“Useless chat service, poor apps, terrible rude seller. One month already the purchase had been nade but no shipping at all. Even chat customers service is useless as they even can take control over fraud seller. AliExpress is SCAM. Don’t buy anything hight chance of loosing money n time. Go for ebay- more secure.”

“This company promised via email and chat to refund me $20 and they lied. I spent over six hours for one month and a half over numerous chats to get the $20 refund they owed me and they lied.They kept telling me they were going to refund me and they have not. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LYING SCAMING COMPANY. I also reported them to the better business bureau. I have photo proof of their agreement.”

“Terrible website for buyer protection; straight-up lied on the website. It's been over 2 months since I've ordered and the delivery still hasn't come. Dispute denied (says it's already in the country); wasted £150.”

“Aware!!! Fraud. They send items that do not work or maybe even used ones knowing that the return shipping is more expensive than the price you payed for the item. Do not trust them. After weeks of negotiation they even did not send promised 50% of refund. Communication with aliexpress did nothing.”

“They are THIEVES........NEVER NEVER buy from ALIEXPRESS and the vendor EGLOBAL NEVER NEVER buy from ALIEXPRESS and his vendor EGLOBAL they are companies without any responsibility, I bought a mini computer brand EGLOBAL, the mini pc failed and they did not accepted any responsibility, but not only this seller is irresponsible ALIEXPRESS is even more irresponsible because if you look closely you will not find any way to communicate with them, and after all the messages sent to the seller, ALIEXPRESS communicated with me, by email just to tell me that the seller is not responsible. This company do not have a customer service number so there is no way to contact them., I now understand why it has such a bad reputation and the reviews are so bad, and that is because people have grown tired of ALIEXPRESS stealing them I will never buy anything from EGLOBAL and ALIEXPRESS, these two companies are THIEVES THIEVES ........”

“Mohamed A. Use Ebay or Amazon .they do support the buyer when things go wrong .Avoid AliExpress they are on the side of the seller .their game is simple,often the cost of returning the item with a trackable post from UK to China is 50% to 100% of the cost of the item,so you get stuck with an item that does not work .imagine how many buyers lost 10 to 25 pounds ,I hope not many ! but these chineese companies could be making millions by selling these plastic boxes as satellite receivers and other electronics.AliExpress customer support is awful.I had a similar case with Ebay ,they refunded me.Dont expect a refund if you buy a faulty item through AliExpress.It is a scam .”

“NEVER NEVER buy in Eglobal is a company without any responsibility, the mini pc fail and do not accept any responsibility, but not only this seller is irresponsible Aliexpres is even more irresponsible because if you look closely you will not find any way to communicate with them and if after of much insistence sending messages to the seller Aliexpres communicates with you is to tell you that the seller is not responsible and that if you have any other issue that communicates with them but there is no way to contact customer service, never buy anything in Eglobal and Aliexpess those companies are THIEVES THIEVES ........”

“I Didn't get what I Ordered, seeds take longer them 15 days to germinate. No way and No where to wright an Honest Reviews on sellers, Aliexpress cuts you off, when they want to, from disputes, or Anything. I Bought seeds, Two Different sellers, I did NOT get what I ordered at all, Ordered Ginger, got Mustard, they wont even respond back. another, ordered 7 months Later... still haven't received it. AliExpress has some serious problems to deal with.”

“I need an answer. I put a dispute and never got an answer..order #: 91715161823239, I been in my inbox since 5/19/18 and no reply. ripoff! I opened a dispute on 5/19/18 and nobody either from the sexy beach store, nor Ali express, ever even bothered to even respond! I'm a frequent shopper and thought to give Ali Express a try. First order for some flip flops was great without a glitch. That's why I started trusting them and placed my 2nd order: 91715161823239. Tracking # 94001108953430995390 19 Big mistake, it was broken up in 3 packages, only received 1 and it's not even close to how it's described. It states material is solid, however is completely see through, I cannot do anything with that bikini, it is NOTHING how it's described. Very cheaply made with the worst stitching I have seen. Again I'm a frequent shopper and know what I'm talking about. I wish I haven't placed my 2nd order. They are not very smart either, cause now they lost a good customer, who could be a lifetime customer. I rather stick with Trendsgal and even SammyDress is better than Ali Express. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They flat out ignore my inquiries. I even attached pics. My next step will be Federal Trade Commision to save others from this rip off company, who don't even bother to at least reply to their customers. I suppose to get a message from Kira an with the sexy beach store and then Ali Express since they brag about their buyer protection, which is one big lie, just to get customers to buy from then. This is a breach and very desceptive.How can they be in business and allow to sell on the internet. Maybe I need to do some research and also report them to the internet Fraud division.”

“No order paperwork sent, payment taken out, no product received. Never buy from this company. Unreliable. Then on one on one via the site, drops out after a short time and you have to start again with your query. First time ever since using the web for purchasing that this has happened to me. Will only use reliable e-bay through paypal or other companies through paypal. Buyers beware!!!!!!!!!!!”

“With the exception of a custom trucker hat I ordered for my son, the rest of his CHRISTMAS presents did not arrive on time and I ordered them well in advance! Items took FOREVER, were not how they appeared online, not scaled to size, poorly shipped and literally NO INSTRUCTIONS for items that required assembly. Very disappointed!”

“I ordered two items. One didn't even switch on and the other was a fake. I followed their dispute resolutions which regularly 'lost' the information I had uploaded and then they stated insufficient evidence. Avoid as you will not get your money back!!”

“It's been 3 weeks since I am trying to pay for my order. I placed 3 orders I wanted to be delivered aprox. in same time. I paid for two orders, but for some reason I could not use credit card to pay for my third order. They overcharged me for one order, but I can survive that, it wasn't much. But I could not pay for my third order, I have talked to 8 different people. One person told me to go to one link and do appeal. So, I did but it was wrong appeal. So, I talked again to another person, it was different appeal. So, I prepared and loaded documents but for some reason website said error a few times. So, I contacted again and been told to send email. I sent email and waited, but nothing. Then contacted again, another person said it was wrong email, someone gave me wrong email. So, I sent different email (copy and paste address) and nothing. I contacted again, another person said it was correct email, but I have to wait longer. Okay, I contacted again today, another person said it was wrong email again (one letter should be capital). I could not believe it! This is WORST experience online shopping. Who is working there? They can't even provide correct email address, so I can use my credit card! HORRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL.”

“new customer to aliexpress , so they gave me coupons, i used 1 coupon and the cancelled my order. now i have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back. and when i contacted them for help, and at least a reason. wont tell me. cancelled my £101 order because they didn't want to give a £6 coupon discount.. there useless .”
