AVOID - RUN with your wallet... This company does NOT have buyer protection as they advertise! Awful to NO customer service! Dress not even close to advertised paid more for custom- Arrived in 6-7 weeks NOT EVEN close to advertised not even close to the custom size, not even the correct color!!! $95 gone- & I am stuck with this piece of garbage!! AVOID !!!!!

The only thing missing on there disputes is Rod Sterling and the Twilight Zone music. They asked for pictures and information. I sent it then few days later they asked again. Everything just goes in circles.

Bought 2 dresses on Aliexpress. The seller sends a message saying because my country is so far away that he needed .5 extra cents. 5 cents!! He sent a link to pay this extra .5 cents. I told him to buzz off, that I had already paid his asking price and to kindly ship my items. He retaliated and shipped them to somewhere in California. I live in Connecticut. I contacted customer service. They are giving him 5 days to respond to me but he is not required to. If he doesn't they claim they will refund in full. This guy shouldn't even be allowed to sell after the scam he pulled for the stupid .5. The store name is Youyedian Store. He's a crook and Aliexpress is allowing him to do it. Not much integrity over in China I guess😡

Its very bad online service, never order on this. I have ordered four ties , they deducted the amount but at the end i have received only one tie. its horrible and disgusting.

Unless you want to receive hundreds of text messages that will not stop no matter what you do, then avoid this website! The text messages are sent to a whole bunch of different numbers and FROM a whole bunch of different numbers, and all the receivers keep trying to get the texts to STOP, but they don't. I can't afford to change my number. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable.

Purchased a remote control. Wrong article delivered, looks completely different as shown and described. Aliexpress is ignoring request for refund, incl. management team around Daniel Zhang. Poor and not reliable shop, avoid it!

Horrible customer service. I ordered four robes and I only received one. They are telling me to go check the post office which I have and the robes arent there! I also paid extra for purchase protection and they will not refund me! I will never order from here again.

Do not use Aliexpress. I ordered 5 items before and it was great. My last two orders was a scam. The keep on offering me $0 for one of my orders and for the second one, the keep on extending the date so can't even dispute the order. There is noway to talk to them directly even though they have "Chat now" button. The times that you do get your order is great but the odd times that you don't receive the order, then it is your loss. You will just have to forget about the money. So not worth it. The little that you saved ended up costing you more.

Many orders not received. They keep extending the delivery date. When you try to open dispute they close the sale saying item was received when it was not. There is no way to contact ali directly. Electronics worked for a few days then failed but I had already indicated that the item was received. No warranty on electronics. Do not buy anything from Ali unless you can afford to lose the money. Also they want more personal info all the time. Beware of identity theft.

I purchased a Doogee phone with accessories through Aliexpress. The phone with accessories were $399.99. They charged me $374.99 and sent me only the phone. The problem is that they never sent me an order confirmation. All they did was to confirm the payment. As a result, I never saw what they were going to send until when it arrived. I disputed it but nothing came out of it. The result: I paid $374.99 for a $280 phone! Good deal for cheating Aliexpress. Bad deal for me!

I have been buying from AliExpress for a few years now. I'd say 9 out of 10 items i order are ok. for the tenth order, you just lose your money.. it often cost as much to return an item as the purchase price. The sellers know they operate with impunity and some are disreputable. Also, they seriously filter out any bad reviews. And they don't allow reviews at all it you choose to dispute an item. You get what you pay for with AliExpress. Adjust your expectations accordingly.

Poor customer service no buyer protection I purchased an item from Ali express and it had parts missing. The spelled blamed it on the postal service. I Opened a dispute and lost due to not having a valid postal certificate for delivery. I put images up of my item with missing parts and the weight of my item that was the same as seller buyer protection does not exist its a joke

Aliexpress is terrible. Vendors advertise product and terms of sale. Terms of sale accepted. Vendor suddenly decides they cannot honor the "free Shipping" and vendor demands you Cancel the sale. Why? The terms of the sale were accepted and Aliexpress does nothing. If the consumer executed similar behavior their actions would not be accepted. Aliexpress only supports its vendors even when they are dishonest. Will use other online systems to WARN potential Buyers of the communist corrupt online shopping system.

These guys are theives. Do not trust them. I ordered a phone that was damaged. They asked me to retturn it. While the item was in transit they proposed an offer of $0 refund effectviely stealing my £450

Ridiculous fake sellers. Take your money, then take weeks later to tell you product is not available. Ask you to cancel on their wish and demand. Wasting time and money

Very bad experiance. I ordered number of car accessories from ali express platform, to my disappointment, half of the product doesnt get delivered. Then we have to open dispute case and this will take long time to conclude on refund. And finally, refund had never came. Seems fake and trying to fool people. Im sorry to say this. But disappointed with the money lost by ordering through ali express.

beware, less and less trustworthy sellers. I've had sellers provide bogus shipping tracking numbers, seller cancels shipping days after dispatch and don't inform you hoping you don't raise a dispute before the time is up so they receive the money and run. issue resolution - HA!. AliExpress was ok years ago, but now bad sellers and useless guarantees. A good experience is the exception not the norm. When you have an issue open a dispute straight away, communicate with the seller but tell them you are opening a dispute, otherwise they will say sorry and reply that they are doing something about it, like re-sending the goods they are not, they just buy time till there is no recourse available to you through the disputes then you wont get any response from them.

The item I ordered did not arrive. I opened a dispute and AliExpress asked me for a document from the shipping company proving it. I sent a screenshot of the parcel tracking showing an unknown location and the payment was released to the seller. I was thus basically robbed by AliExpress. Do not shop here!!!
