 2 tables that I am missing. These sellers are committing FRAUD. This review is to warn anyone shopping through ALIEXPRESS to beware.”

“I ordered a dress for my son's wedding in September thinking it would come in time, come to find out my package was delivered to Kansas City, MO and I live in Fresno, CA. I am now on the "48 Hour" wait for a refund. Looking at the reviews I am not hopeful of receiving my refund. We will see.”

“I got scammed. My $483 portable Air Conditioner never arrived but seller ("Beauty Home")provided a false tracking number which said "delivered" (something else delivered to someone else). Scam. By reviews, this scam happens frequently on AliExpress. My Visa CC refunded me thankfully.”

“Total scam ! Rubbish fake poor quality item sent to me, I returned as per their policy yet they used every excuse for 2 weeks delaying my refund, there kept I would get my refund tomorrow which never came ! Than sent an email this morning saying they are not refunding final ! So I have no item and £138 out of pocket ! Disgusting Disgrace of a company! Steer Clear”

“I would give zero star if I could. I ordered a mop and a bucket set from AliExpress. Two lids that are supposed to keep the water in the basket came missing. I sent the photo and asked for a refund since I already have waited more than a month to get the item. The seller gave me two options to either keep the item which clearly I cannot use and get half of the money back, or ship it back and get full refund. I checked with the local post office and got a quote that is double the amount of the item. I spoke to two different agents to make sure I will get the shipping fee back too if I ship the item back and they said if I want to get a full refund then ship it back to the seller. After I shipped it back to the seller, seller lied that the tracking number I provided was fake so I had to talk to an agent again, a week later, AliExpress said they will only refund me the item since the item is in Chinese Custom. When I checked, it was delivered back to the seller, so I had to speak to an agent again. When I told them that I want full refund for both item and the shipping fee since I did everything they told me to do, they told me to wait and a couple days later I got a coupon for the shipping fee amount ALSO that expires in September, which is ridiculous. Before sending the item back, I double-checked with agents that I will get my money back not coupons. Every agents say that they will leave a note so the future agent is aware of the situation but I had to repeat myself every time I speak to different agent. I am still talking to agents and waiting for their emails for the shipping fee back. It is very stressful and would NEVER recommend AliExpress to anyone.”
